The air filter was completely covered in dust. May need to make sure staff arecleaning them. O Breakfast was ok, maybe have someone go to Durey inn near by and compare. Could be a lot better for the price. Pool ledge had some green alge as well on the stone. Iam top 10% on google reviews and plan to leave a review there as well. Thanks

Room was immaculate. Plenty of parking and in a safe area. Decent breakfast. Only complaint is the pool. The water was murky and freezing. Aside from that, we had an excellent stay and I would return.

I am giving this hotel one star. I was double billed for my charge both by the booking company and by the hotel itself. I have filed a complaint and the company refuses to correct this issue. I will be performing a chargeback on my credit card to resolve this issue. In addition, this company also has a junk parking fee they add on but don’t warn you about.

Our stay was great. My wife and ai were in town for a long weekend and she was thrilled with the hotel choice. Josh, our Front Desk Supervisor, was awesome. There are tons of dining and shopping options nearby, but our Studio Suite also had a fridge, a full-sized microwave, a cooktop, a dishwasher and anything we needed to prepare a meal that wasnt in the room, was available at the front desk. The facility was celebrating its 2 year anniversary this month. It is very clean and orderly. It even has multiple charging stations outside for electric or hybrid vehicles. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town now. About 10 minutes or so from the airport.

Property is nice, love staying here. Only complaint was could flooring in kitchen and bathroom were filthy. We had to wipe them down ourselves and the towels were black when finished.

Loud, terrible mattress , room dirty with hair all in the bed and bathroom , dirty dishes in the drawer , and a strong bleach smell throughout the hotel that burns your eyes. Not healthy. Still no call from the manager

Cleanliness was good but there were no towels available for three people. Also when we got into the room there were a few dirty or used dishes placed where the clean dishes were. Housekeeping should pay more attention to have enough towels on the room and the cleanliness of dishes

The rooms are very clean, and there is plenty of parking available. I didn't realize every room came with a kitchen- I didn't use it but it was nice to have a fridge! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, too- much friendlier than other hotels in the area! I'll stay here again when I visit St. Louis.

I had a suite it was very small. Was pricey but I stayed anyway because it was too late to change it. The bathroom light staticed everytime I cut it on so I tried not to because that was scary. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor and the temperature in the shower wasn't as hot as ot could've been. I paid for a room for peace and was attempting to enjoy a last minute nap before checkout however housekeeping came by ignoring the sign on my door and waking me up. This happens repeatedly at Marriott and I am sick of it!

I loved it! New, clean, bedding very comfortable. The room was like a little apartment- refrigerator, microwave, desk; even the closet was arranged with shelving for your things. Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean, and the staff was polite, but my overall experience was extremely disappointing. I had carefully booked a room with two queen beds to accommodate myself, my teenage son, and my tween daughter. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with just one queen bed and a hard, uncomfortable sofa—not even a proper sofa bed. This was not what I paid for, and it made our stay much less comfortable. I expected the hotel to honor my reservation, and I’m very frustrated that they did not.

I loved my stay and my hotel room. Very clean and the free breakfast was great. Only complaint I have is I asked what time we had to be out the room on our last day and they said 12 pm. Well house keeping entered at 9 something that morning. And then another attending entered around 10:45. It’s a little concerning giving the times we are in. If you give us until 12 to exit then you shouldn’t be opening doors until then. It was a little scary also considering they would only knock twice and just enter giving you no time to answer and when I said hold on the lady still came in anyways. Literally only complaint.

My stay at TownPlace Hotel was very comfortable. If you are in the area for awhile this hotel is better than an Airbnb. My family and I stayed for an entire week and it was a perfect fit for us. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials that you need, just purchase food to prepare (Walmart is walking distance). When you bring any matter to their attention, they do their best to make you comfortable. They went out of their way to add new options for breakfast. If you do not have transportation, the Metro line is in walking distance. We used the metro line into downtown St. Louis many times. Something to consider is that parking is not free in the city, so using the train or bus would be convenient. I will be looking out for TownePlace Hotels wherever I travel. I highly recommend.

Everything was great except that there’s no reason not to have 24 hour coffee availability. The bar is set up all of the sugar cream and all of that is out so all they have to do is put the coffee out for people that are out there late at night or early in the morning.

We were in St Louis for a medical operation. My doctor had ordered me to sleep on clean, unused sheets the night before surgery. We mad this request at the front desk and were assured "no problem". Surgery was postponed for another reason but when we got back to the room, the sheets had not been touched. If I had surgery as scheduled I wouldn't be able to sleep in our bed. Also the breakfast food and coffee had been used up prior to the 9:00am deadline and my wife had to chase down kitchen help for replenishment. Will not stay at this Marriott hotel(s) in future.
