Pas d’accueil physique, il a fallu courir harcelé l’hôte pour avoir les codes d’accès à la chambre arrivée sur place! Il ne répondait pas au téléphone ! D’autres personnes étaient dans le même cas sur place à la Résidence! C’est horrible de voyager et d’arriver sur place et rester dehors pendant longtemps aucun respect pour les gens! La cuisine, les toilettes, SDB et salon sont des espaces communes avec les autres résidents mais à aucun moment on est prévenu de cela, la surprise est quand on arrive sur place! Et les escaliers qui ne sont pas homologués!! Non sérieusement à fuire!!!!

Nice, comfortable and clean room. All facilities (TV, Wifi, Toilet and Shower Facilities, Kitchen) were working properly. Staff was helpful when we called for help. Easy to check-in. Would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Paris on holiday.

L'endroit est bien dans l'ensemble, bien rénové. Secteur tranquille. Je note toutefois des problèmes avec la serrure pour verrouiller la porte qui n'a pas été réparé pendent le séjour. Le chauffage est bloqué à 19 degrés, il est inscrit déjeuner compris, c'est une erreur dans l'annonce.

Bon état général. Le personnel est joignable en cas de souci (oubli du mot de passe ou information). Les équipements sont ok (cuisine, salon, tv) 2 soucis: - un seul drap sur le matelas, une housse en poil sur la couette et une autre sur l'oreiller. pas top. Un second drap et une taie d'oreiller auraient permis d'être rassuré sur la propreté de la couche. - le petit déjeuner n'en est pas un (une madeleine et un sachet de thé ou une capsule de café)

Apartment had a washing machine. Needed help from another guest to get a phone number to get access to the key code. Expedia did nothing to support my family at midnight and accused me of being unable to find an email. Eventually contacted the residence owner directly to get the code. I had other guests knock on my door at midnight with exactly the same problem. No iron despite having an ironing board. No AC or fan which meant the apartment was unbearable with the heat and ended up with lots of AC. Owner did not reply to my messages on WIFI access and where an iron was. Bathroom stank of bad drains.

I had tried to contact the property months before with questions before I got there and they never responded. When u arrived there was no instruction or indication on how to check in. I got lucky there was a man that just happened to be there that got in touch with the property for me. There are a lot of stairs to walk to get into your room. There was no washcloths, and the towels were stained. I tried to reach out with the email Expedia provided but they never responded. I would never stay here again.

Propreté : La chambre était globalement propre. Seulement en cherchant un objet en dessous du lit, ça l’était moins. Une odeur de cigarette dans la Chambre (j’imagine que ce n’est pas la faute du propriétaire mais plutôt des anciens passages de locataires). Petit déjeuner : nous ne l’avons pas pris, il n’était pas spécialement à notre goût. Globalement nous avons été satisfait pour ce soir d’une nuit. Ça dépanne bien. Pour un long séjour, ça aurait été plus compliqué.

There was not a “virtual assistant”, you had to download what’s app to get check in instructions and text the number labeled “contact property manager”. There was not breakfast provided. The room smelled musty. The lights to the back side of the building were not on or working and we arrived at night. The listing said private bathroom, it was shared with 3 other rooms. The AC unit was locked and we could not change it, so the room stayed hot. The towels were also stained, and the bath mat towel was for everyone to use. We will not stay here again.

We came at the time the housekeeper was there. She asked what room we had and if we got any invitation or direction, and we didn't get anything. We asked for phone number to call, but it was difficult since we came from overseas and had limited access to call. Finally the person gave us the instruction of which room and the code to get in. The room was still occupied even though we came at 2pm. The housekeeper was fast to clean and was a good customer service. Afterward, the stay was nice, even though there was no continental breakfast as promised. Room 3.3 was nice and big with private bathroom. A bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Overall it was nice.

Dans la chambre dans laquelle j'occupais, un peu déçu du format du lit vu la grandeur de la pièce, svp ne mettez pas petit déjeuner alors que c'est un panier d'accueil. Faites quelque chose pour la luminosité du bloc secours (dérangeant pour dormir ) . si possible un oreiller plus gros charnu). de nombreuses chaines de télévision manquantes

Nice, comfortable and clean room. All facilities (TV, Wifi, Toilet and Shower Facilities, Kitchen) were working properly. Staff was helpful when we called for help. Easy to check-in. Would highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Paris on holiday.

Bonjour J'ai été très surpris de ne pas être accueilli à la résidence Artémis où je suis arrivé à pied après 40 mn de marche car la station RER la plus proche est Orly Ville. Sur ce, je téléphone. Il m'est aimablement répondu que ce n'est pas cette résidence là qui a été prévu, mais la résidence Hermès. Je dois à nouveau faire 40 mn de marche pour l'atteindre. Do not beleive the note; Breakfast included! They provide you with 2 small coffe pods for the whole stay period and 2 small packed sweets. No one will answer the phone when we call for help. Worst, entrance codes apparently are not sent on tjime i.e. for 2pm, we found ourselves ouit for awhile until cleaner came by chance! (another family experienced same situation and had to contact Expedia?)

Par contre, vous ne pouvez pas annoncer sur votre site ''petit déjeuner compris!! Il est vrai que sur l'annonce, était proposé je site : ''un petit-déjeuner continental''. Or, à notre arrivée nous avons découvert une petite corbeille avec 2 dosettes de café, 2 dosettes de lait, 2 sachet de thé et 2 madeleines. We came at the time the housekeeper was there. She asked what room we had and if we got any invitation or direction, and we didn't get anything. We asked for phone number to call, but it was difficult since we came from overseas and had limited access to call. Finally the person gave us the instruction of which room and the code to get in. The room was still occupied even though we came at 2pm. The housekeeper was fast to clean and was a good customer service. Afterward, the stay was nice, even though there was no continental breakfast as promised. Room 3.3 was nice and big with private bathroom. A bit of sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Overall it was nice.

Avoid at all costs! I made a booking for 4 rooms in total the hotel overbooked and then said they would accept fault and i needed to request a refund through hotels.com this was a complete lie and now the hotel is ignoring me along with hotels.com. Rooms are shared which is not made clear when booking the rooms, drunk guest trying to start a fight with some of my employees. Place was dirty, beds uncomfortable and overall a total shambles! I wouldn't put a pig in this hotel nevermind any of my employees again. Should be ashamed of yourself if you are that desperate for money!
