Der bliver kun gjort rent og skiftet sengelinned en gang om ugen, men man kan få nye håndklæder og toiletpapir hos rengøringspersonalet eller i receptionen på hotellet. Man skal også selv sørge for bortskaffelse af affald, men der er containere meget tæt på.

There are several unexpected issues. 1. Check-in at different places: If you stay at the Suites Pintor, you need to walk 6-7 min to another Pintor hotel to check-in. It’s not easy on hot days and busy streets. 2. Two single beds becoming a King bed: I reserved a King bed room. But they put two-single beds together. 3. Noisy: My room is on the 1st floor besides the local restaurant. You cannot sleep until it is closed. And also in daytime there is construction outside of the building. Yep! hammering in 5 AM and drunk people talking at night. 3. No cleaning and no towel in the middle of stay: When I checked in, they didn't mention it. If you need more towels, you should walk to the hotel front (as I mentioned in 1st point) to get it by yourself (i.e., 13-14 minute walk back and forth). I had to do it at 10:30 PM after coming back to the suite. 4. Elevator Garage Parking: First it's really hard to get in/out to the elevator. There are lots of scratches on the building. Second, each parking lot only fits well for compact-size cars. Third, the most important, the 'VIP 13 euros credits' means you will pay 13 euros instead of 16 euros.

C'est un bel appartement qui est situé à distance de marche des attractions touristiques. Il y a une très belle terrasse bien meublée sur le toît de l'immeuble. Nous y avons passé des moments agréables.

The one bedroom apartment is super spacious and clean. Great working A/C. The breakfast is good but additional. The parking is a little tricky as you have to get into a vehicle elevator and go down a level so make sure your vehicle is not too large. If a vehicle is coming in the building it may take sometime to exit the underground parking and there is no camera so the people that are trying to leave can see how many cars outside or vice versa. The check in was a bit hectic as we could find parking around to check in and could not find a space to leave the car even a few minutes. All the girls in the reception were wonderful and very friendly. Had our breakfast table ready everyday with a smile.

Esto fue una pesadilla,encontrar el apartamento,no lo especifican cuando uno lo va a reservar. El check in está en otro edificio y ofrecen parqueo,pero deben de decir que es para autos pequeños,yo tuve que usar otro parking porque el auto que andaba no entraba en el Ascensor,pagué €25 por noche. Las habitaciones son demasiadas pequeñas.

Spent a wonderful week here during Semana Santa. The apartments are in a convenient location near plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes and walkable distance to all key attractions. Plenty of space inside and maintained to a great standard of cleanliness. Comfortable twin beds and well equipped kitchen with hot water available at all times. Highly recommended.

An easy and convenient check in process, despite being at a different address to the property. The apartment was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace for residents. The room was serviced once during my 9 day stay at a date chosen by me and I was informed of the time in advance. The coffee capsules, biscuits and water provided in the room on arrival were appreciated. My only criticism is that it would seem reasonable to replenish them for guests staying more than a week, when the room is serviced.

Lovely apartment, located on the edge of the historical district of Málaga, a short walk from a large number of restaurants and bars. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the hotel where you check in. Hotel staff were friendly and provided details and a map. The apartment was secure and clean. A bottle of water, cookies and a gift were provided in the apartment. Upon request we also had a high chair and a baby cot. The only negative we have, and the reason for 4 stars is due to the sound proofing of the apartment. We stayed in apartment 8 on the first floor, the apartment had a balcony and shutters on the front of the road, where there is a burger restaurant a few doors down. At night, we found the road to be quite noisy, with cars playing music, and people out side till the early hours on the weekends, and till about 11/12am on week days. This was not loud enough to keep us awake, however, if you are a light sleeper, it may be disturbing for you. I would definitely not describe it as quiet. However, this has been a common complaint for most apartments advertised in Málaga.

We loved the location. It was walkable everywhere. It was off from the busy tourist area. The unit was nice. We enjoy the kitchen. Washer machine was great to have. We would stay here again.

Leider gehen die Zimmer alle zu einem offenen Treppenhaus. Man hat kein Tageslicht. Lüften schwierig. Das Treppenhaus ist extrem hellhörig. Mehrere gäste waren nachts und frühmorgens leider sehr laut.

The 1 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment that I stayed in was a very nice space. Clean, tastefully decorated, and with a well equipped kitchen. I ended up extended my stay ten more days because of how comfortable and convenient it was!

I stayed in Apartment 2, which was on the ground floor. The apartment was extremely large, stylish and well appointed (with a full kitchen, with washing machine etc). There was a nice dining room table and comfy sofa. The area is nice and quiet, but a few minutes walk from all of the action (bars, restaurants). There is a small convenience store opposite and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend these apartments

Liked the location. Can walk to everything. Apartment was nice just very noisy outside. Outdoor cafe setup right next door which was loud until after midnight several nites of the week. And unfortunately their was road construction right outside our windows. They are tearing up alot of the roads in Malaga so check a couple of days before u arrive to ask if road construction. The staff was pleasant and housekeeping was great.

Lovely apartment, located on the edge of the historical district of Málaga, a short walk from a large number of restaurants and bars. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from the hotel where you check in. Hotel staff were friendly and provided details and a map. The apartment was secure and clean. A bottle of water, cookies and a gift were provided in the apartment. Upon request we also had a high chair and a baby cot. The only negative we have, and the reason for 4 stars is due to the sound proofing of the apartment. We stayed in apartment 8 on the first floor, the apartment had a balcony and shutters on the front of the road, where there is a burger restaurant a few doors down. At night, we found the road to be quite noisy, with cars playing music, and people out side till the early hours on the weekends, and till about 11/12am on week days. This was not loud enough to keep us awake, however, if you are a light sleeper, it may be disturbing for you. I would definitely not describe it as quiet. However, this has been a common complaint for most apartments advertised in Málaga.

Requested a 2 twin beds room. Got a queen bed. Was advertised as twin room which turns out to be depending on availability. I wish that clear info was given on the type of room I was getting. Sad, the apartment was very nice, with water bottle and cookies , coffee, plus cleaning supplies . Simple, don’t rent an apartment with twin beds once you have rented the one you have.

Due to a flight delay, I arrived after the office closed. I was able to communicate with them through Expedia and eventually WhatsApp to get me access to my room. The kitchen was much more than anticipated and I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the apartment wound up being.

The one bedroom apartment is super spacious and clean. Great working A/C. The breakfast is good but additional. The parking is a little tricky as you have to get into a vehicle elevator and go down a level so make sure your vehicle is not too large. If a vehicle is coming in the building it may take sometime to exit the underground parking and there is no camera so the people that are trying to leave can see how many cars outside or vice versa. The check in was a bit hectic as we could find parking around to check in and could not find a space to leave the car even a few minutes. All the girls in the reception were wonderful and very friendly. Had our breakfast table ready everyday with a smile.

Spent a wonderful week here during Semana Santa. The apartments are in a convenient location near plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes and walkable distance to all key attractions. Plenty of space inside and maintained to a great standard of cleanliness. Comfortable twin beds and well equipped kitchen with hot water available at all times. Highly recommended.

We loved the location. It was walkable everywhere. It was off from the busy tourist area. The unit was nice. We enjoy the kitchen. Washer machine was great to have. We would stay here again.

There are several unexpected issues. 1. Check-in at different places: If you stay at the Suites Pintor, you need to walk 6-7 min to another Pintor hotel to check-in. When I arrived, I found that directly in front of the building and the whole street was under construction, with dangerous machinery being used right next to the entrance of the building and the taxi was unable to park. The situation was absolutely terrible and therefore I called to request a refund which the lady agreed to do as she acknowledged that it was impossible to stay there due to the heavy construction work going on all around and directly in front of the building.

I stayed in Apartment 2, which was on the ground floor. The apartment was extremely large, stylish and well appointed (with a full kitchen, with washing machine etc). There was a nice dining room table and comfy sofa. The area is nice and quiet, but a few minutes walk from all of the action (bars, restaurants). There is a small convenience store opposite and a supermarket a few minutes walk away. I would highly recommend these apartments

Liked the location. Can walk to everything. Apartment was nice just very noisy outside. Outdoor cafe setup right next door which was loud until after midnight several nites of the week. And unfortunately their was road construction right outside our windows. They are tearing up alot of the roads in Malaga so check a couple of days before u arrive to ask if road construction. The staff was pleasant and housekeeping was great.

The place is spacious, convenient, good location. Difficult to reach by car. No paper towel, no kitchen towel. No manual for microwave. Manual for washing machine is toogenetal, does not tell how to use each botton. The pillow is terrible, made my neck twisted the first night. The next day, I had 1 hoir massage and my n3ck was ok. Then the 2nd night, my neck got twisted again.

Just amazing! I travel alot to Malaga and this is by far the best accomodation i have had here! The service and welcome is one of the best! Kind and helpfull! Beautiful apartment with big rooms! It was like coming home to my own apartment! Close to everything, 15 minutes walk to the port, 5 minutes to the city center. Stores, resturants and more just a few minutes outside the door! I would move in there if i could! Recommended 100%! We will book here again next time!

The location is very good. Close to restaurants and shops. Check in is a bit complicated, since you pick up the key in another place. Also, we were not prepared to live in a "prison cell" without daylight and fresh air. It should be clearly informed that this studio is on the ground floor with only windows to the entrance hall. For some it might be OK, but we would never have booked it for 5 nights if we had known. A very unpleasant stay in an otherwise nice apartment. Good quiet sleep, though. The shared roof terrace is nice.

The apartment is in a great and convenient location, and also nice kitchen, lounge area and bedroom, the big problem was the strong, disgusting smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, its probably something they’re aware of and requires a more specific intervention. I reported it and was told that they’d check, the problem was obviously still there. Sent again a message, and was told similar thing, they didn’t even check that I’d left the property. If I wasn’t stay just two nights, would have left earlier
