I never write a bad review. This is my first. But after getting no response from the hotel or Expedia to help, I am going to. Our experience at the hotel was we woke up in the night covered with small biting ants in our bed. We had pictures And the agent on staff came up and acknowledged that there were bugs in the bed. His response was they are not dangerous. My was response was I am not sleeping in a bed with ants whether they’re dangerous or not. There was at least 35 to 40 ants in our bed. They were not willing to work with us in anyway of any kind of refund. I do not recommend this hotel. And very disappointed with Expedia’s customer service and helped with the situation.

The shuttle was convenient especially since our flight home was an early flight. The hotel was clean and specious. The only negative thing would be the noise for sleeping it’s on a busy street and it’s located right across from a restaurant that was open until 2 am so it was noise the night we stayed.

The property was convenient to the airport and staff were friendly and helpful, navigating through multiple changes in our shuttle transfer as a result of flight delays and changes. The property was clean with modern finishes. The bathroom was particularly nice. However, the beds were very uncomfortable, having extra hard mattresses. The pull-out sofa advertised was really nothing more than a small and uncomfortable futon. None of us got the rest we were hoping for in advance of our international flight the next morning.

Very nice place near to airport. Staff service is amazing. Marina from front desk followed up as soon as I booked and arranged airport pick up at 1 am in the night. Morning drop off shuttle was also arranged well. Rooms very clean , quiet and equipped with all required latest utilities. Directions for catching the shuttle are a bit ambiguous. We finally figured out where to go but the driver was insistent the confusion was our fault. It put us off a bit. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous.

Nice accomodations and close the airport with a shuttle. Very convenient. Street areas around the hotel didnt seem very clean and I did feel a little uneasy / unsafe. We also saw lots of cats that didnt seem taken care of like the rest of the cats we saw in Greece, where their ears were clipped suggesting neutering and shots, these cats seemed hungry and not well taken care of. The most challening aspect was the bells toling rather loudly even at 7 AM. - thankfully we were already up. While beautiful the location of the hotel right next to the church seems an odd choice. Over all we were happy with our stay. We had 3 rooms all together in a wing which made staying with our larger family easier. I had a challenge initially when booking through Expedia and reaching out to the hotel - spent days trying to correct the date. In the end, we had a flawless stay on the days we needed. Thank you very much for accomodating us.

This is a clean, reasonably priced and convenient option for travelers who need an Athens Airport hotel with shuttle service to and from the terminal. Their communication and prompt service combined with a clean & comfortably spacious room was a real winner for our one-night stay. Even better, there is a terrific Greek restaurant with indoor/outdoor seating literally right across the street. There is also a supermarket right next door.

This property was very clean, small but well maintained. Easy check in. The parking for our rental car was easy enough to find on the surrounding streets. No parking on property but it wasn’t an issue. It was the perfect over night stay. There is a little cafe right next door so easy access to food.
