Great view from the balcony, really worth it. Good price, and parking included in the price. Staff was very helpful, helped us with the breakfast package as we left before breakfast time. Extra sleeping spaces in the living room were helpful to create some privacy for a group of friends. Pretty close to the city centre, yet in a quiet zone. On the downside, the hotel, rooms and furniture are a bit dated and weathered. Not critically though.

Everything about our stay in Grindelwald was perfect! There was plenty of parking at the hotel and it is free. The ladies at the desk are the best!!! So kind and helpful. They also worked the breakfast area and promptly made and served me fresh coffee each morning. The hotel is at the end of the road thru town where the shops and restaurants are. It's quiet and only a 3-4 minute walk to restaurants. The view of the mountains is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.....great location, great view, and superb service!

3人で宿泊しました。角部屋アイガーマウンテンビューで景色は最高でした。部屋にはキッチン，食器，調理器具がありcoopで食材を買って夕食は自炊することで食費の節約ができました。朝食はバイキングでパン，チーズ，ハム等，自分の好きなもので満足です。 滞在中はバスの無料チケットをいただけ重宝しました。教会がすぐ横にあり鐘の音がとっても心地良かったです。浴室の排水が少し弱かったけど我慢できるレベルかな。 次回，訪れる際も宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

1400 dkr per overnatning taget i betragtning var det for dyrt i forhold til hvad hotellet kunne. Det er et relativt gamlet og slidt hotel. Service var god. Værelset ok, men ingen ventilation. Badeværelset virkede ret slidt og toilet løb og var fyldt med okker render. Hotellet lå forholdsvis tæt på bymidte. Hotellet havde ingen el-bils ladere.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix au pied des pistes. Excellent pour un séjour de skieur. le + pour les skieurs : le local pour les chaussures, un local pour les skis, une chambre avec balcon. Une vue sur le glacier. Un personnel professionnel qui fait le maximum pour un 3etoiles. Pour le prix, rien a dire.

グリンデルバルド駅から離れており、バスでホテル近くまで行けますが、18:00代が最終便なので注意です。最終便を逃してしまえば、20分ほど歩きます。ホテル近くにスーパーはありませんが、閑静でリラックスできます。 チェックインは名前を伝え、簡単な英語で出来ました。異国らしい昔の?エレベーターがあるので荷物が重くても安心でした。 宿泊フロア1階の部屋でしたが、リフォームされており、綺麗！ベランダからの眺めは素敵でした♪小さめのベランダにはテーブルと椅子が用意されていて山を眺めながらお茶をしました。朝食時は美味しそうな香りが漂っています。オレンジの生搾りジュースとサーモンがとても美味しかったです！あとクロワッサンも美味！

O odor do local é pungente desde a entrada até a recepção e continua em toda a área comum. Para mim que sou muito sensível a cheiros foi uma experiência muito desagradável. O carpete puído dá ao local uma sensação de abandono e descaso. Não corresponde as 03 estrelas anunciadas na apresentação do app. Reservei dois quartos um estava bom, reformado, adequado. O outro péssimo, com o mesmo odor desagradável, o mesmo carpete puído e ainda por cima com vista para a parte de trás da propriedade, para a lage e outra janela. (Minha reserva era apartamento superior). Nesse quarto estava minha filha em companhia de minha prima que mora na Suíça e que era minha convidada. Elas foram até a recepção pedir a troca do quarto e mostrar a reserva com muita educação e respeito ( detalhe, falando na língua local visto que minha prima mora na Suíça Alemã há mais de 20 anos) e foram tratadas com muito desrespeito e falta de educação pela recepcionista. Com muito tato minha prima conseguiu que ela olhasse para o celular e então ela percebeu que havia um erro da parte deles e então as trocou de quarto para um quarto reformado da parte da frente do hotel. Semelhante ao que eu e meu marido estávamos. Os funcionários são pouco solícitos e muito mal humorados. O que se é de surpreender para o ramo hoteleiro. O café da manhã é bom e bem variado.

The views were incredible! It was walkable to the Main Street. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. We loved that breakfast was offered and it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff and breakfast were amazing. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and very very worn out. The bathroom is very worn and there was black mold in the shower. The shower also didn't get warm at all. Very thin walls so it was hard to sleep. Good location but with so many other hotels in the area, I would not recommend this one.

The hotel is OK. It’s clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is amazing! What let’s the place down is the condition. It’s very dated with threadbare carpets and a lot of staining in the bathroom and a lot of scuff marks on the walls. Just needs a bit of TLC. I’ll be back to Grindelwald but would choose somewhere else

The rooms were remodeled and very clean. Very nice bedding. It was near the far end of town but very convenient and walkable. I would only recommend that the old carpet in the entry/lobby be replaced. It was very worn out and our first impression wasn't very good.

We had a fantastic time in grindelwald hotel Residence was very good and the location was in a beautiful area of grindelwald with stunning views of the mountains a and not to far to walk the centre, staff in hotel Residence were excellent and very helpful, our room was very clean and spacious with two balconies, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall hotel Residence was excellent and we would definitely go there again.

Friendly and efficient service. Great breakfast. Fantastic view of the mountains and the location is excellent and in easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants We loved our stay and will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

O odor do local é pungente desde a entrada até a recepção e continua em toda a área comum. Para mim que sou muito sensível a cheiros foi uma experiência muito desagradável. O carpete puído dá ao local uma sensação de abandono e descaso. Não corresponde as 03 estrelas anunciadas na apresentação do app. Reservei dois quartos um estava bom, reformado, adequado. O outro péssimo, com o mesmo odor desagradável, o mesmo carpete puído e ainda por cima com vista para a parte de trás da propriedade, para a lage e outra janela. (Minha reserva era apartamento superior). Nesse quarto estava minha filha em companhia de minha prima que mora na Suíça e que era minha convidada. Elas foram até a recepção pedir a troca do quarto e mostrar a reserva com muita educação e respeito ( detalhe, falando na língua local visto que minha prima mora na Suíça Alemã há mais de 20 anos) e foram tratadas com muito desrespeito e falta de educação pela recepcionista. Com muito tato minha prima conseguiu que ela olhasse para o celular e então ela percebeu que havia um erro da parte deles e então as trocou de quarto para um quarto reformado da parte da frente do hotel. Semelhante ao que eu e meu marido estávamos. Os funcionários são pouco solícitos e muito mal humorados. O que se é de surpreender para o ramo hoteleiro. O café da manhã é bom e bem variado.

The views were incredible! It was walkable to the Main Street. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely nice. We loved that breakfast was offered and it was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were not very helpful in providing directions ie. We asked if there was a laundromat and the staff member gave us directions to a place that does not exist. The building is extremely old and needs some love. Good if you want something cheap in Grindelwald.

We liked the staff, especially Christina, who treated us very nicely, responded to questions to the best of their ability, and was pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome. The windows from some rooms and breakfast area overlook the Eiger Mountain and the Glacier. Our room did not. Amenities within the room can be improved. The shower curtain was too small and made it difficult to prevent splashing of water outside. One other problem is the steep slope to get to the bus station. For an elderly or disabled person, this could present a problem. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel in Grindelwald.

Property offered a great price, quite easy to find & located in convenient walking distance of village shops & amenities. Staff we're punctual, welcoming, helpful & everything was organised. Room was kept in good order daily, though would be better if can be equipped with a fan / air conditioning system. Breakfast buffet is served daily & offers a good selection. Everything about our stay in Grindelwald was perfect! There was plenty of parking at the hotel and it is free. The ladies at the desk are the best!!! So kind and helpful. They also worked the breakfast area and promptly made and served me fresh coffee each morning. The hotel is at the end of the road thru town where the shops and restaurants are. It's quiet and only a 3-4 minute walk to restaurants. The view of the mountains is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.....great location, great view, and superb service!

Great hotel in Grindelwald. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We had a fantastic view of the Eiger and Monch mountains that captivated us. I suggest requesting a room with a view of these mountains as opposed to the other side that looks towards Mount First. That side isn't bad, but the view towards Eiger and Monch is fantastic. The mountains feel close enough to touch. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the main train station, but there are also buses that make it easy to get around.

The rooms were remodeled and very clean. Very nice bedding. It was near the far end of town but very convenient and walkable. I would only recommend that the old carpet in the entry/lobby be replaced. It was very worn out and our first impression wasn't very good.

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was greeted by the manager shouting and screaming at another guest. I booked this room for two nights, and in the daytime, building work was going on both days in the room next door. On the second day, I arrived back to find all of my personal belongings had been removed from the room. The hotel manager told me that I had only booked for one night, but when he checked, I clearly had booked for two. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at .
