HhBonjour, une mauvaise experience, j'arrive à 17H30 réception fermée, après recherche je trouve un coffre ou doit se trouver la clé, malheureusement je n'ai eu aucune information concernant le code ni de confirmation de réservation seulement un reçu. Alors que j'allais quitté l'établissement pour trouver une chambre un gardien qui rentrait de course à pu me donner la clé du coffre. je suis très déçu de H hotels.com avec qui je ne souhaite pas renouveler l'experience. Pour le reste tout était OK.
