The hotel wing is above the office levels. So that guarantees good views. The good. It's clean, modern looking and comfortable. There is a massage chair in the room! How awesome is that! It's connected to one of the train stations and the underground that links to all the other train stations. It's right where all the good food can be found and all the major malls and walking streets are within short walking distance. The self service area at the lift lobby with the toiletries and drip coffee etc was great! The drip coffee was fragrant and we couldn't help but take a few more with us. The bad The room was really small and cramped. I'm guessing it's more of a business hotel. So there isn't even a proper closet area and there's no space to properly open 1 large suitcase, let alone 2. The mattress was extremely hard and matched with the wrong soft lumpy pillows.

Great place to stay in Kobe/Sanomiya. Rooms start on the 18th floor and offer amazing views of the area. Very modern hotel with very easy access to JR and subway lines. Entrance can be tough to find at first, but easy to navigate once you are familiar with the area. Offers an impressive bar/restaurant on the 29th floor, but the 5,000 yen cover charge made me decide against having a drink there.

The room is very clean and even had a in room massage chair. Additional amenities were provided downstairs, the tea selection was huge and nice especially the honey tea. There is also freebies upon check in that one can select from, the foot patch is useful after all the walking.

夜遅く三ノ宮に着いても、改札を出たら、そこからホテルの入り口があり、大変便利。レンタカーの場合、駐車場は無いので、その辺りは考えものです。次の宿泊予定が離れた場所だったため、チェックアウト後、タクシーで1キロほど離れたレンタカー屋さんに行き車を借りました。朝食も美味しかったです。タイミングが良いと、窓側のボックス席を案内してもらえます。1番乗りなら、山側、もしくは海側と、選び放題です。

Hotel is so close to the station and central to Kobe city. Room and view was out of this world.. Breakfast had enough options to satisfy for a couple of nights. Only Downside we were on 25th floor so high up. You can hear the trains below you they arnt to bad but they are building a new building right next to this hotel and even thou it is soundproofed i could hear jack hamering at 2am went for about a hour they work at night and day. I am sensitive to noise fyi it might not bother you and the view is amazing.. Also the Kansai airport bus is 5mins walk from hotel

Loved the way the room is lay out. At first, it felt awkward to see the sink as soon as the door opens. But upon usage of the room, it then made a lot of sense to be able to use the space near the doorway with the sink. The only compliant was the noise level - we could hear very clearly the trains passing by on the track as late as near midnight and as early as 6am.

Great staff and service and the property was beautiful! We actually extended our visit by 2 days and would have added a 3rd but they were fully booked. The room is very small, as all rooms in Japan are, but it was the most thoughtful of all the ones we stayed in and there were lots of little touches that made it a very comfortable stay. Word of advice, the place can be hard to find at first but basically just keep going past the "american pharmacy" on the outside and you will see the door to ride the elevator.

The hotel service is too poor and seriously inconsistent with the hotel's star rating. 1. Only one bottle of water is provided per night, which is too shabby. 2. The hotel does not have a shower cap, and the lack of essential items has caused great inconvenience to guests. 3. During our stay, we hoped to ask the front desk to help make a reservation by phone, as the restaurant only understands Japanese and cannot communicate in English. However, we were rejected by the female front desk employee who is looks fat, and we are very dissatisfied! We will never choose this hotel again!

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe.

The hotel is right in the middle of Sannomiya with loads of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The bad points is there is no clear signage of where to enter the hotel lift premises to go up to their 17th floor lobby. I had to lug my luggage around in circles looking for the entrance. And there is no place for taxis or private transports to drop / pickup hotel guests.

Hotel location is right next to Sannomiya station. Hundreds of dining options all around. Quality, cleanness, convenience.. all 5 star. Breakfast buffet in the hotel was amazing. View of thr mountains and Kobe port was most beautiful. We will stay here again. Highly recommended if visiting beautiful Kobe.
