Stayed 15 nights

Not as good as last year in a few areas. Stayed 14 nights but housekeeping was sporadic. Room/toilet never cleaned. No clean mugs provided. Radiator hanging off the wall. Reception staff were very helpful but a couple of the bar staff were quite rude. Every night. Still no vegetarian dishes- only salad, pasta, pizza (some evenings) and vegetables. Tables aren’t cleaned between diners. Wouldn’t recommend and will only stay again if it’s the choice of other people in my skiing group.

Just ten metres from the snow, so virtually ski in/ski out. Heated ski locker so boots nice and warm in a morning. Great staff, very friendly, all inclusive with quality drinks. Two specialty restaurants included in the stay (one visit each) but general buffet very good. Well recommended and would definitely stay here again.
