Bon hôtel , personnnel très agréable , petit dej correct , grand . Seul reproche , la literie commence à être usée . Sinon rooftop sympa , plein centre attention le parking est à réserver . Si l hôtel est complet demander leur conseil , le parking en face est exorbitant

Böden waren von Anfang an staubig und wurden die kompletten 2 Wochen nicht gereinigt! Die Bettwäsche ebenso! Zwei Wochen lang die gleiche Bettwäsche. (Gelber Fleck auf dem Laken, welcher die komplette Buchungszeit vorhanden war) Pool ohne Überlauf und somit total verdreckt (Haare usw.), Dachpool total überfüllt. Wir konnten in 2 Wochen Buchungszeit für 277€ Mehrkosten genau einmal in den Haaredurchtränkten und mit trüben Wasser befüllten Dachpool (alle beide waren echt eklig). Rund um das Hotel gibt es keine einzigen Parkplatz zu Be- & Entladung des Fahrzeugs. Die Polizei ist echt streng, was es quasi unmöglich macht am Hotel zu Be- & Entladen. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist rund 450m entfernt zubuchbar....Kostenpunkt: 120€ für 10 Nächte. Und nach Bezahlung bekommt man die Info dass die Parkplätze (ganze 2 welche gesamt verfügbar sind) kaum 10 cm größer sind wie das eigene Auto. An total verwinkelter Lage...ich fahre beruflich Auto und konnte kaum dort einparken. Die Dusche sowie das Waschbecken liefen sehr schlecht ab. Man konnte kaum einmal am Stück duschen, ohne dass das Wasser über den Duschrand lief. Die Fliesen im Bad waren teilweise gerissen, das Geländer auf dem Balkon war an einer Stelle gänzlich durchgerostet. Die Klima hat streng gerochen, was zwischendurch auch Mal desinfiziert werden könnte. Vermeidet Modergeruch im Zimmer... Alles in allem wundere ich mich wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne von der Hotelstars-Union erhält...nie ein schlechteres Hotel gehabt. :-(

moderne & saubere Zimmer (superior) mit Zugang zum ebenfalls sehr schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstück & Essen am Pool waren leider nicht gut. Gute Geräuschdämmung in den Zimmer, natürlich ist es in Lloret aussenrum sehr laut und viele Betrunkene unterwegs, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für :-)

I stayed at superior room for a week and working remotely. WiFi was unfortunately not strong but I have my own router. Room is spacious with lots drawer which was perfect for someone who stays longer. Breakfast was great, different varieties, though everyday is mostly the same. Dinner was good, lots of option, seafood was mostly the same but they are fresh. Rooftop was amazing, I enjoyed even the last day before check out, and the drink was not overpriced at all! Yoga class they provided was also very impressive. In general, I had an amazing time and would like to come back.

Se trata de un hotel nuevo, muy acogedor y decorado con muy buen gusto en todas sus estancias. Destacar la zona de la terraza. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la piscina debido al mal tiempo. Pero nos dijeron que el agua de las piscinas estaba a 28 grados. Habitaciones con tamaño correcto. Camas amplias, buenas almohadas, la climatización bien y están aisladas de ruido externo. El desayuno perfecto. Hay opciones para todo tipo de paladares. En nuestro caso encontramos lo que buscábamos que no suele suceder en otros hoteles: leche de almendras, avena, pan integral, frutos secos, mucha variedad de frutas... Había de todo. Hasta una fuente de chocolate para los más dulces. Muy bien. Como puntos a mejorar diría que las camas deberían tener sábana superior para dar más sensación de higiene. Tienen únicamente la funda nórdica. Es difícil aparcar por la zona. Hay un parking público justo enfrente pero estaba completo cuando llegamos y nos las vimos y deseamos para encontrar aparcamiento.

It is a hotel that is a connected to another hotel, which has a lower review, seems renovated. The room we had was with a balcony and facing pool. Not the best choice if you want a quite night sleep, since its also faces a loud and lighted main street. The room was not clean! We found hair in. Our sheets, 2 different kinds! The bathroom dush was not working properly. The gym was great, the breakfast was also very nice. The service was generally ok. All and all - i would not recommend this place, since its not clean, and maybe there would be a better places that would be more suitable, but if no other choice, its not a bad one

Hôtel mal insonorisé, si vous voulez vous reposez, ce n’est pas le meilleur choix. Certaines chambres sont vieillottes et mériteraient d’être rénovées. Le petit déjeuner : Du choix mais pas grande qualité. Nous nous sommes fiés aux avis mais avons déçus pour ces points là.

Really good location in the middle of the strip a short walk to the beach. Although it's so close to the nightlife, it was so quiet in the hotel at night. The hotel has such a chilled relaxing vibe to it. Restaurant had lots of breakfast options, some items better then others and the food not always hot if you got there late like we did. I would 100% stay here again.

moderne & saubere Zimmer (superior) mit Zugang zum ebenfalls sehr schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstück & Essen am Pool waren leider nicht gut. Gute Geräuschdämmung in den Zimmer, natürlich ist es in Lloret aussenrum sehr laut und viele Betrunkene unterwegs, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für :-)
moderne & saubere Zimmer (superior) mit Zugang zum ebenfalls sehr schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Frühstück & Essen am Pool waren leider nicht gut. Gute Geräuschdämmung in den Zimmer, natürlich ist es in Lloret aussenrum sehr laut und viele Betrunkene unterwegs, aber da kann das Hotel nichts für :-)

It is a hotel that is a connected to another hotel, which has a lower review, seems renovated. The room we had was with a balcony and facing pool. Not the best choice if you want a quite night sleep, since its also faces a loud and lighted main street. The room was not clean! We found hair in. Our sheets, 2 different kinds! The bathroom dush was not working properly. The gym was great, the breakfast was also very nice. The service was generally ok. All and all - i would not recommend this place, since its not clean, and maybe there would be a better places that would be more suitable, but if no other choice, its not a bad one

UN VERDADERO ENGAÑO! Dejando de lado la calidad de atención del personal, que es muy buena y cordial, el resto del hotel no llega a 3 estrellas ni con la mejor buena voluntad. VER LAS FOTOS! (Cortinas de hule y sin ganchos; vasos de telgopor; balcón con sillas de plastico; vists desde el balcón; faldo techo de pobre calidad; baño chico y con artefactos viejos; cortinas de la habitación; "detalle" en la puerta). Agregaría pésima isonorización; televisor ultra pequeño y con mala captación de alguno de sus pocos canales; desayuno abundante, pero de pobre calidad: pasillos ruidosos, al igual que el baño en el cual se escuchaba perfectamente al vecino... Me pregunto (y tengo al respuesta): cómo es que tiene tan buenas calificaciones en un par de sitios como este o Booking? Invito a que cada cual indague y se la responda.

This hotel is very nice, we loved the rooftop bar. Just had no idea the town was full of very young ppl partying all night. I found it difficult to sleep, as the whole city seems very loud, just not my scene anymore, haha.

I stayed at superior room for a week and working remotely. WiFi was unfortunately not strong but I have my own router. Room is spacious with lots drawer which was perfect for someone who stays longer. Breakfast was great, different varieties, though everyday is mostly the same. Dinner was good, lots of option, seafood was mostly the same but they are fresh. Rooftop was amazing, I enjoyed even the last day before check out, and the drink was not overpriced at all! Yoga class they provided was also very impressive. In general, I had an amazing time and would like to come back.

Se trata de un hotel nuevo, muy acogedor y decorado con muy buen gusto en todas sus estancias. Destacar la zona de la terraza. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar de la piscina debido al mal tiempo. Pero nos dijeron que el agua de las piscinas estaba a 28 grados. Habitaciones con tamaño correcto. Camas amplias, buenas almohadas, la climatización bien y están aisladas de ruido externo. El desayuno perfecto. Hay opciones para todo tipo de paladares. En nuestro caso encontramos lo que buscábamos que no suele suceder en otros hoteles: leche de almendras, avena, pan integral, frutos secos, mucha variedad de frutas... Había de todo. Hasta una fuente de chocolate para los más dulces. Muy bien. Como puntos a mejorar diría que las camas deberían tener sábana superior para dar más sensación de higiene. Tienen únicamente la funda nórdica. Es difícil aparcar por la zona. Hay un parking público justo enfrente pero estaba completo cuando llegamos y nos las vimos y deseamos para encontrar aparcamiento.

Un moment suspendu , nous avons 4 jours et trois nuits dans cette hôtel . L'accueil était plus que Chaleureux, la réceptionniste nous a si bien accueilli, elle est fantastique. Un service de qualité et un personnel disponible et à l'écoute . Le plus était le rooftop Avana, disponible quand on réserve une chambre supérieure, on y était au calme le jour et en mode chill en soirée avec une ambiance cosy et une vue superbe et mention spéciale à José le barman pour ses cocktails et sa joie de vivre. J'ai eu un vrai coup de coeur. On reviendra sans aucun doute . L'hôtel est très propre, un bon buffet petit déjeuner et est à moins de 5 min de marche de la plage . Une localisation parfaite .

Morning breakfast staff, the old lady who is in charge is so rude.She doesn't know how to respect guest. She treated me with my skin color. Only because of her, I will never go back or advice any of my family and friends to go this hotel. Apart from this woman, all staff are so kind and frinedly.Everything was good. I also working in Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. I understand customer service too.

Well on checking in it appears that you only put one person down which was embarrassing and further cost. Hotel clean no entertainment unless you like ballroom, food not to our liking and cold still with all those different nationalities you can't please everyone, if your British not great

Struttura situata a poche decine di metri dalla stazione di Lloret de Mar, comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia e allo stesso tempo le attrattive che questo bellissimo posto offre. Abbiamo soggiornato in mezza pensione, la cucina che viene offerta (solo cena) è a dir poco ottima e variegata. Si può scegliere tra decine di pietanze tutte ottime. il personale è fantastico, sempre gentile cortese e disponibile. L'unica nota negatica che posso dire è che siamo dovuti tornare a casa!

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre-ville. Il y a tout les soirs dans la même rue. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines également pour se détendre. Le personnel est très sympathique et les chambres sont propres. Je recommande

Hôtel mal insonorisé, si vous voulez vous reposez, ce n’est pas le meilleur choix. Certaines chambres sont vieillottes et mériteraient d’être rénovées. Le petit déjeuner : Du choix mais pas grande qualité. Nous nous sommes fiés aux avis mais avons déçus pour ces points là.

Well on checking in it appears that you only put one person down which was embarrassing and further cost. Hotel clean no entertainment unless you like ballroom, food not to our liking and cold still with all those different nationalities you can't please everyone, if your British not great

Absolutely fantastic hotel the only thing that let them down was there English Breakfast it was like eating a plastic one the food on the whole was poor .

Very well run hotel. Reception can be busy, but you're on holiday, what's the rush? Breakfast is up there with the best, ever hotel breakfast. I'm sure dinner is lovely but did not need it. Check whether your room has a kettle. Some do, some not. Essential, in my view.

Very nice hotel, reception staff professional and very friendly plus helpful. All round very happy, i would recommend it to friends and its in the centre of everything.

I stayed at superior room for a week and working remotely. WiFi was unfortunately not strong but I have my own router. Room is spacious with lots drawer which was perfect for someone who stays longer. Breakfast was great, different varieties, though everyday is mostly the same. Dinner was good, lots of option, seafood was mostly the same but they are fresh. Rooftop was amazing, I enjoyed even the last day before check out, and the drink was not overpriced at all! Yoga class they provided was also very impressive. In general, I had an amazing time and would like to come back.

Really good location in the middle of the strip a short walk to the beach. Although it's so close to the nightlife, it was so quiet in the hotel at night. The hotel has such a chilled relaxing vibe to it. Restaurant had lots of breakfast options, some items better then others and the food not always hot if you got there late like we did. I would 100% stay here again.
