The apartments are very basic and dated - and our air con was pretty poor (room 1112). Luckily we were there in September and not July! The pool areas are nice and clean. Restaurant and bar is fine but closes at 10pm. The nearest shop is a ten minute walk down a pretty steep hill which isn’t great for the walk back up carrying groceries. The marina is a 15 minute walk down the same hill. It’s fine if you have good mobility and enjoy a walk but my elderly father struggled. There are plenty Ubers so not that much of an issue.

About 15 min walk to marina, quiet location, very spacious & clean 3 bed apartment with kitchen & 2 bathrooms. Staff on reception were very welcoming, helpful & friendly. Beautiful gardens/surroundings. About 20 min walk to the old village which was also lovely for cafes, bars & restaurants. Bar abit pricey for drinks but plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance.

Cleaning was random, some days they did it others they swept the floor. Front of us guy was lovely. Very dated room. Back door kept breaking. Dark rooms. We saw other rooms and they were much nicer so they are in the process of doing it up and we were unlucky.

We are a family of six, 2 adults 4 children ages 17,14,10 and 4.Very friendly on arrival, apartment isn't modern but has everything you need and very clean. We had a two bedroom apartment but would get three bedroom next time. Grounds around also very clean and tidy. Cleaner's called every second day. 10 minutes walk from marina would definitely go back.

No aircondition in the bedroom in 36 degree heat, we didnt sleep too well!! Apartment very outdated, there was a very unsafe stairwell to the upstairs to get onto roof but no proper door, it was a metal see through shutter so didnt feel safe. We wont be returning.

Das Hotel ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Und das sieht man auch im Zimmer. Die Bodenfliesen haben teilweise ihre Beschichtung verloren (tonfliesen). Die Dusche ist sehr klein und das Wasser spritzt immer raus (duschvorhang) und hat keinen richtig Abzug. Das Bad ist großer. Die Betten waren leider katastrophal, meins war irgendwie schief und in den Doppelbetten ist man in der Mitte rein bzw. durchgefallen, wenn sie auseinander gerutscht sind. Die Küche war funktionell aber hatte mit etwas mehr an Sachen gewünscht. Wohn und Esszimmer waren ok und funktionell. Hat nur Klima in im Wohnzimmer, was sehr schade ist, weil die komplette Wohnung nicht gekühlt werden kann. Und Fenster lassen sich nur öffnen und nicht auf Kippe stellen. Waren im EG mit Garten was sehr angenehm ist mit Kindern. Außenanlagen mit Pool sind ganz gut, aber leider typischen Handtuchgäste die alles blockieren. Aber im unteren kleineren Pool gab es zum Glück immer Platz, der auch angenehmer ist und mehr Sonne und Ruhe hat. Preis/Leistung leider nicht gut. Von der Lage recht angenehm ruhig und nicht sehr weit vom Zentrum, der auch Fußlaufig erreichbar ist.

We have stayed for two weeks and overall, I would recommend this place as a excellent choice for couples. A very good mix of ages here, so not a retirement center for snowbirds. They have a really good staff that will sort out any minor problems that may pop up. Beds are comfortable and the food in the restaurant on site is very good. It is a 10 minute walk to the Marina where there are multiple shops and restaurants.

We've booked for 1 night and before the time of checkout (11 am), our keys were blocked an the stuff was organizing the room for the next guest. Luck we had our stuff in the car already, but we did not manage to return to the room after our breakfast (It was around 10:20am). Very unrespectful, as we should have the room until the time for check out. Even that is was for only 40 min. Don't recommend.

Perfect for young families and those looking for a quieter vibe. We had a ground floor pool view apartment, the apartment and balcony were spacious and great to have sun loungers there also. Both pools were lovely. They accomodated us for a late check in after 10pm. A little bit of a walk to the marina and local shop but we enjoyed being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle.

Quelques petits bâtiments sous les pins qui donnent une belle première impression. L'espace accueil montre des signes vieil établissement et le personnel peu aimable et sans conseils. La qualité des chambre montrera que l'établissement est vieux, peu entretenu et un personnel peu motivé tout le reste du séjour. A noter aussi que l'établissement est sur la ligne de décollage des avions aussi le bruit des avions qui passent est régulier jusqu'à 22h30 !

Great value for money. Apartments for two or three people, large balconies and great pool facilities. Easy downhill walk to the Marina or Ubers available for order within minutes of booking. Very good for a base for Golfing locally or 15 Euros taxi to Albufeira strip
