Let’s start with the good: Good location, one mile and a half from downtown St. Tropez. It had a mini split for a/c and Parking available at no extra charge. Pool was okay, at least it was clean. Now the bad: The towels seamed to have been air dried outdoors, They were super rough. Grounds need lots of upkeep, everything was over grown. The beach is across the highway. To be honest, it could be quite dangerous crossing over. With small children. The beach is filthy so much trash, glass bottles, seaweed and tree limbs. We were a family of 3 and to be honest with you, for the amount of money we paid, it was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff is very kind. The room located in the parking lot is indeed easy access but quite old. The bathroom is quite tiny and the whole place needs some refreshment. It was fine for one night.
