Very nice property. We booked it for the proximity to Shannon airport. Our stay was short but we had dinner. Burger great. Request their mushrooms on the side. Wonderful !! Hot tub luke warm super disappointed. pool nice.

The hotel was lovely overall. The kids enjoyed the pool, the restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were spacious. There’s no AC and it was quite warm when we stayed, but we had fans available in the room and that was fine for us. We’d stay again!

No bottled water in a 4* deluxe room? The cupboard drawers collapsed when I tried to open them. The Sauna in the leisure centre wasn’t working on the second night of my stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The 'sell' on Expedia did the trick. Moody and inviting. Beyound the warm reception. The lift control button / mount was loose... setting the mood. Its and older and evidently tired hotel. Everthis tired / dated. Room's decor, bathroom fitting. The TV had, then lost signal. The coffee cups an saucers filthy. I don't / couldn't dine. Dissapointed.

This hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was great. However the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was wet hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours, obviously. Pay $20 to stay elsewhere.

Sehr schönes Hotel, was allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Negativ war die Dusche und der Vorhang der teilweise Schimmel aufwies. Dies sollte verbessert werden. Die Bar ist toll und das Frühstück war hervorragend!

Fabulous hotel we chose this based on the internet details and were very pleased with our stay the executive double we chose was roomy and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of foods, we ate at the hotel the first evening and had a very good meal, overall our experience was excellent we would definitely plan to return if we are in the area again. We would highly recommend the hotel and it’s facilities.

We arrived for a one night stay. On arrival the room seemed quite dated. One of the two chairs provided was so rickety that it seemed it would collapse on using it. I tried to call the office, but I couldn't be heard on the room phone. I decided to go downstairs to ask for a new chair, but Declan was already on the way up. We also advised him we couldn't find any USB ports for charging devices. He said there weren't any, but one could go downstairs to purchase one from a vending machine. Declan returned with a replacement chair and telephone and with the bad news that the vending machine was out of connector devices. Later we tried to use the bedside lamps. The first didn't work and the second could not be plugged in. Declan came back and said the lamps were problems. He removed the two and returned with two different ones. One of them worked, but the second couldn't be plugged in. There was only instant coffee. Ugh. The curtains in the room could not be closed as the hook on the curtain could not be inserted into the broken plastic holder. Light came into the room at 4 am. On the good side, the hotel comped our dinner and a bottle of house wine. The dinner was delicious. The residents of Ennis should make a point of coming here though it is a few minutes by car from town. The staff was as helpful as it could be and receive the highest of marks. Also, we received a call from the owner the following day to apologize for the issues we faced at the hotel.

The room was a bit dated. The door was difficult to open and close. The materials was old and the shower only shower didnt work. It was too hot. The shower in the bath area was better but there was no cover so it splashed a bit.

My only complaint: there was a raucous wedding on a Thursday night and hotel staff did not address the roaming after party until 2:30am. Walls are thin here, a little dated, but generally clean. 10 minute drive to city centre.

overall is good one thing want to mention is the night shift staff not too helpful, when i have a box of stuff wanna bin. just point me to certain direction without clear guidance. i need to check anywhere by loading up the box not asking her to help me bin, feel impolite just pointing somewhere, she might afraid i gave her some extra work

Business stay, i was literally in and out. Saying that, i was greeted by a very nice lady in the evening (i arrived late), who also happened to be there in the morning as well. There was a nice cosy fire in the fireplace of the entrance hall, which was a nice touch after the long journey.

We spent short break here in mid July and were pleasantly surprised by this charming hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special word for the Scottish carvery chef. We ate in the hotel and had an excellent carvery on arrival in a newly renovated dining room overlooking the connected golf club. We were warmly greeted by Oisín, son of the owner who toured the dining room chatting informally to guests. We also enjoyed a lovely evening meal the next day. Rooms and bathrooms well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Seating needs to be refurbished though and we were disappointed by the poor choice of TV channels.
