This is a delightful place and the amenities are just right for this price point. The staff, though super busy, went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. Something to note for guests with varying needs, the rooms are on the small side, although they are comfortable. While they are installing more insulation, it can seem loud at times with the old stairwells and hallways. The quieter rooms will be ones that face the hillside and are furthest from the stairwell but call to see if this can be honored. Breakfast was quite simple, but sufficient unless you have a gluten and dairy allergy as I do, so be prepared to bring your own treats. Finally wish for good weather because a drink on the patio looking at the lake at sunset is exceptional!

Bel accueil de Karine ! Chambre moderne avec toutes les facilité... belle terrasse au resto...prendre en considération qu il n y a pas d air climatisé dans la chambre si vous y allez en periode estivale....nous c était correct en octobre.. beau sejour ! J y retournerais !

everything was superb - only complaint we had was the units did not have individual thermostat controls we were freezing although a bath towel on the air vent helped a bit - the staff were great as was the patio happy hour

Had an average stay at somet de la montagne Maggog. Had a view of woods.. also constructuin going on under our windo that started early friday am. Also fir cleanliness room is carowtedand iam not sure how cleaning is done.. bed frame also material ..difficult to clean. No breakfast i cluded but did offer 15% at the dining room which we didnt have inte tion on going. No decafetated coffee pods in room . We asked for some and the maid never came back. Room not cleaned or replenashed for our 2nd night.. so still no coffee and we ate with our dirty dished.. staff friendly but a lot of improvement neededunder our window e

Climatisation n’est pas ajustable dans la chambre, elle est centrale donc contrôlée par l’établissement… il faisait tellement chaud dans la chambre. Nous avons aussi soupé au resto de l’hôtel, il faisait 27 celcius ! Le spa était très sale, donc nous ne nous en sommes pas servi. La chambre était propre et de bon goût.

Pour moi rien n’est parfait mais c’était très bien. Arrivée et départ facile et rapide ainsi qu’une Magnifique vue sur le lac. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de goûter à la cuisine mais le menu me semblait très gustatif. J’y ai passé un très bon séjour dans un endroit chaleureux et tranquille.

Une très belle endroit avec une très jolie vue sur le lac Magog, avec de très belles chambres bien aménagées et très confortables, les employés super accueillants avec un très bon service. Les seul bémol que j’ai pu trouver lors de mon passage, c’est le manque de pancartes chambre occupée que l’on peut placer aux portes pour aviser que nous dormons encore ou que nous sommes à l’intérieur, et le manque de contrôle sur la température de la chambre. Lors de soirées chaudes, il nous était difficile de dormir à cause du manque de climatisation. À part cela, l’endroit est super et à proximité de plein de beaux endroits à visiter !

We found the hotel to be away from everything . For our needs we found the room very small. Air conditioner would have been great, it was very hot in our room. They were accommodating in giving us a fan . The noise level was also an issue for us

Everything was great! Clean, coffee for the morning. The only thing was we came in around 7:00pm and no one was at the desk. We waited and then I grabbed a waitress in restaurant that was there.

Such a wonderful hotel, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and the restaurant La confess is amazing!! The food and wine selection are next level. We will definitely be going back!

Chambre très petite. Il n’y a pas d’endroit sur le terrain où mettre nos bicyclettes d’une façon adéquate. De la musique le jeudi soir du restaurant entendu très fortement dans notre chambre. Les chaises et la table très inconfortable. L’ambiance du restaurant est désagréable avec de la musique techno et aucun changement après avoir aviser le service. Le service est absent dans le jour. Un libre service dans une armoire est disponible. Le déjeuner répétitif, toujours le même pendant cinq jours.

Tout était très bien. L'air conditionné reste à être aménagé pour chacune des chambre. Mais, c'était bien correct. La seule petite bémol est le déjeuner. Très limité. pain, bagels et petits à côté. J'aurais apprécié des oeufs, bacon même en réchaud de qualité. Rien sans gluten non plus. Mais la dame au service est vraiment très courtoise.
