Security cameras in parking areas, outstanding cleanliness in our room. Modern, very comfortable and great coffee and tea facilities in and out of our room. A very enjoyable stay!

Stayed for 1 night in Feb for a party in local area. 24 hr reception so late arrival and coming home late from a function felt safe. Bistro on site for a lovely buffet bfast at $15 a person was cheap and affordable before driving home. Room decor and bedding was lovely and clean Recommend highly.

We stayed here for one night and found it to be overall excellent in every detail, from check-in to the condition of the room. Expect a comfortable bed, a quiet room with a pleasant outlook, a prisitine bathroom and a whisper-quiet aircon. Friendly staff on reception and check-in was quick. Free parking, and right next door to a hotel for drinks/dinner. Would definitely stay again.

I booked last minute and was able to get a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Staff were very helpful, friendly and a 24hr front desk was great, plus a free coffee machine at reception. Bed was soooo comfortable! Loved it

Excellent rooms , super clean beds and pillows, nice facilities and Location. Awesome staff , out Tv was not working and the reception came in 5 minutes and was resolved. Also nice breakfast next door at the sands

Excellent place to stop on my long drive. The room was clean and quiet, safe and secure, great water pressure and fast internet, and the staff was friendly too, and an unexpected added bonus was that the property shared its ample free parking lot with a casino and pub, which had excellent food and offered a meal discount to Sands guests. Across the street is a shopping mall with an ALDI. Needed a place to sleep but found so much more. Highly recommended.

Accomodation separate from main hotel, good bed, complimentary water, coffee and shared microwave. Food on site breakfast, lunch and dinner.

They need to provide a biscuit along with the tea and coffee Penny pinching. And they should provide more towels and bathmats to help cope with the water flooding out from the shower.

Sands is a great name as its an oasis in the desert. Rooms were big and very clean. Bathroom was the same. beds were super Comfortable. Staff great. Find it and use it

Room was immaculate, very nicely furnished, had all the amenities required, staff were courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bathroom was nice. The only issue we had was our room didn’t get cleaned and didn’t get fresh towels (2 night stay). The coffee machine was awesome to have but sadly wasn’t working the two times I checked it to make one but I’m sure this isn’t common. Great stay!

The queen bed caused my wife and I back and neck pain. The bed was too soft and sunk. Not supportive enough. The noise factor was too high after midnight with drunk young females. (Saturday Night).

We had room 224 it had shared access with room 223. We could hear doors banging loudly throughout night & loud noisy sounds from appliances throughout night. On top the bathroom had a glass window with no blinds & a glass sliding door that opens into bedroom through which light from street lights & adjacent buildings entered the room all night & a long window over the beds had only a roller blind which didn’t cover the whole window & made the room well lit. It was so hard to sleep with light & noise entering room from all around.

Don’t like the cooling system th at we couldn’t change it ourselves from heat to cool. We felt very suffocated in our room even with windows open and the temp low on heat. It still didn’t make a difference

Could not find fault with anything. The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, the room itself was spotless and comes with a very generous bathroom. The bed was really comfortable and there were even USB outlets (both type A and C) beside each side of the bed, for device charging, so no need to bring your own adapter.

Staff were lovely and room were fairly new and clean however could hear a bit of noise from other rooms and hallways etc throughout the night.

Needed a quick stop over before an early start on site the next morning. Everything was great. Clean and up to date room, usb chargers built into wall next to bed. Comfy bed. Nice shower and ammenities. Cant fault it.

Well appointed rooms, spacious bedroom with double doors opening into the loungeroom. Lovely bathroom. We could easily stay for an extended period and not feel hemmed in.

Family suite was spacious. Bedroom was quiet light overnight as light came directly through the bathroom window and door as they are frosted only.

Very impressed with the hotel, the room and the service. Exactly as the pictures show, it’s much better in person. Clean functional comfortable. Front desk staff are super nice and always helpful. Definitely staying here when I’m back in town. Cheers !!

We had to make changes to our plans at short notice meaning extending our stay unexpectedly. The staff were excellent accommodating the change so that we could keep our existing room etc with minimal disruption. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout.

The property was nice, and rooms were clean on arrival, and had comfortable bedding. However there were a few things we weren't happy with, another customer smoked weed in the room just down from us. The smell was so strong, throughout our area, the hallway and our room. We notified the staff and they barely acknowledged it. We felt they could have at least apologised and tried something to sort it out- moved us or something. (We had our kids with us) Then due to circumstances we couldn't control, we needed to stay another night, when we went to book it, they said yes and quoted a price, which we were charged. However the next morning, they had no record of us staying another night, despite the money coming out from our account. Another thing was that they charged us an extra $20. When I asked what it was for- they said they 'didn't realise the extra night was more expensive' despite it being a Monday- not exactly peak time. Anyway it bothered us that they charged us, without asking or explanation, a polite conversation explaining the situation would have be lovely. I think it was super unprofessional to add a charge, due to the staff mistake and without consultation prior. Overall the staff service was not great- we felt they could have done much better- especially as we didn't want to be in the building for one whole day, because of the weed smell. Other things to note are that you cannot use the tv properly unless you have personal accounts for each service.

When you're welcomed with a smile you know you're off to a good start, but the service and standard of our room only got better! Highly recommend 👌

This property was very clean , comfortable and in a great location The staff were extremely friendly and check in was seam less . Having the tavern right next door was fantastic and there was a shopping centre about a 2 minute walk away with everything you need . The price of the rooms were great and the parking was safe and secure right near the hotel . We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area next time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s ffrlm us

A great hotel in an accessible situation near a shopping centre and restaurants, our only issue was the noise from the pub next door. Our room was great and bed linen superb. Staff were wonderful.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was modern and clean, loved the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent for the money and freshly cooked and the lady that looked after the breakfast room was an absolute delight. Would stay there again.

The pub part had excellent food, friendly service and reasonable wine prices. Breakfasts at $22 a head were reasonable and good food
