Nice central location. No reception but this wasnt a problem, just remember to check your emails. The room was spacious and clean. WiFi was free and fast. It was also nice that the parking was included.

The mobile check-in and door key system worked well but is a bit daunting to start. On international roaming, I worry about losing cell signal at the critical moment. Parking was easy and free. Entrance and room very clean and well maintained. Kitchenette with selfserve coffee and croissants was a nice touch.

Nice, comfortable and clean place. Parking in the basement. Self check-in. There are fruits, hot and cold drinks in the common kitchen. The only thing we couldn't find was the main entrance to the hotel and any information about where we should go. So we had to call hotels customer service and ask where the entrance was, which was on the other side of the building.

Either new or very well maintained. Booked while stopped for food and drink but missed the online registration requirements. If I had done then I could have gone straight to room. Appreciated croissants, fruit and coffee. Very handy off-street parking included.

This hotel was something of a surprise, given that it is a) completely automated and b) situated in the middle of a shopping centre. It is, however, immaculately clean and very well located, not far from the train station and the bridge into Lichtenstein. With the room pre-booked, all that was needed initially is either the booking reference or your surname. Other information is then required (address details, passport information, etc) before a couple of cards for entry to your room are delivered by the machine. The room was large and smart, with an equally impressive bathroom with towels and shower gel provided. There is an eating area on one of the floors where free tea and coffee are always availble and, in the morning, this is supplemented by croissants and fresh fruit. This is clearly the future for some hotels and, on the basis of this one, when things are done efficiently and without hassle, it works very well. Not sure what happens if you leave your entry card in your room by mistake and leave building as there is (apparently) no-one on site to help you out!

Es war alles sehr sauber. In den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Die Räume waren groß und hell. Der Frühstücksraum für die Durchreise völlig in Ordnung. Es wurde Obst angeboten.

However, housekeeping missed some cigarette stubs left by previous guests in the window sill. The stubs are still there. The bed, while firm, offered great lumbar support and caused no backache during a week-long stay, contrary to some complaints about it being too hard. The in-house coffee lived up to the rave reviews — strong and enjoyable. During an autumn stay, the room’s ventilation became a trade-off: opening the windows allowed fresh air in but also brought street noise. The double-glazed windows provide silence when closed, but I chose fresh air over quiet. If you are bothered by the noise, prepare ear plugs. It can get really noisy when the windows are open. Lastly, the hotel was very responsive to messages via the Hotels.com app, which added to the positive experience. Overall, despite the lack of amenities, the cleanliness, space, and service made it a place worth returning to. Note: Prepare your booking number sent in an email from the hotel for self-check-in. I couldn't figure out what it was until I got in using other information. Else, prepare to stand outside the door and struggle.

It's a budget hotel so I didn't expect it to be great, but I didn't expect a dirty toilet seat or holes in the towels.

With your windows open in the heat of the summer it is quite loud. Though there is an automated "check-in" system, I had to call their (off-site) concierge to find out my room number - an email is sent once you check-in but if you don't have good cellular service - you won't get the email quickly, so you're just standing there with two room keys having no idea which room they open.

The room is ver spacious very nice but, there was no air conditioner, and so it is to hot inside the room, something else would be nice also to have a frigo inside the room

Checked in was a breeze. It was a self checked in and no reception or anything but once you entered your confirmation # from booking, your key to your room will dispense like an ATM card.

I wish “check in” procedures would be in English. I’ve got there in late afternoon and could not understand the language in order to check in. Likely, another guest (who happens to speak the language helped me out to check in).

The key system is hit and miss. The lack of staff on site feels wrong. The overall feeling is soulless. Some nice touches like the on tap coffee. But many hotels provide that in room. We had a long walk up a flight of stairs and through a heavy door. Not easy when carrying two cups. Our room was for a disabled person and this made the shower awkward as it was partially broken. Also no plug in the sink. But no one to tell.

Pros: Room and bedding were clean enough. Self check-in was easy. Free parking was nice Cons: There are several street cafes in and around the building. They are quite noisy late into the evening (until 1am) and the room does not have AC or even a fan, so you need to decide between quiet or a cool room, you don't get both. The free coffee room and breakfast 2 go were locked in the morning and our room card didn't open the door. If there's an issue it's impossible to communicate with any staff. There are none on premise and they don't answer their phone or reply to emails in a timely manner.

Grosses Zimmer umd Bad. Gratis Kaffee/Tee, Äpfel und am Morgen Gipfeli. Zentrale Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Nachteil Strassenlärm und Lärm von den Restaurants.

Bra läge för en dagsutflykt till grannlandet. Perfekt med fri parkering i bygnadens garage. Rymligt sovrum och badrum med svängrum för rullstolen. Hotellet ligger stadens huvudgata.

We weren’t informed during booking our stay that there was going to be a festival on right outside our window on the street that was taking place until 2am in the morning and then cleaning up till 4am, we booked the junior suite as we were travelling with 2 kids under 4 who were then unable to sleep through the noise, as one of the main nightclubs was practically under us, no accountability from the staff to apologise for not informing us

Great location for Buchs train station and for exploring Liechtenstein Schaan & Vaduz area. The auto-check in worked very well. The room was clean and comfortable. There were 24 hr drinks facilities in the main area and croissants in the morning. It was easy to access the hotel even though it was in the shopping centre, however felt very safe and contained. There are no staff that you see which for me was not a problem. For others who like the traditional hotel setting, and a use the reception function for local information, bookings, reservations etc, it may not work for them
