Typically when we travel we book a suite at a hotel. Thought we'd try VRBO this time. So glad we did! A lovely, peaceful neighborhood (camellias everywhere!), and the size of this cottage was just perfect. The cottage was so clean and comfortable. We slept like logs on the very comfortable beds. The appliances were easy to use. I especially loved sitting on the front porch to read my book and enjoy nature. The bathroom had everything we needed and there were plenty of extra towels and washcloths. And the bidet! I think we will be acquiring one in the future! Rorry was easy to work with and responded to questions with lightning speed! We hope to be able to stay here on our next trip to Tallahassee.

Stayed one overnight and texts, communication and check in were helpful and seamless. Location was perfect for visiting FSU. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed with clean extra linens, and all the things you would need for a long stay, kitchen ware etc. nice touches like an umbrella and dog leash and fresh filtered water in the fridge was nicely thought out. Decor was beautiful and very nicely coordinated without being too cluttered nor plain. Lovely property! I loved the place. It was close to everything, and even had a great park nearby. Perfect size for 2 people (or one person and a dog). The offstreet parking does not fit two trucks (both sides of the duplex had a truck), so one of us ended up parking on the street, but it all worked out. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Easy parking. Very nicely decorated. The beds were the most comfortable I have found anywhere. Conveniently located. It was a wonderful experience. We hope to book this property the next time we visit Tallahassee. Finally the host communicared with us directly regarding hurricane Dolly.

Needed a place to stay while helping son move in to his place. We enjoyed coming back to the cottage in the evening and relaxing quietly. Our Monticello toy poodle thought the doggy blanket was a nice touch.

This place was definitely a 5☆ stay, it had everything we needed, location was great for our plans. Communication was great, and extremely dog friendly with a lease and treats if we needed them. We will definitely be back!!

I booked the property because of it’s proximity to the capitol but it was within 3-9 minutes of everywhere I needed to go. Every detail was taken care of with many thoughtful things on site, such as cotton eye pads in the bathroom, a sewing kit, lint rollers, and doggie stuff. I will book this property the next time I go back to Tallahassee!

From booking to checking in to checking out everything was super easy. The cottage is just as it's pictured-- super cute and very clean. The location was great! We were in town for FSU's Parents Weekend and would love to stay here again for future events with our Seminole. Rorry was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

My daughter and I came up for Clemson game to see my son and found this cute place with all the reminders of home. We found that we didn't need a thing as it was all provided. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice decor with a vintage feel. We Enjoyed and nice walk to the Tallahassee Saturday market. We will stay here again if available on next trip!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this cute, quaint, quiet cottage in a residential neighborhood so close to all our planned activities. The cottage was very comfortable and inviting, with fun decorations and amenities, including some graduation balloons and trinkets left by the host...so kind. This was our first stay at a private home, instead of a hotel. The whole process and stay was easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay again. Thank You!

Cute little place, close to everything. The host is generous with coffees and creamers! Loved the cute flamingo decor. This was perfect for the 4 of us. Host was responsive, as a remote was missing. They came and brought another one. Highly recommend staying here!

Great home in Tally, perfect for two or three people. Home was fully stock and very nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was one of the best hosts we have ever had as far as communication. Will definitely stay here next visit.

We were in town for FSU's Parents Weekend and would love to stay here again for future events with our Seminole. Rorry was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved the place. It was close to everything, and even had a great park nearby. Perfect size for 2 people (or one person and a dog). The offstreet parking does not fit two trucks (both sides of the duplex had a truck), so one of us ended up parking on the street, but it all worked out. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Easy parking. Very nicely decorated. The beds were the most comfortable I have found anywhere. Conveniently located. It was a wonderful experience. We hope to book this property the next time we visit Tallahassee. Finally the host communicared with us directly regarding hurricane Dolly.

Popped into town for a quick visit with our FSU student. Great location, easy parking and an enjoyable little cottage that suited us well. Enjoyed the retro appliances and cozy living room that suited four of us perfectly.

Excellent spot to be. Close to everything Tallahassee has to offer. Super nice place. Not huge but very nice. Management is great at communicating which is nice. Felt like a very safe neighborhood.

My daughter and I came up for Clemson game to see my son and found this cute place with all the reminders of home. We found that we didn't need a thing as it was all provided. Comfortable bed, very clean, nice decor with a vintage feel. We Enjoyed and nice walk to the Tallahassee Saturday market. We will stay here again if available on next trip!
