Was very disappointed that I had to be told after checking in that the pool was closed and no arrangements made for using the pool at another property. I specifically selected this property for the pool and because I prepaid I was unable to cancel and find another hotel even though I paid the normal rate for the hotel with all of its amenities. Needless to say we ended up renting a private pool from someone. Also there were gnats in the bathtub I had to wash them down the drain. I chose to just go ahead and find another place to stay was so disappointed.

Looked like landscaping had been neglected for the season. Unsure if related to the tornado damage in the area but lots of dead and unattended plants outside. Room had a small ceiling leak but bedding, TV, fridge and all amenities were perfect! Super clean, safe, fresh linens and bedding and had a great time! Indoor Pool was freezing cold and cloudy which was disappointing so did not use also fitness center was small also. Breakfast was decent with some made fresh options. Juice didn’t work. Overall a solid time but minor improvements could be made. Would recommend & would stay again without reservations!

Counter top sink was falling down, Over head light in bathroom half the glass was broken off, Tv remote broke, room did not look cleaned, Front counter did not have a first aid kit to attend to my 7yr old that split his chin open ( should have gotten stitches ) trying to get out of the pool. I contacted Hotels.com and 3 agents pretty much hung up/left chat on me instead of helping. We ended up staying only one night instead of the two days we paid for. Hopefully Hotels.com will reach out and something will get done concerning this situation.

This property was a good location but when we arrived there was construction on the front entrance - we had to enter in a side door that was not secure due to the construction. We arrived at 4:30pm and went to the front desk and waited for someone to come for approximately 10 min. Went back to the car and came back in and the attendant came out and was very nice. Got to our room and they had us in a room with a king bed and sofa bed. I went back down. I explained that we needed two double queens (family of 4 with children ages 7 & 10). They were very accommodating and put us in a different room. Then the kids wanted to go swimming so we took them downstairs to the swimming pool but it was freezing, so cold that they couldn't swim so we went back up to the room. The next morning we went down to the breakfast. It was 6:30 to 9: 30. We got down there at 8:15. All of the pancake mix was out. There was only a few breakfast sandwiches and some bread for toast. Other than that they weren't refilling anything and it was very slim. Other guests were mentioning this problem as well. Since it was still an hour before breakfast ended this was frustrating. Went back upstairs called Expedia and canceled our reservations for the next 3 days because we were very unhappy with this property.

They charge each day for you to park your car in their parking lot!😡. The breakfast was terrible. Juice was water since they couldn’t keep it filled. Ice machine on first floor was broken. Not an ideal vacation.

No smoke dector, just wires sticking out of the wall in one room. Black mold specks on ceiling of the other room. Not happy. Wy over priced. 3 star at best. Breakfast was so-so at best. Coffee was undrinkable.

Hotel was very close to the highway and a bunch of restaurants, central to many things. Staff was welcoming upon arrival and most importantly the room and property were very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

The room was very nice, super clean. Front desk employees were so incredibly sweet and friendly. It was quiet at night, plenty of parking even though it was booked solid. I felt safe coming back late after a concert. They had lots of breakfast options, the blueberry muffin I had was delicious. It's kinda hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area, the sign should be lit up at night and or some lights on the road where you turn would help a great deal. Overall very satisfied with my stay, would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

Stayed 2 nights. The check in staff were very nice. First night was quiet but the next morning I went to turn on the shower and the shower head fell off. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk so my his and went down to tell them. We were moved to another room. That room was smaller but the biggest issue was the window wouldn’t shut all the way and the screen was hanging off. When we left to go sightseeing we told the front desk about it and were told they would fix it. When we came back 5 hours later it wasn’t fixed so we had to listen to all the outside noise coming from the window opening. The location is great. Breakfast is soso. But the other issues are fixable if they would apparently try a little harder.

The connection for the TV was kinda slow and you had to hold down the toilet handle for it to properly disappear 😭 lolll, other than that, pretty decent :) the man at the front desk was a little snippy with me but it was kinda late at night lol <3 also the toilet likes to scream from time to time 😂 8.5/10

My issue with this hotel is, they had the air conditioner set on a preset setting and cannot be changed and it was hot in the room. In addition some the lights did not work in the room. I think it was over priced.

The room we were in was exceptionally clean. However, the first room the toilet didn’t flush, so they moved us and the ac in the 2nd room was horribly loud. I did t request a room change since they had already changed us once, but I would definitely have someone look into it. The property and staff were excellent and we will definitely stay again when we travel to NWA

Clean, comfy room! Shower pressure was wonderful! Check in was smooth! The lady at the desk was so kind! Only issue we had was the fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the morning. Not the hotels fault-& how they covered it was spot on. They took it very seriously & a firetruck came in & gave the all clear to go back in our rooms. I felt safe! Breakfast was so good! My kid loved the chocolate milk! The free choc chip cookies was a bonus! Will stay here again!

Main entrance under construction. Garbage by elevator overflowing for more than 24 hours. Garbage by temporary entrance overflowing for more than 24 hours. Cleaning staff barged into our room at 0830 and then again at 1000. Staff children running around office and lobby. Breakfast poorly stocked.

The hotel was very clean. I felt like the frontdesk may hav been overwhelmed. We had a issue with the tv and the front desk clerk was the only one working and told us he couldn't come up and look at it but would come up as soon as possible. I ask if we could switch rooms but there were none available any with queen beds. I asked to up grade but he said they only had King beds. It seemed like we were getting the run around. Steve did make it to the room and fixed the broken tv. The rest of the stay was fine. We slept well and the breakfast is basic but good. Nice indoor pool.

This property was a good location but when we arrived there was construction on the front entrance - we had to enter in a side door that was not secure due to the construction. We arrived at 4:30pm and went to the front desk and waited for someone to come for approximately 10 min. Went back to the car and came back in and the attendant came out and was very nice. Got to our room and they had us in a room with a king bed and sofa bed. I went back down. I explained that we needed two double queens (family of 4 with children ages 7 & 10). They were very accommodating and put us in a different room. Then the kids wanted to go swimming so we took them downstairs to the swimming pool but it was freezing, so cold that they couldn't swim so we went back up to the room. The next morning we went down to the breakfast. It was 6:30 to 9: 30. We got down there at 8:15. All of the pancake mix was out. There was only a few breakfast sandwiches and some bread for toast. Other than that they weren't refilling anything and it was very slim. Other guests were mentioning this problem as well. Since it was still an hour before breakfast ended this was frustrating. Went back upstairs called Expedia and canceled our reservations for the next 3 days because we were very unhappy with this property.

The room was very nice, super clean. Front desk employees were so incredibly sweet and friendly. It was quiet at night, plenty of parking even though it was booked solid. I felt safe coming back late after a concert. They had lots of breakfast options, the blueberry muffin I had was delicious. It's kinda hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the area, the sign should be lit up at night and or some lights on the road where you turn would help a great deal. Overall very satisfied with my stay, would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.

We checked in about 9 pm, and the outside lights were not working. It was scary to park, check in, and bring in luggage. The staff explained that there was some kind of problem getting corporate to fix the light situation. We found it unacceptable. The staff was polite, our room was acceptable (the air conditioning unit was extremely loud) and the area was convenient to the highway. We might stay again when the lights are fixed.

Good stay, great location and convenient. Came for the Wal-Mart Music Pavillion, quick on and off. Close, but far enough away from the venue for a realaxing experience. Breakfast was typical, coffee could be better. The shower head and water pressure 5-stars, mattresses and pillows 5-stars! TV and WiFi has issues, but was there to rest.

Property was clean, which I appreciate. Hotel is RIGHT next to highway. Traffic noise was constant. Did not keep us awake but definitely a consideration. Central location was convenient.

Hotel was very close to the highway and a bunch of restaurants, central to many things. Staff was welcoming upon arrival and most importantly the room and property were very clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

Our room was fine but the young man working the desk at check in was engrossed in his computer with a reservation made on an expired credit card. Not ours but someone he was working on when we at. Something he saw spurred a curse word before finally looking up to acknowledge us. Less than 2 minutes but just not the best foot forward. Breakfast was good too but only one worker so all the guest were waiting on food to be refilled. During the week it may be sufficient but the weekends should probably have 2 workers refilling the food and juice…and cleaning the tables. Overall we had a good stay for the less than 18 hours we were there. 😉

Clean, comfy room! Shower pressure was wonderful! Check in was smooth! The lady at the desk was so kind! Only issue we had was the fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the morning. Not the hotels fault-& how they covered it was spot on. They took it very seriously & a firetruck came in & gave the all clear to go back in our rooms. I felt safe! Breakfast was so good! My kid loved the chocolate milk! The free choc chip cookies was a bonus! Will stay here again!

Looked like landscaping had been neglected for the season. Unsure if related to the tornado damage in the area but lots of dead and unattended plants outside. Room had a small ceiling leak but bedding, TV, fridge and all amenities were perfect! Super clean, safe, fresh linens and bedding and had a great time! Indoor Pool was freezing cold and cloudy which was disappointing so did not use also fitness center was small also. Breakfast was decent with some made fresh options. Juice didn’t work. Overall a solid time but minor improvements could be made. Would recommend & would stay again without reservations!

Upon entering the room noticed many broken down pieces and in need of repairs. There was a broken headboard with huge chunk of wood missing, curtain broken and half hanging off, closet door broken. I notified the front staff with pictures because I wanted it noted so that I wouldn’t be charged for these things and also I paid too much money to stay in a room that was broken down. The front staff said “okay” that’s it, no offer to remedy this. In the middle of the night then realized the bathroom was infested with centipede resembling insects. Will not stay there again.
