It was a friendly welcome but seem to deteratre from there. Everything seemed to much effort for the staff . Everything had to be asked for the coffee machine broke . Had to ask what to do. We choose the hotel because of the pool and then they closed it early no reason why

They have a great outdoor pool, which is quite hard to find in a city hotel. Apart from that the interior is designed nicely and thoughtfully. I don’t know if I would want to go back since it takes long to get there by subway from the city centre. It was an interesting experience though.

super good hotel, the room was cleaned every day really my compliments. The fire alarm went off at night because someone was smoking in his room, only downstairs there was no clear explanation of what was going on, where we had to go as guests. No excuse or someone to help you. Our room wasn't ready at 15:00 either. The hotel is very nice and clean. The pool is very nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel to go to.

Primeiro nos colocaram em 1 quarto sem A/C. Depois que reclamamos trocaram para um outro quarto maior, mas que o ar tambem nao funcionava e a geladeira estava quebrada. Quarto é enorme, bem confortavel. Localizacao ruim para quem for usar metro. Atendimento muito ruim.

A fabulous stay at Mob House. Was worth the proximity to metro for the outdoor pool and terrific ambience of the hotel. If want to watch tv take your iPad with you. The big room was great! Thanks to staff :)

This hotel would have been great if it weren’t for the lack of proper air conditioning (it is centrally controlled and set at 26.5 Celsius / ~80 Fahrenheit). At times, it was cooler outside than it was inside the room and sleeping was difficult.

Nice hotel. Sketchy neighborhood. Service was good. Food was good. The only gripe was the hot room. Wouldn’t allow you to benefit from the air conditioning. Windows had not screen so when I tried opening the window, huge mosquitoes came in. Had a few bites on my body.

Si vous aimez dormir dans une discothèque prenez une chambre au premier étage ! Une catastrophe ! Impossible de fermer l œil avant 1h du matin car après l arrêt de la musique c est au tour du bruit des chaises qui résonne comme si elles étaient dans votre chambre et des clients bourrés qui sortent dans la rue ! Very poor quality service. Air conditioning broke in room so running at 25 degrees (when it was 34 outside). Had to ask several times for it to be addressed. The initial option was to bring a desk fan. Eventually we managed to move rooms. Very trendy hotel but service didn’t match it

Personnel désagréable et prenant de haut (nous avons demandé des précisions sur le fonctionnement du service et l'on nous a fiat comprendre que nous étions bêtes). C'était en semaine mais soirée au RDC qui faisait remonter le bruit dans la chambre et faisait vibrer le sol de la chambre une bonne partie de la nuit Point d'éclairage principal et un éclairage table de nuit HS signalés à la réception qui nous a certifié que cela serait réparé avant la fin de la journée (nous sommes arrivé tôt) mais cela n'a pas été fait... Pratique Sol avec poils/cheveux an arrivant.

I didn't stay but my rating is based on the extremely rigid reservation rules - be very aware when booking that the hotel will not consider any changes, even if it means simply adjusting the date of stay and paying the difference if rates are higher. Because you booked through Expedia, the hotel will not engage at all, and are equally rigid when Expedia asks for a change to the reservation in its customer's behalf. This was my experience. Too bad, since the property looks really cool.

Our family’s favorite hotel in Paris! This year they offered complimentary breakfast and one day when there were no eggs left the chef set to and made us individual orders. The staff are beyond wonderful and our only issues were with the key cards demagnetizing frequently. J’adore MOB House!

Unusually no TVs anywhere so potentially makes it more relaxing which is complimented by the chill courtyard area Pool is quite good, Gym average. Food is nice though few more cooked options at breakfast would be nice. It’s slightly further out from central Paris but walkable to Montmatre. About 5-10mins from Porte de Clignacourt metro.

Hotel is really nice and was given a room upgrade at check in (which is great!) so got swiftly move into a suite room! It is very spacious and nicely decorated. One perk is the room has air con though it took a while for the room to be cool. Was told by driver that surrounding area not the best but didn’t feel too bad throughout stay there. Hotel is comfortable, staff are friendly and the food at the restaurant is really tasty too! Location not the most central but nearest train station is about 10 mins walk and there are a few bus options too

Mooi hotel net buiten de stad. Prima te bereiken met de metro vanaf gard du nord. 2 Metro stations in de buurt om snel in de stad te komen bij alle high lights van Parijs. Hotel was goed, prima kamers met net sanitair. Lekker zwembad om af te koelen als het warm is! Kortom een aanrader voor een stedentrip naar Parijs!

We did love the hotel, the environment and location. There a simple things that would have made me rate it excellent - the availability of English breakfast tea in the room and at breakfast. I had no idea what the sachets were in my room, or how to use the coffee machine - instructions would be good. Room service was a bit non-existent too.

Great dinner at the restaurant! Nice breakfast but items that run out don't get replenished. Room experience not so good - no heating in the room in December. Quite a few conversations needed with reception on Christmas Eve intil the issue got resolved.
