Super complexe et des belles piscines et super chambres et des jolies jardin bien entretenu

We hadden geboekt voor 1 nacht tijdens onze vakantie in Hurghada (transfer vanuit Hurghada ongeveer 3 uur rijden). Bedoeling was om te gaan snorkelen aan het huisrif maar dit was helaas onmogelijk wegens de weersomstandigheden. We werden na een zeer hartelijke ontvangst naar onze kamer gebracht (17201) met mooi uitzicht op een van de vele zwembaden. De kamer was groot, mooi, van alle comfort voorzien en proper. Het resort is redelijk groot en goed onderhouden. Het strand voor het hotel is zeer ruim, hou echter rekening dat dit een koraalstrand is, je kan er niet zomaar de zee ingaan. Er is een lange pier die je tot aan het huisrif in zee brengt. De toiletten op het strand aan de duikclub waren vies, dit is een verbeterpunt Lange strandwandeling is mogelijk, veel kleine krabbetjes te spotten. De restauratie in het resort is top, wij vonden alles in het hoofdrestaurant zeer goed op smaak, veel keuze in gerechten en desserts. We hebben hier echt smakelijk gegeten. Dank aan Mohammed Al Arabya voor de goede service in het restaurant. De cocktails waren niet naar onze smaak, te veel siroopsapjes. Verder is er ruime keuze aan verschillende zwembaden waarvan eentje Adults Only, een Aqua Park en zelfs een heuse Lazy River waar je kan op dobberen. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen en hopelijk kunnen we dan wel het huisrif en de onderwaterwereld bewonderen. Op dit moment is er een extra zone in aanbouw maar daar ondervindt je als gast geen hinder van. Dank u wel Sataya Resort!

Absolutely spectacular place to stay. They have several places to eat on site. Most of the stuff you get is part of the all inclusive atmosphere. Comfortable beds, and amazing service. Multiple pools and a beach as well.

En famille ou en solo, la propreté, l’espace, les repas, l’entretien, le confort, les activités, les grandes piscines, la plage… bref nous avons été tous unanimes pour mettre la note de 10 parce que tout était parfait ! Nous étions 2 couples et un enfant.

Joli établissement avec plusieurs piscines dont une a toboggans. Propre , bien animé dans la journée ainsi que le soir sans trop de bruit non plus. Un all inclusive très correct rapport qualité prix. Adapté aux familles et enfants Chambres propres et confortables malgré quelques rénovations a prévoir. Trés beau séjour, je recommande cet hôtel !

The hotel grounds, rooms and pools are amazing, the food is lovely and plenty of choices..We all enjoyed the aqua park and the lazy river a lot.. The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small.. I also found that the staff were not the friendliest and the service wasnt really good.. we didnt get offered drinks while we watched other guests being served, we did bring this issue up and it was resolved however all in all the staff could do with some customer service training...😊

Resort dotato di diversi servizi (piscine, scivoli, giochi, spettacoli, diving, moto safari..) immerso in uno splendido giardino. Ristorazione discreta, pasta ben cucinata. Pontile ben attrezzato con scaletta anche a metà, per chi non se la sente di immergersi in mare aperto. Barriera vicino al pontile interessante. Unico lato negativo: il resort è molto grande e bisogna studiare scorciatoie per arrivare in spiaggia più velocemente.

Very clean and it really nice But there’s no gym no free weights only one machine that you can use for workout

Anlage Top..Essen war hervorragend. Pools sind schön und Riff noch gut erhalten. Einzig die Tauchmöglichkeit ist eingeschränkt. Die Tauchschule des Resorts hat aktuell keine Erlaubnis das Hausriff zu betauchen, wegen Betreiberwechsel. Ausrüstung ist absolut neuwertig. Bootausflüge oder Tauchen an anderen Stränden sind aber moglich.

The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!!

Pulizia scarsa

The staff was super friendly and quick. Poole and facilities were efficient and always ready. The food was above average, same like every all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. I recommend it for a quiet stay although there was a kids aqua park too but we haven’t tried it. Regarding the weather I guess Marsa Alam is best in October and November. They said they have one heated pool of the three. Room service wasn’t impressive. Make sure they attend to your needs.

Ottimo resort, personale molto attento e simpatico. La struttura è molto grande e quasi dispersivo, ma non manca nulla. Il buffet è di buona qualità e soprattutto molto vario soprattutto a cena. Purtroppo come TUTTI in hotel siamo stati male (febbre e dissenteria) passato in 2 giorni. Escursioni tramite resort OTTIME. Piscine bellissime per grandi e piccini

The worst hotel we have ever been to.. arrogant staff, old rooms, poor cleaning, ugly beach, food that gave us health problems.. never again.

Schlimme hygienische Zustände im Hauptrestaurant. Erbrechen und Bauchschmerzen inkl. Anlage teilweise heruntergekommen.

The resort looks good on the outside, but our stay and experience was not good, room was not well maintained, no room service is available, front desk staff seem to be always frowning and give brusque responses to any questions, they refused to even provide a second key to the room or more than two towels to a room ( we were 3 PPL in a room) . They don't seem to be aware how to run a resort of this size, they were short on every possible resource from towels to tables during dinner when we had to wait for half an hour to get a table.

Sataya was one of the best places we have experienced in Egypt. The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday.

Pros: Big resort, many pools, pretty good restaurants. Con: Bed, I'm not sure if they have had a big problem with their guests body fluids but my bed had a plastic sheet underneath, which made the bed a little uncomfortable. As a woman I wasn't always treated the same as men by some staff.

We had a great time in Sataya Resort. Good food choice, plenty of space around pool areas. Room was clean and comfortable but I bit dated. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was just perfect. The food quality and taste were really good. The hygiene was very obvious. The hospitality was amazing specially the reservation team and a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Nagy for his professional attitude and kindness. Thanks Sataya resort for this remarkable vacation, Sure I will come back again to spend a wonderful vacation.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön, aber es sind eindeutig keine 5 Sterne. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: An den Poolbars werden Gläser teilweise nicht gereinigt, sondern einfach nur mal kurz unter den Wasserhahn gehalten und an den nächsten Gast herausgegeben, das geht einfach gar nicht. Im Speisesaal herrscht Kantinenatmosphäre, die Tischdecken werden oft nicht gewechselt, wenn die ersten Gäste aufstehen und sind dann schmutzig. Getränke am Tisch bekamen wir nie angeboten, sondern musste sie uns immer selber holen. Es gibt viele Stellen in der Anlage, wo Schirme rostig, Liegen kaputt oder Bodenfliesen gesprungen sind. Das mindert einfach den schönen Eindruck und man könnte ohne viel Aufwand und Kosten etwas machen. Oder auch die Tischtennisschläger: Diese sind so kaputt, dass man damit überhaupt nicht mehr spielen kann und müssten dringend ersetzt werden. Die (alkoholfreien) Cocktails an der Bar sind leider von der einfachsten Art. Insgesamt alles sicher nur Kleinigkeiten, aber dennoch störend und unnötig. Trotzdem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir würden aber ins Sataya nicht noch einmal kommen.

I like everything about the property. We will definitely visit again. The sales staff for ancillary services can be pushy at times which is a bit uncomfortable. The food is excellent and nice varieties. I give it 10 stars.

In generale un ottima struttura, migliorerei gli orari della cena (più prolungata) Avere la possibilità di mangiare in più punti della struttura (non a pagamento), troppa insistenza in spiaggia da parte dei venditori per le escursioni

My initial disappointment re room was taken care by Hani the duty manager and made the rest of my stay very pleasant. The hotel and facilities was very good but away from Marsa Alam or Port Ghalib…It would be a good if the hotel provided a shuttle service once a day for guests, even for a small fee. Using the taxi service was a bit pricey .

POCO DA VISITARE NEI DINTORNI

Everything was amazing, the facilities, the reef, the pools, and staff, everything, just the beach itself was not that friendly as it's rocky nonetheless, the management have a solution for guests who want to enjoy the beach but not in the reed snorkeling area, and the green areas were remarkable and the food quality is top, sure it won't be the last time to go there.

Struttura nuova e molto ben tenuta. Ottimi ristoranti personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Multilingue. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla ma per noi era perfetto così. possibilità di escursioni centro diving animazione internazionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Quiet resort. You will be pretty much isolated there. We went for diving, so we really just needed a place to sleep. The property is really nice. The food is not great, but It does the job

Bel resort. Molto curato. Camere spaziose e fantastiche. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornarci. I nostri figli hanno adorato l’acqua-park, le numerose e diverse piscine e il pontone per accedere al reef. Molto famigliare e tanti bambini. Soprattutto famiglie italiane durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo scoperto dopo che è gestito da Alpitour. Unica pecca, se si può dire, è (forse) il cibo. Il cibo a buffet è davvero ottimo e con grande varietà ma alla lunga appare un po' ripetitivo. Speriamo di tornarci.

Struttura bellissima! Molto grande con 7 piscine di diverse profondità molto riscaldate. Spiaggia molto bella e attrezzata. Staff super gentile e sempre disponibile. Una grandissimo grazie ad ADAMO che si è preso cura di nostra figlia durante lo snorkling a Turtle Bay. Note negative: Il cibo, scarso sia per varietà che per qualità compreso quello del ristorante "italiano" Spago che di italiano non ha davvero NULLA. Seconda nota negativa: gli "street sellers" che girano per il villaggio seguendoti in continuazione e cercandoti di vendere qualsiasi cosa dall\'escursione alla treccina per i capelli. Questa è la cosa peggiore e molto fastidiosa. Sarebbe meglio mettere dei desk all\'uscita del ristorante e creare una corta di revenue center. Cosi non è accettabile. Sono insistenti e fastidiosi

The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small.. I also found that the staff were not the friendliest and the service wasnt really good.. we didnt get offered drinks while we watched other guests being served, we did bring this issue up and it was resolved however all in all the staff could do with some customer service training...😊

Bel resort. Molto curato. Camere spaziose e fantastiche. E' stato molto piacevole soggiornarci. I nostri figli hanno adorato l’acqua-park, le numerose e diverse piscine e il pontone per accedere al reef. Molto famigliare e tanti bambini. Soprattutto famiglie italiane durante il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo scoperto dopo che è gestito da Alpitour. Unica pecca, se si può dire, è (forse) il cibo. Il cibo a buffet è davvero ottimo e con grande varietà ma alla lunga appare un po' ripetitivo. Speriamo di tornarci.

The whole resort was spotless. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Happened to witness a lifeguard in action and I was blown away by his speedy reaction. All food in the restaurants and pastries in the bars were of high quality and very fresh. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The hotel is big and beautiful. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Althought the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded or busy. Service was AMAZING!!! 24/7, golf carts available to move all the time. And my pictures are from the sea right infront of the hotel, not the beach but the dock further water, very pretty full of jelly fishes you can swim with with no harm at all, amazing experience. Although if you go further north the beach is better, the location is perfect so makes sense. We had a private pool with warm water very nice to enjoy private time. The FOOD; is not the best, a good variety and several restaurants but the quality is not the best but ok compared to the all inclusive price, just enough. Definitely recomended!!
