Wir haben 1 Nacht im Marriott City West verbracht und waren absolut begeistert. Das Hotel ist ganz neu und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Zimmer waren wir auch sehr begeistert, (wir hatten das Superior Zimmer mit Kingsize Bett gebucht). Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und elektrischem Toilettensitz (vorgewärmt). Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch das Frühstücksbuffet. Alle Speisen werden in tollem, modernen Geschirr präsentiert und die Qualität ist 1A. (Siehe Fotos) Die Parkgarage ist mit 35€ pro Nacht zwar sehr teuer aber dafür ist sie sehr hell und geräumig und verfügt über Ladestationen für E-Autos. Wenn wir wieder einmal einen München Besuch planen buchen wir definitiv wieder das Marriott City West.

Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Tolle Farben und Beleuchtung. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Mein Mann hat zu seinem Geburtstag einen kleinen Kuchen und handgeschriebene Karte bekommen. Frühstück mit Kochstation und großer Auswahl. Gut beleuchtete Tiefgarage mit großen Parkplätzen. Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wenn es Kritik auf höchstem Niveau geben soll, dann hätte das Personal kurz bevor sie das Buffet abräumen, nochmal kurz die restlichen Gäste informieren können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very modern and comfortable, brand new hotel. Great bar and restaurant (albeit, I would have preferred a German restaurant, rather than Italian). Slight negatives were that check-in was very slow and that I was charged €9 for 2 coffees, because I missed breakfast by 4 minutes. Also, the location isn't great if you like walking to places.

The hotel is ok, the restaurant is far from what would be expected form an Italian restaurant. Filet mignon portion size is just very small, far from 200g, and the pizza was soggy on the bottom, and the fact there is only one german beer available, in Munchen, is unbelivable to me ...

Zimmer sehen genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, sehr schön und ruhig, freundliches Personal. Tram direkt vor der Tür. Parkgebühren und Frühstück allerdings zu teuer. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es mi hotel favorito: llegas cansado? Pedis servicio de habitacion, ganas de sociabilizar? Vas al bar, ganas de una cena fancy? Absoluto esta para resolverlo. Ganas de algo rico y mas economico? Absoluto deli tmb ahi. Gym lindo y con prensa y polea. Buena ubicacion y servicio impecable

There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower when we arrived to our room. There was a piece of plastic in my ravioli which they told me was brought in so it’s pre made, very expensive dining menu for frozen/pre made food. Breakfast they had gluten free options but the dining menu my friend was limited to only 1 dish so had for lunch and dinner. 1 lady in the Resturant was super lovely and sweet. Spa area was out of service no prior warning, disappointing as only reason we booked this hotel and no reduction in price was offered. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for the airport shuttle most hotels include in their room prices. Breakfast was 26 euro each and everything on the buffet bar the sweet treats looked like it had been sat there for a good while.

Die Unterkunft verfügt über sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer. Störend war die ungewöhnlich trockene Luft, die wohl durch das Klimagerät/Heizgerät entstanden ist und dass ein Bewegungsmelder im Zimmer Nachts mehrfach ein schlafstörendes Licht eingeschaltet hat. Wir wussten nicht einmal aufgrund welcher Bewegung dieser an ging. Wohl gut gemeint, aber schlecht gemacht. Diesen konnten wir trotz bemühen nicht und nicht gänzlich abschalten bzw. hat er sich selbst wieder eingeschaltet. Die Lage war für unseren Zweck sehr gut und ist man mit der Straßenbahn zügig in der Innenstadt. Im Service beim Frühstück besteht noch Verbesserungsbedarf (wohl zu wenig Personal und überfordert, Brot aus, Leberkäse aus, Wurst und Käse ausgetrocknet und optisch daher nicht ansprechend etc.) und wurde die zugesagte Matratzenauflage (Bett war für einen von uns zu hart) nicht gebracht. Am ersten Tag kam der Room Service nicht. Mit wenig oa. Verbesserungen könnte ein hervorragendes Hotel daraus werden.

The hotel is located in a very depressing area of the city, however it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. The rooms are nice, as they are new. The service, however, is really not existent, way below average standard. Every request is turned down, nothing is available. Housekeeping is weird and hectic, leaving dirty cups in the room, showing up at weird times. Breakfast service is clearly understaffed, they are unable to keep up with the flow of people: tables are not cleaned on time, so people have to wait to be seated at breakfast, walking around with their plates in their hands. Not gonna stay here again.

Staff were not helpful and some plain rude. Asked to get our room cleaned and they didn’t do it two days in a row and when they came the second day were complaining the whole time. No lunch at the restaurant over the weekend. Room service stopped early. Ordered breakfast that never came, they did take it off the bill. Not very friendly or helpful would not recommend.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk erhalten. Es war wirklich sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Selbst das Beistellbett war vollwertig und bequem. Einziges Manko war, dass das Beistellbett für die dritte Person nicht rechtzeitig im Zimmer war, erst auf doppelter Nachfrage wurde es um 01:00 Uhr nachts noch aufgebaut. Aber alles in allem ein top Hotel mit Nähe zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof.

Dans l'ensemble, bien voire très bien, je conseillerai de demander une chambre qui ne puisse communiquer avec sa voisine, car vous risquez d'entendre vos voisins parler. C'était un peu décevant, car l’hôtel est bien isolé (au niveau sonore) de l'extérieur.

Das Zimmer ist modern und sehr sauber. Fragwürdig jedoch ist das Lichtkonzept. So schaltete sich das Licht mitten in der Nacht ein und liess sich nicht mehr ausschalten. An der Reception teilte mir man mit, dies sei aufgrund von defekten Sensoren. Da darf die Modernität in Frage gestellt werden. In einem Haus dieser Preisklasse dürfe so was nicht passieren.

Classic Marriott property with very new, clean, modern facility; very international, helpful and personable staff. Location requires walking and public transport or taxi to central downtown tourist attractions. Excellent location for S-bahn connection to the airport. Would definitely choose it again when returning to Munich.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein größeres Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk erhalten. Es war wirklich sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Selbst das Beistellbett war vollwertig und bequem. Einziges Manko war, dass das Beistellbett für die dritte Person nicht rechtzeitig im Zimmer war, erst auf doppelter Nachfrage wurde es um 01:00 Uhr nachts noch aufgebaut. Aber alles in allem ein top Hotel mit Nähe zum Münchner Hauptbahnhof.

The hotel is located in a very depressing area of the city, however it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. The rooms are nice, as they are new. The service, however, is really not existent, way below average standard. Every request is turned down, nothing is available. Housekeeping is weird and hectic, leaving dirty cups in the room, showing up at weird times. Breakfast service is clearly understaffed, they are unable to keep up with the flow of people: tables are not cleaned on time, so people have to wait to be seated at breakfast, walking around with their plates in their hands. Not gonna stay here again.

Very modern and comfortable, brand new hotel. Great bar and restaurant (albeit, I would have preferred a German restaurant, rather than Italian). Slight negatives were that check-in was very slow and that I was charged €9 for 2 coffees, because I missed breakfast by 4 minutes. Also, the location isn't great if you like walking to places.

Staff were not helpful and some plain rude. Asked to get our room cleaned and they didn’t do it two days in a row and when they came the second day were complaining the whole time. No lunch at the restaurant over the weekend. Room service stopped early. Ordered breakfast that never came, they did take it off the bill. Not very friendly or helpful would not recommend.

Os quarto era excelente, extremamente funcional e o hotel é muito novo, limpo e organizado. Não da para ir a pé aos pontos turísticos, mas isso eu já sabia pois estava de carro, mas é óbvio que existe o transporte público. Recomendo!

There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower when we arrived to our room. There was a piece of plastic in my ravioli which they told me was brought in so it’s pre made, very expensive dining menu for frozen/pre made food. Breakfast they had gluten free options but the dining menu my friend was limited to only 1 dish so had for lunch and dinner. 1 lady in the Resturant was super lovely and sweet. Spa area was out of service no prior warning, disappointing as only reason we booked this hotel and no reduction in price was offered. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for the airport shuttle most hotels include in their room prices. Breakfast was 26 euro each and everything on the buffet bar the sweet treats looked like it had been sat there for a good while.

breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties, waiters are friendly. reception people are very nice as well. we had dinner for 2 people and food was not good and far away from known Italian quality and taste. Sophie at the Italian restaurant is very nice and considerate.

The hotel is ok, the restaurant is far from what would be expected form an Italian restaurant. Filet mignon portion size is just very small, far from 200g, and the pizza was soggy on the bottom, and the fact there is only one german beer available, in Munchen, is unbelivable to me ...

Room was perfect and clean. Everything is new. Lovely shower. Breakfast was quite simple but everything was fresh and delicious. And location: you need to take a tram to the city center but it’s only ten minutes and the stop is at the front of the hotel. For us it was ok because we tend to go to the town in the beginning of the day and come back in the evening. Also there is a train station within 15 minutes walk where you can easily take a train to the airport without main station hassle.

It was the best hotel me and my family have ever stayed at, the amenities like the food were amazing and convenient. It was less stress I had to deal with regarding parking, cleanliness, and child safety. I will now continue to look for the hotel in every country we visit from now on!
