Roca Verde

Many options to buy food, clothes and everything you need very close to Roca Verde aparthotel, the beach has many options with umbrellas, without umbrellas and restaurants around. During this time that I was here, I had no problems with parking, I always found a parking lot near or around the aparthotel. This property is not new or It is not luxurious but it is a place near the beach, and with everything around, what more can I ask for 🙏

Clean and neat apartment. Very friendly staff and the pool area was exceptional

2 Pools zur Auswahl. Wasser in den Pools etwas kalt. Viele Liegen um die Pools. Großer Balkon. Kücheneinrichtung hätte etwas besser sein können. Großer Flat TV - jedoch schlechter Empfang (ruckelig). Uferpromenade sehr nahe. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Tipp: Beste Cocktails gab es beim Annexo II, EUR 6,50 für ein großes Glas.

Rent, enkelt- men bra läge. Dåligt med endast 2 st nycklar till hotellet när vi var ett helt kompisgäng. Men hotellet funkade bra. Tråkigt poolområde dock!

Dejligt roligt hotel, med dejlig pool og veludstyret træningscenter. Køkkenet kunne godt bruge lidt mere udstyr, mere bestik og flere glas.

Les appartements sont très propres, cuisine avec bar , salon, chambre , salle de bain et une grande terrasse équipée. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Même si l’hôtel paraît un peu vieillot, les peintures sont fraîches. Au rez de chaussée une superbe salle de sport toute neuve donnant sur le jardin et ses 3 piscines (super). Petit bémol, nous attendions notre clé pour 15 heures et nous ne l’avons eue qu’à 16 heures, heureusement à la réception tout le personnel et très pro et nous avons profité des équipements en attendant.

We had a great welcome from Chris And she was helpful and friendly all the time. She talked to guest's at the pool regularly. She responded to requests quickly. The apartments are in a grest location. The bar advertised was closed. Apparently the apartments had not long been taken over. And they were in need of some TLC in the kitchens and bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms were fine. The beds were comfortable. Great views from balcony. The water unit for the room was too small to wash my hair and shower- ended up with cold showers. My friends water unit flooded and they were moved quickly to an adjacent room by Chris. The pools were both freezing cold so not very useable though we braved it a couple of times. The lifeguatd was very helpful and kept the area clean and tidy. We cannot emphasis enough how lovely all the staff were. Plus the cleaning service was very good. But the building needs some TLC including the wood on the balconies which is rough and splintery.

The property was ok, the pool was good. Parking is the major problem if guests have cars they should reserve some spaces in the area in front of the property otherwise parking is a nightmare if you hire a car like I did

Newly renovated, very comfortable nice hotel. They have a rarity in Playa del Ingles: a warmed-up swimming pool. Furthermore, I liked the fake grass on the balcony and around the pool area.

Vi hade en bra vistelse nära till både strand och shopping, lägenheterna är nyrenoverade och fräscha. Det tog ett par dagar innan vi förstog att hänga ut skylten om städning på dörren men efter vi började hänga ut skylten så var städarna superbra! Det fanns ett poolområde med 3st pooler en djup, en med sluttande botten och en mindre barnpool, det var gott om solstolar och parasoll och all mark kring pool och solterass är av konstgräs. De stora poolerna hade trappor och även stegar att komma i, badvakt fanns dagtid mellan kl.10-18. Personalen var jättetrevliga och fixade det mesta, receptionen öppen 24timmar, vi checkade in ca 01.00 på natten och det var inga problem! Vi bodde på våning 2 med delvis utsikt mot poolen och även ut mot vägen, ingen blev störd av varken trafik eller grannar (dock blev vi lite störda av cigarettlukt) från grannar då det var tillåtet att röka på balkongen. Hiss finns, och även en ramp upp till receptionen, ett gym fanns också vid poolområdet. Vi fick nyckelkort till entregrinden som stängs kl 22. Lite dåligt utbud av köksredskap det fanns 4st glas 2st vinglas, 4st tallrikar, 4st assietter, 4st djupa tallrikar 4st gafflar, knivar, matsledar och teskedar, 4st koppar. En stekpanna, en liten och en stor kastrull, skärbräda, durkslag, glasskål och ugnsform, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, brödrost, microvågsugn. Spagettislev, stekspade och slev var stora och i rostfritt stål,inga vassa knivar eller sax.Hårfön finns. Stora garderober i båda sovrum.

Rent fint läget super, poolerna och ytorna runt poolerna var pedantiskt skött. Kan verkligen rekomenderas.

Tutto molto buono a parte le pulizie che sono scarse, ma una volta ripulito (alla fine essendo non grande è stato facile pulircelo da soli) è andato tutto bene.

Et meget nedslidt hotel under renovering. Der var nettop for en uge siden åbnet en flot restaurant / Bar med et virkeligt lækkert udvalg af dejlig mad og drikkevare. Eneste problem er at kun meget få af personalet taler engelsk eller tysk. Poolområdet er fint men værelserne er meget nedslidte og trænger til en gennemgribende renovering og især finish - der er sprunget over hvor gærdet er lavest. Elevator knapper og dør meget beskidt, dørhåndtag sidder med store søm/skruer man meget let kan skære sig på. For ringe til prisen men er som sagt under renovering og bliver standard som restaurant skal det nok blive godt

Great location , nice renovated apartment , but kitchen area very outdated s and dirty . Old cupboard’s , constantly blocked sink and cockroaches . Cleaning staff do as little as possible . Such a shame for a nice apartment block . We asked to be changed to a cleaner more modern apartment for our second week but were told this would cost €450.00 😂😂😂 . We would recommend for the location , near the beach restaurant’s and shopping , but make sure you see your apartment before you accept it .

apartamento que necesita renovación en baño y cocina, cosas viejas y estropeadas. Pequeño para 2 personas sólo un sofa para uno. Mucho ruido por la cara que da a la playa. Pedimos unas almohadas de más y nos trajeron unas que olían fatal. El servicio de limpieza como siempre a la hora de la siesta, aunque salgas temprano de mañana y pongas el cartel de limpiar, vienen cuando descansas.

Lägenheten var en besvikelse. Slitet och med mögelfläckar i köksdelen, slitna köksbänkar som var fuktskadade. Skåpen där porslinet förvarades var väldigt slitet. Kontakter hängde lösa i badrum och på balkong. Sängarna saknade bäddmadrass. Rostigt badkar. Däremot nya möbler på balkongen som även hade härlig utsikt och kvällssol. Poolområdet var också väldigt fint med nya solsängar. Läget var perfekt med endast 200m till strandpromenaden. I beskrivningen för Roca Verde stor det att hotellet totalrenoverats 2021 vilket inte stämmer. Nya garderober och TVbänk är det enda nya.

Flotte rom, eneste ulempe var at det ikke var AC på rommet da vi bodde i 1etg og ikke kunne ha vinduet eller balkongdøra åpen på natta pga katter som hoppa opp på balkongen. Det ble veldig varmt og klamt i leiligheta/rommet.

I stayed in this place last year and, despite some problems, I liked it enough to book again in 2024. Unfortunately, it has changed a lot. Before making the booking I called the reception and asked in Spanish to be given a room in a less noisy area than last time. When I arrived, I was given a room in the noisiest part right next to the busy road with passing buses roaring until very late at night. You can only sleep comfortably for a few hours before the roar of the traffic starts again in the early morning. Also the bathroom looks really old with bathtub being painted over INSIDE with white paint, tiles and paint almost falling from the ceiling and walls and some very nasty mould and fungus painted over. What is worst, is the attitude of the receptionists. I asked to be given a different room and I was told buses passing by don't bother the receptionist. I asked him if he ever slept in this place and there was obviously no reply... I was then told to come back the next day, and the other receptionist did not even bother to check if there were any other rooms. All booked up! I also pointed out there were some items missing in the kitchen, to which the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said: so what? do you want me to go and buy them for you? This place has changed beyond recognition and I very much regret booking another long stay here. Never again! The conditions are not acceptable for the price you pay and you expect for the staff to be more polite!

Great location, clean tidy rooms with a small kitchen, very friendly staff. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and lots of amenities (shops, restaurants etc) close by. The only thing I could fault was the lack of air con in the room. As we stayed at the end of November this was not too much of a problem, but I would think twice about booking if I were looking to stay in July/August.

Rommet vårt var for nær resepsjonen og støy fra nattevakter vekket oss. Rommene var renoverte og bra, men de burde også byttet døra til gangen. Det var lysåpning rundt hele, og veldig lytt. Ellers var hotellet bra.

Amazing apartment with great view of the Dunes and sea. I Definitely will book again in the near future.

The hotel is okay, a little dated but renovations are underway. The rooms could really do with air conditioning, the heat is unbearable at times.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel était excellent. Les réceptionnistes sont top et très à l’écoute. Les 3 piscines sont très bien avec beaucoup de transats. L’hôtel quand à lui est très bien situé, à côté de beaucoup de choses comme la mer, les restaurants, supermarché etc… en bref je recommande

The receptionist have zero customer services skills she’s just whining all day behind the reception and unprofessional. I did ask a late check out prior to my stay (1 month before) but I’ve been told to ask the D day which I did and been told to leave in the next 2 hours she even come to knock at my door !!!! What the hell ! It doesn’t give you time to find something else if you got late flight ! Otherwise the cleaners are amazing always polite and friendly

Excellent value for money. Greeted by a lovely receptionist on our first day and there is a very nice and quiet pool area. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and although it is a little worn it’s fantastic for the price.

Construction going on next to my room. Guests not allowed to visit at all- childish policy!

Two days after checkin, I was informed that there were problems with the rooms and that they would relocate me to another hotel. Of course, I had to accept it because there were no other hotels available in the same price range. however the hotel we were relocated to was much smaller than the hotel we booked. the pool was very small and in the one we booked there were 3. it was not a happy change as it did affect our vacation, unfortunately.

Un lugar acogedor y tranquilo donde hospedarte en Playa del Inglés. Lo mejor que tiene es sin duda el trato humano: el servicio de limpieza es muy atento y Cris, la recepcionista, es MARAVILLOSA. Desde el primer día me recibió, me dio una máster class sobre Gran Canaria y cada vez que me veía me preguntaba y me trataba como un amigo. Es un lugar donde ir en familia o con amigos para pasar unos días tranquilos. Nada de FIESTAS o demasiados ruidos (tienen una política de invitados y ruidos estricta). Esta muy cerca de Playa del inglés, aunque mi parte favorita de la playa estaba más cercana a la punta de Maspalomas: la arena era más fina y la playa era más grande (no tenias que estar pegado a las hamacas de los kioskos). He de mencionar dos detalles importantes a tener en cuenta: Primero, que de las 5 plantas, las dos últimas son las mejores porque tienen vistas al mar (aunque no cuentan con aire acondicionado o ventilador). Segundo, las reformas siguen estando presentes. Había leído quejas de otros usuarios al respecto pero eran del año pasado y pensé que habían terminado. Al parecer están reformando todo el recinto poco a poco y depende de la habitación puede ser molesto. En general, la estancia fue buena y agradable; aunque si volviese a la isla intentaría que el hotel estuviese más cercano a la punta de Maspalomas o en Meloneras.

Okay for the price. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The property is old and definitely needs a refurb.

Fantastisk utsikt til havet og Maspalomasørkenen. Koselig leilighetshotell med kort avstand til strand og bra restauranter. Stille og rolig sted selv om gaten utenfor hadde mye trafikk.

Forårsferie. Centralt beliggende, dog meget støj fra gaden. Lejlighederne meget sparsomt indrettet med service. Størrelse på lejlighed ok. Udskiftning af sengetøj og håndklæder ok. Rengøring ok. Flot udsigt fra 5. Nem til indkøb. Savnede skyggemuligheder på terrassen om eftermiddagen. Var stort set ubrugelig fra 14-18 da solen står lige på

Apartamentos tranquilo y muy cerca de la playa.

Location good, close to beach and restaurants.

Fijne plek als uitvals basis om verschillende plekken te bezoeken. Bushalte om het hoek en busstation op een klein stukje lopen. Als je 's avonds terug vliegt kan je gebruik maken van de douche bij de gym zodat je nog heerlijk kan genieten van het strand. Om bij het strand te komen moet je wel een steile trap af of een stuk lopen om met een lift naar beneden te kunnen. Voormij een prima locatie om te verblijven.

Elevator knapper og dør meget beskidt, dørhåndtag sidder med store søm/skruer man meget let kan skære sig på. For ringe til prisen men er som sagt under renovering og bliver standard som restaurant skal det nok blive godt

The staff are absolutely terrible, so rude, no smile when walking past, no hello, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, there is a bar/resteraunt connected to the hotel and the man that worked there l, think he is owner abused me a few times and spoke very bad to my friend, I have never in my life witnessed such behaviour

Bien localizado, cerca de la playa y con piscina.Zona tranquila. Habitación confortable. Lástima que en las pocas veces que fui a la piscina no hubiese servicio de bar
