Having laundry in room was great, apartment has everything you need. Surrounding neighborhood is amazing.

Quarto enorme, super equipado com cozinha completa, máquina de lavar, ferro de passar roupa, secador, etc. Ótima localização, bem perto de estações de metrô e com bons restaurantes nas redondezas. Equipe cordial, guardaram nossas malas antes do check-in e receberam uma encomenda para nós. Recomendo muito. Foi nossa melhor hospedagem na viagem.

This couldn't have gone any better - don't hesitate! Spacious, clean, free in-room laundry, kitchen w/ bowls/plates/etc. Location is perfect: easy walk to tons of shopping and dining - even a park/museum area and Zoo (Ueno). Also very easy walk to most touristy train (Yamanote) and a few others....you can get anywhere. We'll be staying here again next time without a doubt.

Really convenient location, close to multiple stations, supermarkets, shops, and Uneo Market for street food, Donki, and entertainment. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed.

Very handy location for 2 stations, big metro and JR lines. Lawson opposite the hotel but loads of shopping and eateries close by. 10min walk to Ueno park for the zoo. Room was very spacious and laundry detergent provided for the in room washing machine which is handy as we travelled with hand luggage only so needed to do wash. Would defo recommend for families. We arrived at 2pm which is too early for the 3pm check in but they were happy to hold onto our bags and were in our rooms when we did check in later on.

In unit washer and dryer combo, has kitchen, nice for family with kids. Very close to train station, convenience store and supermarket. I'll definitely stay there again.

A great option for when you want a bit more room than a hotel, and enjoy the flexibility of having your own kitchen and washer/dryer. The properly is newly built (~2021)

숙소 위치는 우에노역과 인접해 매우 좋은데, 먼지가 너무 많고 침구류에 머리카락과 먼지가 있어서 시트 청결하지 못했습니다. 다만 요청사항이나 한국어 가능한 남자 직원이 있어서 체크인과 플러그 렌탈까지 친절하게 도와주셔서 좋았습니다. 청소와 침구만 신경쓰면 최고일 듯…

배정 받은 방에 먼지가 많이 쌓여 있었습니다. 아무래도 방이 오래 비워져 있던 느낌이었고 특히 에어컨은 냄새가 많이 나서 청결 관리는 잘 안 되어 있는 것 같았습니다. 다만 화장실 및 침대 등은 깨끗했어요. 이외는 만족하고 편안하게 지냈습니다. 우에노에서 위치적으론 최고였어요. 우에노, 아키하바라, 디즈니랜드,시부야 이동이 너무 편했네요.

We had a fantastic stay at Monday Apart Premium Ueno Okachimachi during our time in Tokyo. The location is excellent, we arrived at Narita Airport and took the Keisei train directly to Keisei-Ueno Station, which is about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. When we left Tokyo by bullet train, it was just a short and easy ride to Tokyo Station from the nearby JR station (only 5 minutes away on foot). The area around the hotel is vibrant, with lots of restaurants and shopping options. It’s within walking distance to Ameyoko shopping street, where there’s tons of great food and deals, and it’s also close to Akihabara if you’re interested in electronics or anime culture. We stayed in a traditional Japanese family room, which was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and spacious. The kids loved sleeping on the tatami mats, and there was also a twin bed and a double bed. My husband and I each had our own bed, which was a pleasant surprise, I had been worried we’d have to share a double bed! The room also had a washer/dryer combo, which was super convenient and allowed us to pack light. Another nice touch: there was even a vacuum cleaner in the room, which I used to tidy up during our stay. Housekeeping is provided once every 7 nights, but we didn’t end up using it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tokyo!

The apt hotel was very clean and tidy. Location was close to both JR and Metro station as well. Very convenient indeed.

7月末先後共住了8個晚上，分別宿於4樓及6樓。這是第一次入住Monday, 以往都是宿Mixxru, 兩者都是上野站步行可達距離， 往京城上野站大約都是8-10分鐘步程。Monday房價相對上便宜一點點，位處的御徒町則有較多食店及超市/超商作選擇。 房間方面屬於整齊整潔適合一家大少， 房內備有有乾衣功能的洗衣機更省去帶大量替換衣服， 大小毛巾也有很多。 龜毛一點的建議， 剛進房間時就發現浴室內有頭髮， 有潔癖的朋友要先有心理準備。 鐵路駛過的聲音尚算輕微， 只會在清晨才會有聽到。房內沒有提供備用衞生紙， 用光了需到前台領取（還是沒包裝的）， 在房間內應該提供1-2卷帶包裝作備用較好。

The hotel is very close to Ueno subway station, lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room itself is quite big in Japan standard, the double room we booked has an additional bunk bed in it, great for families.It also has a laundry machine. However, because the building is adjacent to the subway line, you’re able to hear the train in the room, ear plugs are a must. The shower room also smelled a little musky from the moisture. Lastly, for our room, the sun blinds is right above the bed over your head, so the light shines right at you when the sun is up, eye cover is definitely recommended.

住宿地點剛好在兩個地鐵站中間，走路稍遠但也不是說走不到，睡覺寧靜，剛進去時在廚房發現一隻小小蟑螂，是唯一驚訝的點，整體來說還是挺滿意的，床架圍籬不夠高有可能導致小孩翻滾摔下，值得注意小心！

Clean room, amenities, great staff and location

無線網路的設備不夠好，應該每個房間都獨立一個，另外網路的速度也不夠快，這不該是個在東京市區該有的水準與品質

Everything is perfect except shower experience. Less hot water when I took a shower. Almost no more hot water can support me to finish my bath, almost every time. I suggest the hotel staff should check the hot water system and replace the shower head.

We had the 6 person apartment, for two of us. It was spacious for J’nese standards but 6 people might have been tight. Really cute space though, with everything you could need for a longer stay. Check in took awhile, because we showed up at 3:00, when others were checking in. Front desk staff are really kind, and efficient, and speak English. The only drawback was hot water. There’s a thermostat by the ofuro door where you can bring up the water temp. We did that but it ran out pretty quickly. Check out the artisan “mall” diagonally across the street from the hotel…lots of handmade nice Japanese things. It’s under the tracks and so cute!

Room was large for Tokyo standards and was very clean. Had all the amenities in working order. Staff were friendly and helpful, but could have helped with late check out.

The staff is friendly. We loved our room for 4. Lots of room to spread out our luggage. We liked that the toilet was in a separate room and the shower room was amazing!!! It’s in a great location. Close to the Okachimachi station, Ameyokocho and Akihabara.

The price is very competitive and the size of room is huge in Japan standard. One big plus which is not emphasized in description is that it has in-room washer and dryer, and detergent is provided. Front desk is very friendly as well. The location is also close to shopping and food. The only problem is the noise from nearby subway. If you have sleeping difficulty, this is not for you. For me, I use ear plugs and it was okay. My children were not bothered by it, but my wife didn't sleep well.

Amazing location in a convenient, walkable neighborhood. About a 3-minute walk from a good grocery store and from train stations with access to the Yamanote, Ginza, Keihin–Tōhoku, and Hibiya lines. A pleasant 10-minute walk to Akihabara or to Ueno Park. Our room faced the rail lines, but noise was not a problem; the windows dampened the sound enough so that passing trains didn't disturb our sleep. We didn't hear any noise from other hotel guests either. It was a very quiet stay. The in-room kitchen and washer/dryer were extremely convenient. We had a "Deluxe Japanese" room, and it worked great for our family of 4 (adults slept in the beds and kids slept on futon mattresses on the tatami). It also helped things feel a little more authentic and local than an American-style hotel. Check-in and check-out were easy. The front desk staff spoke good English and were responsive to our needs. Everything was clean and pleasant. WiFi worked great. There are several other MONday hotels nearby with similar names, which can be confusing. There is a "hotel MONday Premium Ueno Okachimachi" (no "Apart") that is several blocks away, as well as a "MONday Apart Premium Ueno" (no "Okachimachi") and a "MONday Apart Ueno Shin-Okachimachi" (note the "Shin"). These are all different locations. Make sure to note the difference when booking and when traveling to the location. If you take a taxi, just give the taxi driver the exact address (Ueno 3-8-8) to avoid confusion.

Staff was extremley helpful and professional. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. Our room was clean and ac was cold. We had the family swuit room. Hotel location is great, in between 2 stations and close to everything. Will Rent this place again shortly.

Very strict check-in time on me. I reached the hotel at 2.35pm and was told check-in time is 3pm. However, the front desk allowed another guest to check in at 2.45pm. This is really unfair.

Extremely bad service since the minute we checked in. Tried to give the staff all the passports (4) when checked in but then staff was kind of not pleasant telling me she only need one. When I put away all the rest, she asked for the rest again. Checked out time is 10 am; earlier than most other hotel. We left at 11 am and they charged us $11,500 yen for extra hour. We asked the staff to help ordering a larger taxi for 4 people with luggage, staff refused to do so saying we needed 2 taxi. We took one taxi from Osaka to Mimaru Hotel and it could fit all of us with luggage. Staff are unpleasant, not willing to help. I will not recommend this hotel for any family! I went to different Mimaru in Osaka and Tokyo with way better service!!! If you want to enjoy your trip and have a pleasant time, do not consider this hotel!!!!

Confusion at check in, one staff member wants to see just one passport and then we are asked for all by another staff member. Provided with two halves of toilet rolls to last 3 days for four people! The property is nice but a bit squashed for the pricing. They are also far too money grabbing in my opinion as we got there at 2pm and they wanted to charge additional for a check in an hour earlier despite us staying several nights. Check out is also early at 10am so they boot you out in the hope to generate additional income… just didn’t feel right. The beds are totally uncomfortable and the bottom bunk is really not practical to sleep on so whilst the location is good, I’m not sure the pricing matches the comfort level that we expected. This was after staying in a variety of 3 star hotels right through Japan.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff, combined with the convenient location, made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Close proximity to plenty of eateries around the area, shopping malls Parco ya, Matzukaya, Ameyoko street, Ueno and Akibahara. 2mins walk to Okachimachi station and few other stations. Spacious and comfortable room, full kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, sizeable fridge and love the in-room washer-dryer. Friendly and polite staff. Oh and I love the separate wash/ bath tub and toilet. Last but not least wonderful shoe rack!
