Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. The property is Very modern and attractive. It has nice amenities. Great room design, it was quiet and peaceful. Friendly hotel staff in all three shifts that we encountered. Enjoyed sitting out by the fire on the patio around 10 pm.

The property was okay and average. There was a couple strings of hair in places in the bathroom. The pool was not working which was disappointing as we weren't informed ahead of time and the summer heat was hot. The staff was nice and the lobby seemed to stay busy with guest hanging out in the area. Overall our stay was okay for the weekend.

My wife and i were amazed on how clean the room was and the set up as well was amazing. Staffs were so nice and friendly. They explained bout the hotel if its your first time staying there and would also turn on the fire pit for you when you want to sit outback. Would definitely go back 💯

We have stayed at this hotel before and needed to stay again for graduation. This was a 2 night stay with two adults and 2 children (8 and 3).The pool is under construction and will not be open until after May 25th. We actually had another stay booked, but cancelled because of the pool. In our room, the remote for the tv didn't work well, the tub and sink drained very, very slow, and there were ants in the window sill. The person at customer service did comp my kids candy for the pool. But, at check out the person at the desk stated she would give us 3000 Marriott points for the concerns during our stay. Those have yet to be applied after a week. If you simply need a place to sleep, I'd recommened for a night. I would not recommened if its multiple nights and you need the amenities.

One elevator was out of order, and only one (slow) elevator was working. The pool was out of order. There weren't trash bags in the trash cans in the room. The room was nice, and had several USB plug in's around the room, and Netflix built into the TV.

My family of 3 and I enhoyed our stay. We saw reviews that mentioned how cold the pool was. According to my husband and son, that's accurate. They were the only ones there, which was nice because it's a smaller pool, but they didn't stay in long due to the temperature. There's a review that said they saw a lot of ants. That too is fair. We saw them in the bathroom and on the desk, but we were on the ground floor and it's summertime, so it was almost to be expected; however, some ant bait would clear that up. The staff was kind, attentive and present. The bed was comfy, but the pillows were too soft for our taste, and that's just a personal preference. My blacklight discovered dog fur on the couch, but we have a dog that sheds a lot, so we weren't super concerned. Just needed the pull out bed and sheets to be clean, and they were. We selected this hotel for the location, which was nice, and it felt like a central location, as we'd be visiting downtown St. Louis and Six Flags. The price point was nice for the amenities and location. I'd stay there again. I even joined their rewards program.

I was disappointed, the bathroom had mold. There was no water provided, and I found myself sneezing due to poor air quality, mind you room cleaning is a request but no one mentions it. Overall, the conditions did not meet my expectations!

The outside of the hotel was nice, and the surrounding area had good shopping and restaurants. Lobby area looked well-kept and clean. Our room was surface clean however the sofa and ottoman were nasty dirty. The wall behind the toilet looked as if they tried cleaning something off the wall but bleached the wallpaper in the process. The toilet handle was broken and looked like they did a makeshift fix on it. We got it to flush but it wasn't right. This is a bit picky, but I didn't like the show design. There was only a half wall of glass, so all the cold air come right into the shower and the bathroom floor got wet from the water splashing. I have stayed at several hotels in this area and this one ranks pretty low for me.

Beds are terribly uncomfortable as are the pillows. My husband and I couldn’t wait to get home so we could catch up on the sleep we missed stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Walls and ceilings super thin. We could hear everything. Kids running around at 2am, upstairs room guests fighting. Room itself seemed clean, bathroom still had hair everywhere from the previous guest. I noticed several people loitering around the lobby and outside in the parking lot. It seemed as though they were there to use the pool and weren’t actual guests. I guess I will have to pay more for a more upscale hotel to have a better experience and not worry about uncomfortable beds, the noise level or loiterers.

The staff was very nice, the bistro in the lobby was good for morning coffee, we didn't get a chance to try the food. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. We only were there one night but would 100% stay again if in the area.

You can hear EVERYTHING in this hotel. Everytime someone opens a door, runs water, talks, or flushed the toilet it can be heard. Although it was a very hot weekend, the AC could not keep up and the room would not get cool enough. The hallways and lobby were extremely warm and balmy as well. Great location, just not worth the money.

Angela and all the staff were fantastic. They made the stay enjoyable and were very friendly and accommodating. We could not get the Wi-Fi to work on my laptop, which would’ve been an issue if I had more work to do while I was there, but otherwise it was a great experience

Check in was easy, lobby was clean, room was clean and spacious, pull out couch was easy to set up and there was plenty of room for it, and the bathroom was nice. Our room did not have the linens for the pull out couch in the closet as stated in the room, and weird since my reservation said 3 guests. I went down to the front desk (around 1 a.m.) and requested them. The front desk worker had some attitude when I asked, was reluctant to go look for them, but did go find some. I also requested a pillow, which he said that he didn’t have any, so I had to borrow one from the bed in our room, which was a little annoying. Pull out couch wasn’t super comfortable, but that’s to be expected. Other than that issue, everything else was nice. Was close to our concert venue, was clean, and check in/out was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again if going to a concert at The Factory!

It was great! Bed could’ve been a little more comfy. Tapping noise started on headboard wall about 6:30 AM and continued for a full hour…… not sure what it was, otherwise a great place to stay! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were there for a concert at The Factory and is was literally a 5” drive.

The hotel is ideally located close to everything in "The District" area of Chesterfield. We were greeted by very friendly staff upon arrival and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a great sleep. Great hotel in a safe, vibrant area.

Staff was friendly, let us have a late checkout. Though I wish they had given us the room we purchased, didn't reserve a handicap room. And paid weekend pricing in addition to that disappointment. The gentleman working in the cafe when we checked in was super kind though. Gave us a little extra fries so that my friend and I could share.

FELT VERY SAFE, I LIKED THAT ALL DOORS HAD TO HAVE ROOM KEY TO ENTER. THE ONLY THING I WISHED THEY HAD WAS BUFFET BREAKFAST. BUT LODGE AND ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN.
