Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Stil. Das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich. Sehr lecker und an alle ist gedacht. Sogar glutenfreies Brot, vegetarische Gerichte, vegane Gerichte, frisch zubereitetes Gerichte an der Show Küche. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Spa ist relativ klein, aber sauber und gut nutzbar. Ein eigenen Abenden gibt es Livemusik und manchmal morgens zum Klaviermusik. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich zuvorkommend und nett. Komme bestimmt noch mal hat mir sehr gefallen.

Wer genau am Ballermann sein möchte, aber trotzdem Ruhe und einen Rückzugsort sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, alle Räumlichkeiten penibel sauber und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist hervorragend! Die Auswahl und der Service an der Poolbar hat uns ebenfalls voll überzeugt. Just got back from a stay at this hotel and thought I'd share my thoughts. Just stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my thoughts. Place looks nice - clean with chill vibes. Check-in was smooth, though you pay tax upfront. Room was solid - comfy bed, good AC, big shower, and handy stuff like a kettle and fridge. There's a balcony, but view's nothing special. It can get noisy, but that's mostly 'cause it's on a lively beach. Location's great if you're after a beach holiday. Lots of German and Dutch tourists around. There's a main pool, but heads up - it closes at 6:30 PM, which is kinda early. There's a smaller pool on the first level if you're desperate for a late dip. Gym's decent too. Staff were awesome, especially Amad at the front desk. My flight was late, and he sorted out food for me. Legend! Food and drinks were good, plenty of choices. Pro tip for your last day: they've got luggage storage and a free shower after check-out. Lifesaver if you've got a late flight! Overall, had a relaxing time. Not perfect, but comfy rooms, helpful staff, and good location make it a solid choice for a chilled beach holiday. Just get your pool time in early! Oh, and special mention to the staff - really helpful. Made sure I had food when I arrived late due to a delayed flight. Great service!

The hotel was very nice looking. Food was better than expected. Staff was very kind. My few issues; the bed was horrible. Two twin mattresses shoved together. No place to have a cigarette. They make you stand in a tiny stair case. Spending a lot of money to stay there, would be nice if I could have a cigarette in an actual chair by the pool with my coffee!

MySeaHouse Flamingo May 30-June 6, 2025 This was our first time to Palma and we received a most warm welcome at the front desk and we would like to commend and thank Sr.Jesus for giving us a lasting memorable impression. We fell in love with this hotel from the moment we walked in, it is absolutely pristine clean both outside and inside. We had an ocean view suite, the room was nicely prepared as well we were given champagne for our wedding anniversary courtesy of the hotel staff and the view overlooking the beach and ocean was stunning. This hotel is in a great location only 12 minutes from the airport. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was very fresh. This hotel promised to uphold its reputation of making us feel right at home and that is exactly what they did for us during our 6 night stay. We will never forget the hard working staff who went above and beyond for us at all times, the customer service here is above excellent. The following staff members deserve the highest commendation for providing unforgettable first class service: Sr.Jesus, Fernando, Estafania, Juan, Trini, Ahmad, Marketa, Bernardo, Karen, Alejandro, Adela, Ramon, Antonia and to all the men and women working very hard behind the scenes to make MySeaHouse Flamingo a spectacular hotel, you have our gratitude and very best regards. The hotel was fabulous itself and the staff was so nice. The view from our suite was incredible, housekeeping went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable for us. Food on site was great we ate 3 dinners there and breakfast was included it was everything you could want. Now for the good to know: The area is a lot of partyers even tho they say it’s soundproof the rooms it’s not. We never felt unsafe and I ran every morning but it’s a lot of drunks

Das Hotel und die Anlage sauber und schön. Der Wellnessbereich etwas kleiner als erwartet,aber es gab einen. Parkmöglichkeiten umsonst direkt vor dem Hotel, was wir auch super fanden. Ein Punkt Abzug da wir beim Abendessen mehrfach warten mussten, bis Platz im Speisesaal war, wir waren nur zu zweit. Ich bin der Meinung das man nicht 100 Betten vermieten kann, aber nur platz für 50 beim Essen hat. Das hat uns sehr gestört denn wir mussten teilweise 30 Minuten warten. Auch der Raucherbereich in dem Hotel, war mehr als schlecht. Am Pool auf den liegen und auf der Terasse, war das Rauchen verboten. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, dafür aber herrlich sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Einziges Manko: die Fenstern sind so undicht und dadurch sehr hellhörig das man die doch sehr laute Geräuschskolisse auf der Straße bei Nacht nicht ausblenden kann. Trotzdem aber hatten eir eine schöne Zeit in dem Hotel.

This stay was amazing. I booked last minute and got an upgrade to a fifth floor room facing the ocean. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. That were different themes for the food every night. Breakfast was abundant. For breakfast as well as for dinner order freshly made food right there. The massage therapist excellent. I rented a bicycle down the street and was able to leave it at the hotel bike storage over night. Please keep in mind that I want in February. This hotel is in the zone where people get super drunk during summer. Also, please note that the rooms will appear small for American travelers.

Amazing hotel with very high standards everywhere. Elegant design in all rooms. We had a junior suite with balcony facing the sea. Beautiful. Best bathroom ever.. huge and with the view of the sea. Friendly staff at all times at your service. Very nice dinner buffet and breakfast. Nice location in Arenal. We will highly recommend and come back 🤗

A spotlessly clean hotel with superb food and drink options in the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay here. I will just say that we were surprised to find that the shower in each room is just a glass cubicle in the room rather than in a bathroom. Fine if you’re a couple but not so much if friends. Resolved by having to take in turns to be on balcony whilst other showers. Hotel very quick transfer from the airport and only a 25 min bus journey into Palma. Local beach is a short walk across the street and plenty of loungers and shades to hire. The only down side is it is quite noisy area with large groups of youths as not far from popular German nightclub. You can however just walk a little further along the beach to find a quieter spot. All in all a lovely stay and sure we will return.

The hotel & staff were amazing. Loved it it was more couples, families with older kids. Surrounding area is very busy, large party crowds and nearby bars make it sometimes loud in the middle of the night. On the last days there was a rowdy party crowd at our hotel and the staff didn't seem to know how to handle this aside from selling them more alcohol. Not a place for light sleepers :-) A lovely time by the pool depending if your there the same week as a party crowd at the hotel.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort (vorher 2019). Nach wie vor ein gut geführtes Hotel. Den Gästen wird durch den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service des Personals immer das Gefühl vermittelt, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Besonders postiv ist uns der Rezeptionist Hamman in Erinnerung. Da wir vor Zimmerbezug da waren gab es ein Frühstück aufs Haus.

空港から近い。タクシーで約10分、20ユーロ程度。パルマ市内へもバスで30分で行ける。朝ご飯、夜ご飯はブュッフェが付いている。夜ご飯の内容は日替わりで、ブュッフェだが美味しい。目の前にはビーチが広がり、透明度は高い。ホテルの付近にはナイトクラブがあるため、朝方まで少し騒がしい。少し気になになるが、疲れていたので寝れた。サウナは無料で使えるのも良い。大人専用のホテルで宿泊客の年齢層は高く、落ち着いていた。清潔で総じてかなり満足した。

Dit hotel bevindt zich pal in het uitgaansleven, dus heel veel leven in de buurt en heel veel leven is toch tamelijk wat lawaai 's nachts! Veel ambiance zal ik het noemen. Pal aan het strand- dus mooi uitzicht. Eten en drinken : zeer goed.

Das Hotel liegt mitten an der Playa am Balneario 6 u dennoch kann man hier Ruhe genießen. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß, hat ein tolles Farbkonzept und das Buffet ist abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen am Pool war sehr stimmungsvoll. Das Personal war auch immer sehr zuvorkommend u überaus nett. Wir waren schon einmal da u werden wiederkommen!

We would have preferred to have longer time range for dinner, closure at 21:30 is very early for French people!
