Cubo's Villa Las Colinas

It was very nice that the villa is at the end of the dead-end street, no traffic passing by It would be good to have at least 2 sets of keys/remotes for that villa. Considering there can be up to 12 or even more people, they may like to move around separately and one set of keys is not enough :-) And it was a bit complicated that the owner communicated only in Spanish.

Absolutely stunning villa, amazing views. The owner came to meet us and talk us through everything on arrival, which was a great help, he was also a lovely chap. The villa was very spacious even with 9 of us in it and it was immaculately kept. We will defiantly be back.

The house is everything it promisses in the pictures, if not better. We enjoyed our stay very much and the service was great. The house is a bit far from the local shop, because you are on top of a hill. so the use of taxi´s will be a must.

Overall we were really happy with this place. A stunning property with breath-taking views over the sea. Each room is spacious with air con and a large kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The owner does not speak much english but this wasnt too much of a problem but had to go via the agent for a few queries and some power issues tripping the air con. The property is half way up the big hill leading to Benalmedena old town (which is beautiful) but you defo need a car or its a long walk! The property has been lived in for many years and has some lovely home touches which gives it real character. A few (small) things that we would constructively feedback as follows: Need cushions for the loungers Wasps - there are many, need to consider pest control Kitchen knives / utensils blunt/out of date Sprinklers come on at midday everyday if you're on the loungers near pool - you need to move! These were small things however and did not spoil what was a wonderful two week holiday. Would come back for sure.
