Lovely hotel. Staff went above and beyond to show us the room and the entrance to the grassy dog area which was very close to our room. Will definitely stay here again. Clean, quiet, dog friendly, well run hotel.

The employees helped us very friendly would stay again at this Comfort much better than others that we stayed at and was not going to stay at another Comfort but this one was one I would stay again. Needs some updating on hall rugs other than that not bad.

Cheap & close to the interstate. Property seems to be in transition/renovation. Room was clean, linens were clean, and price was very reasonable. Convenient location, immediately off the highway.

Holes in wall, stains all over carpet and furniture. Candy wrappers behind bed. Bathroom exhaust fan not working plumbing made loud whining sound every time you flushed the toilet the would last for minutes. Black mold in toilet tank

There was mold visible in the bathroom and a cockroach ran out across the room and freaked my grandson out! We told the hotel staff who just said sorry about that.

The room was nice. The hall ways smelled musty, the bathrooms had an active leak in the sealing you could see was just covered up. Breakfast both days was below par. Old fruit very nasty eggs. Dirty tongs /cross contamination for food allergies. We ended up choosing not to eat with them.

Our two day stay was OK. It had hot water for the shower.. The sink drain was clogged and drained very slowly. Thr room could use some rehab. It is noisy with I-81 nearby.

The room key wouldn’t work so I had to go back downstairs to get another one and the TV didn’t work. Lobby employee came up and got it working for about 30 minutes and the screen kept freezing up for 10-15 minutes and the blue chair and ottoman were so dirty that I put bath towels on it. Will never stay there again

Both mornings the breakfast items were not available and very undersupplied with simple things like butter. The staff did not seem sure on how to check in guests and at check out I asked for a receipt and got a receipt that said $0.00 was charged and $0.00 was paid yet my card was charged. Asked for a different one and was told it would need to be emailed and when it was I received the same receipt. My tv had a blue look when I could get it to turn on and WiFi was spotty at best.

Check in easy. Location convenient. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. However, we were in room 306 near the storage closet and it had a reoccurring sound like a jack hammer inside the room which permeated the room and woke us up all night. It started at 1am and we didn't want to move at that point but mentioned it at check out.

Although we paid in full at Expedia, I was still charged a “deposit” against my card. I understand sometimes getting my card put on file in case of damage but not run and a charge placed against it. Staff at check in acted more like they were doing me a favor than checking me in. Would definitely not use or recommend this hotel zgain

Property had a distinct odor. Witnessed staff member entering multiple rooms late at night. Not sure why I saw him enter 2-3 different rooms around 11pm at night. Appeared to be multiple employees/family members living at the property. Witnessed multiple different “staff members” leaving rooms throughout my stay. Multiple family members that rented rooms at this property had their rooms entered despite having the do not disturb sign on their door. Very disappointed and will not be staying again

Accomodations were clean and sufficient. Breakfast was more than adequate. Immediate area is right off the interstate and quiet. Newer shopping, dining and entertainment are one exit south off the interstate. Price was good for above average accomodations for the price! Have stayed here multiple times. Thank you for the good service, good accomodations, and good value!

I just needed a break from a long drive for the night, nothing fancy. Located right off I-81, restaurants close by. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, water pressure & temperature was perfect. Included breakfast was adequate. Exactly what I needed at a great price.

Breakfast was very limited. The hotel staff seemed to be all related and they literally watched guests every move. Very odd and uncomfortable vibe. I witnessed the lady at the front desk become argumentative with people twice as I passed by to use the elevator. The only plus was it was not far from the location we were visiting.

Clean lobby and excellent service at the front desk. Our room was also clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. Better than average Continental breakfast spread. Our new go to for quality and value pricing in the area.

Decent place, sort of out of the way had to drive to dining.We had two 10 lb each small dogs and charged $25 each for one night stay, really ! Very limited breakfast bar, we stopped on the way home for a better meal.
