A very enjoyable stay. The suite was one of the best rooms we have experienced anywhere. It was large comfortable and very clean and well maintained during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was good easy walk to the centre and the cathedral and close to the Medina and all it's history.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The room was huge and very nice, although my shower was clogged. Food was amazing. Two complaints though: Half of the staff was very nice and friendly, the other half seemed rather arrogant and rude and inattentive. My second complaint was the spa. I paid for a 2 hour hammam and massage. The hammam portion was great. The massage was the worst massage of my life. She used oil but never wiped the oil off so I left feeling slimy. And it was very light massage with little to no pressure. And it was barely over an hour so it was a rip off. Overall, i don’t think I would stay here again

Hotel very well appointed, maintained and styled. There were a few rough edges, but you had to really go looking. Food quality was excellent throughout. Room clean, spacious and immaculate. I would recommend this hotel for 3-6 nights during any season.

Das Hotel war insgesamt ausgezeichnet sehr sauber, schön und gepflegt. Der Service, das Reinigungspersonal und die Sicherheitskräfte am Eingang waren hervorragend. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Einzige, was negativ war: Das Frühstück hatte wenig Auswahl, und das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht sehr professionell etwas vergesslich. Zum Beispiel wurden Bestecke nach dem Abräumen nicht automatisch gebracht, und unsere Omelett-Bestellung wurde beim Frühstück komplett vergessen.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, and had been looking forward to a great experience. The hotel had a great location, next to the Medina and was 5 star, with many good reviews. The hotel is a hotels.com VIP hotel. All the above sounds great on writing, but only the location is true. As VIP hotel we expected a much better hotel. The hotel has 16 rooms, and is in an old jail. The room we got, which was not possible to change - also felt like a jail. It was in basement floor, and some of the only light getting into the room, was through the small holes in the windows, directly out to a street. Everytime a car drove by, it felt like driving into the room. The bathroom was not probably cleaned, with dust and small leftovers from people staying in the room before. In the closet, someone had forgotten a shirt - and cleaning had not noticed. There was a lack of general information about what to expect, so around 8pm suddenly someone locked themself into the room while we was resting. That was very uncomfortable. We didn’t expect anyone coming into the room, same day as arriving. There was so many small things, that just made the stay, very uncomfortable. Small things like cleaning, airport pickup we never got confirmed and nobody to see at the airport (there was someone, and luckily we had not left the airport when he called), to the rooftop restaurant where, the service was slow and when finally receiving the coffee we ordered it was cold. I could tell many things more, but no space.

This has to be the most beautiful boutique in Tunis, what a treat to stay here! From the moment you walk in until you get to and including being in your room, it smells amazing The decor and architecture is stunning! I love the traditional features but it still is modern The rooftop has amazing views over Tunis Our junior suite was perfect! Bed was so comfy, loved the sitting area, the separate toilet with sink (because I hate it when you have to go next door to wash your hands) and the main bathroom with the shower and bath connecting was a vibe The hotel has so many cute areas to explore, including the courtyard and rooftop pool! Also there was an art exhibition during our stay so that was nice to visit The shop in the hotel sells beautiful stuff - we got a lovely bottle of oud The food was not the best..the breakfast spread was small but nice..dinner in the restaurant was a bit disappointing considering how much we paid for it - small portions and a interesting mix of flavours (bearing in mind we’d been in Tunisia for 6 days at this point and had tried plenty of local food already, but here it didn’t taste as authentic) Having said that, the live entertainment during dinner was cool. But otherwise it was a perfect stay! We’ll be back

Is worth going to Tunis just because this hotel. One of the Top 5 Hotels I have ever stayed, and I haven been in a few (Visited 85 countries so far), Simply Perfect. The location in the Medina but not in the middle of the market, The rooms , sorry the suites are more than comfortable and decorated with good taste and very usable, top restaurants, top view in the one in the roof top, The Tunisian restaurant was DE LI CIOUS . I had a late evening flight and I dedicate to visit the town and Carthage and Sidi, very warm I arrived to collect my luggage and change clothes but I asked the possibility of taking a shower, they not only allow me to use the SPA shower, but they didńt accept to pay for it. They get me a table in the Tunisian restaurant even though it was fully booked, what can I say…simple PERFECT, Thank you, I hope they would have hotels like this in other cities in the world…

Stunning hotel and great service time and time again. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel has beautiful jasmine trees everywhere and the smell flows through the hotel. The rooms are large, spacious and amazing after a long day in the hot Tunisian sun. Not to mention, the free treats the hotel staff bring you in the evening.

Small things like cleaning, airport pickup we never got confirmed and nobody to see at the airport (there was someone, and luckily we had not left the airport when he called), to the rooftop restaurant where, the service was slow and when finally receiving the coffee we ordered it was cold. I could tell many things more, but no space.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The room was huge and very nice, although my shower was clogged. Food was amazing. Two complaints though: Half of the staff was very nice and friendly, the other half seemed rather arrogant and rude and inattentive. My second complaint was the spa. I paid for a 2 hour hammam and massage. The hammam portion was great. The massage was the worst massage of my life. She used oil but never wiped the oil off so I left feeling slimy. And it was very light massage with little to no pressure. And it was barely over an hour so it was a rip off. Overall, i don’t think I would stay here again

Stunning hotel and great service time and time again. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel has beautiful jasmine trees everywhere and the smell flows through the hotel. The hotel is nice but there is one old lady works in the breakfast restaurant at the rooftop was whispering to her young colleagues that I seem to never seen breakfast before! And at the end she accused me of lying about payment. I talked to the downstairs receptionist I think her name was Manal on Friday morning and she didn’t seem to care about my complaint. The hotel was overall nice except those two employees who made me leave the hotel with some sort of anger and disappointment feeling.

It was amazing and hands down the best stay in Tunisia! The cleaning staff are wonderful and work so hard, the reception staff are okay, not super welcoming and security are friendly. The rooms or mini apartments I should say are just incredible, luxurious and the hotel is an oasis within the Medina. I wasn't fond of the location, it's hard to access and a bit dangerous coming back in the night or looking for restaurants/food because the Medina is dark and a maze. We had breakfast one day as it was not included and we loved the breakfast it was fantastic and the service was amazing. The rooftop views over Tunis are gorgeous.

Great location right in the middle of the Medina. Spacious. Limited restaurants available in evening in the area around the hotel without taking taxi. Really only a choice of the two hotel restaurants and one other at different hotel. All were good but had similar offerings so got repetitive after 6 nights.

This has to be the most beautiful boutique in Tunis, what a treat to stay here! From the moment you walk in until you get to and including being in your room, it smells amazing The decor and architecture is stunning! I love the traditional features but it still is modern The rooftop has amazing views over Tunis Our junior suite was perfect! Bed was so comfy, loved the sitting area, the separate toilet with sink (because I hate it when you have to go next door to wash your hands) and the main bathroom with the shower and bath connecting was a vibe The hotel has so many cute areas to explore, including the courtyard and rooftop pool! Also there was an art exhibition during our stay so that was nice to visit The shop in the hotel sells beautiful stuff - we got a lovely bottle of oud The food was not the best..the breakfast spread was small but nice..dinner in the restaurant was a bit disappointing considering how much we paid for it - small portions and a interesting mix of flavours (bearing in mind we’d been in Tunisia for 6 days at this point and had tried plenty of local food already, but here it didn’t taste as authentic) Having said that, the live entertainment during dinner was cool. Is worth going to Tunis just because this hotel. One of the Top 5 Hotels I have ever stayed, and I haven been in a few (Visited 85 countries so far), Simply Perfect. The location in the Medina but not in the middle of the market, The rooms , sorry the suites are more than comfortable and decorated with good taste and very usable, top restaurants, top view in the one in the roof top, The Tunisian restaurant was DE LI CIOUS . I had a late evening flight and I dedicate to visit the town and Carthage and Sidi, very warm I arrived to collect my luggage and change clothes but I asked the possibility of taking a shower, they not only allow me to use the SPA shower, but they didńt accept to pay for it. They get me a table in the Tunisian restaurant even though it was fully booked, what can I say…simple PERFECT, Thank you, I hope they would have hotels like this in other cities in the world…

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location in the middle of the medina, really spacious rooms and lovely rooftop. We received chocolate and fruit in the room every night which was really nice! Great breakfast! The only thing that was disappointing was the rooftop dinner, it was expensive and not good.

Staff were super helpful, especially when I twisted my ankle and security went to the pharmacy to pick me up some analgesia. 5th floor staff always friendly and welcoming for breakfast etc and drinks on the beautiful terrace. Our suite was spectacular. The only issue was the slow shower drain and I’ll-fitting door that we had to take care with not to flood the bathroom.
