This beach villa was definitely as advertised - located within a resort, balconies overlooking the pool/hot tub and ocean, very well maintained. We had made advance reservations for dinner in surrounding communities, but between the resort dining room and restaurants at the village across the street, no need to wander. Washing machine not working during our stay. Owner contacted and willing to reimburse us for any cost incurred for commercial clothes care. Thermostat apparently set to Centigrade which was confusing. Multiple DVD players within unit but no DVDs available either in the unit or at resort front desk. Written directions for operation of the multiple remote controls would be a plus.

The condo was well maintained, enjoyable to stay at. We liked the pool area and used the hot tub which was nice. We took a trip to the beach and had a delicious meal at the the resort restaurant. Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo.

It is a great location overall. The resort is very clean and well kept as was the unit we rented. Easy walk to the beach even with an armful of coolers and chairs. Lots of room for a family of four to relax in the unit. Plenty of recreational items provided in the room. The only thing that we would have changed is the unit overlooks the pool and hot tub which were full daily with very loud crowds. So during the day into the evening no real peace and quiet on the balconies. Had to keep the sliding doors shut at times. And we have two children with us so please don’t think we are against children playing in a pool. Just don’t want to listen to it all day.

Maintenance required throughout the unit. No clean sponges, wasn’t as clean as expected in many ways. Patio furniture was worn out and unsuitable upstairs. Dining set on table was dirty when arrived. Washed all dishes as we used since wasn’t totally clean.

I recently stayed at this property and was a little disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the access code was changed at the last minute, causing a significant delay with our check-in. This was incredibly frustrating after a long journey.Communication with the property manager was nearly impossible. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration. Upon entering the property, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of wet dog, which was quite off-putting.Additionally, the place was not well-stocked with coffee. There were only five coffee pods provided, which was insufficient for 3 people over two days. We inquired on the type of coffee maker the unit provided; we were going to bring our own, but we reassured there would be plenty available to us in the unit. The dishwasher was another major issue. It was not secure and tipped over while loading, almost causing the dishes to break. This was a safety hazard that should have been addressed.The condition of the property was also disappointing. The walls were damaged with scuff marks, giving the place a neglected feel. Lastly, the beach was much further than described, which was a letdown as we had chosen this property for its proximity to the beach.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations for the price we paid

This was a great property and had everything you need. Very Clean and well taken care of. I will definitely book again! The only problem was a delay at check in as housekeeping was running about an hour behind, but it was such a beautiful day to explore the property I didn't mind.

Property looked like the pictures except that the cushions on the patio chairs outside the master were shredded on both sides and there was a dirty large plastic bucket on the balcony. The listing also stated AC and there is none, just 3 portable fans. Opening the doors provided air, but the group next door smoked cigars on their balcony which blew into our unit forcing us to close the doors. The entire complex lost power 4 times while we were there for 1-3 hours each time, either first thing in the morning when trying to get ready for the day or evening. Property management needs to make sure codes and contacts are accurate for the stay (wrong pool code and inaccurate information regarding keys). The location is good.We won’t stay here again, the constant loss of power was too disruptive.

We could not ask for a more beautiful, clean, cutely decorated vacation condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We loved the view off the balconies overlooking the pool. The beds were so comfortable and walk to the beach was just a short beautiful hike away. We had the most wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular and deers in the distance were such a great bonus. I can’t wait to come back again…

Aptos is one of our family’s favorite vacation spots! Accommodations were fine. We had everything we needed. The heated pool, hot tub and a great ocean view! Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. However, the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, no complaints. A good time had by all.

The property was beautiful and updated nicely as shown in the photo's. We love the proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to our dates which was very much appreciated. We do an annual spring beach trip and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time!

The host was very prompt in responding. Good ocean view with pool, jacuzzi, etc. Some of the reviews mentioned lack of supplies (toiletries, bedsheets, towels, dishes, etc.) so I was concerned but they have addressed all of those issues and everything was perfect and clean. I would urge them to fix the listing which claims to have bech chairs and umbrellas because there are only 2 beach chairs and no umbrella. Also, although there is a great ocean view, there is no easy beach access except a very long steep walkway Overall, this was a great place. The host was very cooperative and even extended our checkout time. The unit had more than what was promised

We flew from South Carolina and arrived at the San Jose airport at 10:50, so did not get to the condo until around midnight Wednesday night. The check in instructions gave a code to the door...that didn't work! The check in instructions also gave a number to call if the door code didn't work (this obviously happens often). I called the number 7 times and left a message and text. I received no answer and no response. I messaged the VRBO owner through the app. I received no response until the next morning around 8 am. I had my 82 and 83 year old parents with me, so this was extremely dangerous and frustrating! I had to search for another hotel and it took 5 hotels because it was Spring Break for a lot of schools in the area. We finally found a hotel in Santa Cruz around 1:30 am (our body time 4:30 am) and I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms.When the owner responded the next day around 9 am, she also sent me a lockbox code for a lockbox on the handrail outside the condo, "just in case the door lock does not work". She said it would take a few days. I have yet to receive a refund.
We flew from South Carolina and arrived at the San Jose airport at 10:50, so did not get to the condo until around midnight Wednesday night. The check in instructions gave a code to the door...that didn't work! The check in instructions also gave a number to call if the door code didn't work (this obviously happens often). I called the number 7 times and left a message and text. I received no answer and no response. I messaged the VRBO owner through the app. I received no response until the next morning around 8 am. I had my 82 and 83 year old parents with me, so this was extremely dangerous and frustrating! I had to search for another hotel and it took 5 hotels because it was Spring Break for a lot of schools in the area. We finally found a hotel in Santa Cruz around 1:30 am (our body time 4:30 am) and I had to pay for 2 hotel rooms.When the owner responded the next day around 9 am, she also sent me a lockbox code for a lockbox on the handrail outside the condo, "just in case the door lock does not work". We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The two bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are on the second floor with the master having a balcony that faces west. The other balcony is off the living room and also faces west. The condo was very clean; I was able to walk barefoot in the condo. A short walk to a pathway near the resort’s hotel takes you to the beach. The host was very pleasant and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view, easy access into property, new bathrooms and kitchen. Don't bring your own beach chairs and towels, they have some. They also have boogie boards and sand toys. Don't walk to the beach, it's way too far. Instead call the front desk and a golf cart will take you down. Cons: confusion with booking and communication with host, maybe Vrbo's fault. Toilet paper holders broken, no wash cloths, broken toilet seat in upstairs bathroom, mattress in master way too firm. But that's just nitpicking. Overall, beautiful place to stay in Aptos.

We could not ask for a more beautiful, clean, cutely decorated vacation condo. It was equipped with everything we needed and then some. We loved the view off the balconies overlooking the pool. The beds were so comfortable and walk to the beach was just a short beautiful hike away. We had the most wonderful view of the ocean. The sunsets were spectacular and deers in the distance were such a great bonus. I can’t wait to come back again…

Seascape was absolutely amazing. Aptos was a great location to enjoy both Santa Cruz and Monterey. The highlight was looking out the condo and seeing humpbacks right outside!The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beach accessories and beach towels were very nice to have supplied. The grind were beautiful and views were fantastic. We highly recommend staying here. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and were extremely helpful.

The views were absolutely as advertised. Very nice place in a quiet complex. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with a short walk down to the beach. The Nespresso machine came stocked with tons of pods and added to the luxury feel. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re out that way. Thank you Nicole!

This beach villa was definitely as advertised - located within a resort, balconies overlooking the pool/hot tub and ocean, very well maintained. We had made advance reservations for dinner in surrounding communities, but between the resort dining room and restaurants at the village across the street, no need to wander. Washing machine not working during our stay. Owner contacted and willing to reimburse us for any cost incurred for commercial clothes care. Thermostat apparently set to Centigrade which was confusing. Multiple DVD players within unit but no DVDs available either in the unit or at resort front desk. Written directions for operation of the multiple remote controls would be a plus.

I recently stayed at this property and was a little disappointed with my experience. Firstly, the access code was changed at the last minute, causing a significant delay with our check-in. This was incredibly frustrating after a long journey.Communication with the property manager was nearly impossible. Tried calling multiple times but couldn't get a hold of anyone. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration. Upon entering the property, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell of wet dog, which was quite off-putting.Additionally, the place was not well-stocked with coffee. There were only five coffee pods provided, which was insufficient for 3 people over two days. We inquired on the type of coffee maker the unit provided; we were going to bring our own, but we reassured there would be plenty available to us in the unit. The dishwasher was another major issue. It was not secure and tipped over while loading, almost causing the dishes to break. This was a safety hazard that should have been addressed.The condition of the property was also disappointing. The walls were damaged with scuff marks, giving the place a neglected feel. Lastly, the beach was much further than described, which was a letdown as we had chosen this property for its proximity to the beach.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations for the price we paid

The property was beautiful and updated nicely as shown in the photo's. We love the proximity to the pool, beach and restaurants. Communication with the property owners was fantastic and they were able to accommodate a last minute change to our dates which was very much appreciated. We do an annual spring beach trip and would definitely stay at this property again. We had a wonderful time!

Clean villa. Kitchen stocked with all the supplies we needed. Very close to the pool and short walk to the path to the beach. The fans were nice because we had a couple warm days. Clean, convenient, comfortable beds, owner responded very quickly to my comments. Walk to the beach is close but a steep hike from the resort, but nice beautiful wide sandy beach.(and the resort offers golf cart shuttles!) Would stay again!

We had a great stay at this property. It’s close to restaurants, coffee, shops, and has a great view of the water. Communication was excellent with the host. The host has thought of everything inside of the property not once did I think I wish they had something and they didn’t. I highly recommend this property..
