Perfect little hotel. I've stayed a few times while dropping people off at the airport in very early hours in the morning. The shuttle to and from is the best. The hotel is clean & comfortable. It's quiet & the staff is friendly. I feel it's safe. Parking isn't the best.

The property was fine, staff was nice. The fitness center is pretty bare bones, however. Also the lights in the fitness center are on a timer/motion detector but only picking up motion on half the room. So as I was using the free weights and even walking on the treadmill the lights in half the room would go off - that was awkward.

I can't understand the ratings on this property. It was hard to get their shuttle, the front desk clerk was rude on the phone and in person. The room was old and dirty. The floor and furniture stained. The toilet didn't flush. Gross. One night sent me packing. I moved to a Marriott. I do not recommend.

Booked my stay here based on reviews showing exceptional information & that was not the case. Getting off elevator the smell of musty wetness was strong, carpeting in room was filthy & stained, shower had long hairs everywhere as it most likely wasnt cleaned.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly. The rooms however, are in need of attention. I could smell that there was obviously some flooding at some point because my room had the smell of mildew. I also had to hold the toilet handle for the duration of the flushing process. At the price, I had higher expectations.

The room smelled like human urine, the was crusty rice all over the floor and the chair. The carpet was stained horribly! I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet, it was gross to my feet!

We had an accessible room with 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Everything in the room was clean except the carpet in our room and the hallway were stained. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but by the 4th day it would have been nice to have something new besides sausage and scrambled eggs. The waffles and other carbs were numerous and typical of hotel breakfasts. Coffee and juice were good plus nice assortment of fresh fruit and some yogurt. It's located right by I-70 which made getting places very convenient. The only 2 negatives were the stained carpets and irritatingly low water💧 pressure in the shower. I would stay there again.

The room view was amazing. We got to overlook the airplane landing strip which was nice to see. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kids enjoyed their stay and had an awesome time in the pool. The breakfast was convenient and refreshing. We will definitely be back regularly for our little mini vacays!!

Oct 31, very noisy neighbors. Children jumping and shouting loudly until around 11 pm. At 3:30 am, I was awaken by a child screaming from the same room 410. I called front desk to complain and no one answered. I had very little sleep because of this on the first night of my stay. I reported this problem at my checkout this morning Nov 2.

The actual stay was great however, I was charged a deposit twice. $50 when I checked in and an additional $50 when I checked out. I would recommend the hotel happily if it wasn't for this error that hasn't been fixed.

The late night staff was so accommodating and very professional. The room was clean and the beds are so comfortable. I so appreciate the early 3:30am breakfast choices, that just made my early departure so enjoyable. The hot coffee to go and the fast shuttle to the airport was just the icing on this experience!!
