チェックインスタッフの皆さんは親切です。チェックイン手続き後にアイスキャンディーをサービスで頂きました。客室のwifiも高速です。ホテル前はアーケード式のショッピング街で食事に困ることはありませんでした。また元町出張の際には利用したいホテルでした。

The property was conveniently in a shopping/outlet street. When leaving the hotel you will have access to a variety of food, shops, and general shops like Daiso and Matusmoto Pharmacy. The subway is about a 5-10 minute walk away depending on which line you want to take. The hotel also offers a multi-purpose washer/dryer with lockable machines. No need to buy detergent as the machine dispenses it for you and performs drying as well at no extra charge. The staff was very kind, informative on local shops, and flexible when I experienced delays in my arrival date. I would highly recommend this location for flexible access to Osaka and Kyoto for day trips.

パッと見た感じは綺麗に見えるのですが、トイレやお風呂の隅の方や洗面台のオーバーフローは汚かったです。隅々まで掃除していただけると、気持ちよく過ごせると思います。南京町に行ったので、近くさはよかったです。提携の駐車場が高さ制限がかなり低いので注意が必要です。

部屋が狭くて壁が薄く、音は筒抜けですが清潔でした。シャワーはミラブル、シャンプーやコンディショナーはPOLAのシャワーブレイクを置いていて良かったです。2階に無料のコーヒーやココア、カフェモカなどホットドリンクが多数備えてあるマシンがあり、冷水や氷もあるので有難いです。（ボタンを押しても出てこない時があるのは残念）元町駅から近くて利便性は申し分ないです。スタッフは外国の方ですがコミュニケーションに困らないし、親切でした。リーズナブルなのに満足度が高かったです。また利用したいです、ありがとうございました。

商店街の中にあってロケーションは最高でした。部屋も清潔で機能的。ベッド周りもそうだし、プッシュボタンで止まるシャワーやスタンド付きのドライヤーも新しく使いやすい良い物が置いてありました。

バスルームの匂いがちょっと籠もってる感じで臭いなーと思いましたが、それ以外は清潔で快適に過ごせました。朝食は素晴らしいし、ほぼ終日使えるドリンクバーも良かったです。ベッドのマットレスが寝心地最高でした。

出張で滞在しました。元町駅からも近く、商店街の中にあります。コンビニも薬局も観光地も近く利便性の高い立地にあります。お　部屋は狭いものの清潔で快適でした！ドライヤーもコイズミで、風量が強いのも嬉しいポイントです。またリピートしたい宿泊先です！

In the room, the high touch surfaces were overall clean, but there were cobwebs and dust on unused surfaces. Also the room is very small. Kind reception, quiet room near the station. I really liked the night view. Room was small so I had to try tp make space all the time. For water and food, we had to use the 2nd floor, but during the breakfast time couldn't use for personal use such as eating what I had bought at the convenience store. Anyways, the hotel was nice overall :)

It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Motomachi Station, so getting anywhere is really easy. You’re also right next to Motomachi’s shopping street and just a short walk from Chinatown, which means endless food options, snacks, cafés, and late-night bites. If you like wandering around and discovering little local spots, this area is perfect. The hotel itself is clean, simple, and has everything you need. The rooms are standard size for Japan, they’re cozy and well-kept. Wi-Fi works great, and there’s even a laundry area on the 2nd floor, which is the same floor for breakfast. Big shout-out to Julia, who helped us during our stay. She was super friendly and made our stay easier. Having someone that helpful at the front desk really makes a difference

複数の駅から近くアクセスがとても良い。ドリンクが飲めるラウンジが自由に使えるのがとても良かった。アーケード内にあり、雨に降られず食事や買い物に行けるので非常に便利。部屋は清潔で過ごしやすい。机が小さいため作業が多い場合には注意したほうがいいかも。

三宮、元町、神戸から徒歩圏内。リフォームされてたのかな？とてもキレイでした！元々ツインのお部屋にもう一つベッドを作ってトリプルになっていたので荷物を置くスペースは無かったですが、料金と立地的にとても満足しました。

Kobe Plaza Hotel West was a super convenient and comfortable base for exploring Kobe. The best part? The location. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Motomachi Station, so getting anywhere is really easy. You’re also right next to Motomachi’s shopping street and just a short walk from Chinatown, which means endless food options, snacks, cafés, and late-night bites. If you like wandering around and discovering little local spots, this area is perfect. The hotel itself is clean, simple, and has everything you need. The rooms are standard size for Japan, they’re cozy and well-kept. Wi-Fi works great, and there’s even a laundry area on the 2nd floor, which is the same floor for breakfast. Big shout-out to Julia, who helped us during our stay. She was super friendly and made our stay easier. Having someone that helpful at the front desk really makes a difference

The hotel is centrally-situated. We walked or took a short train ride most of the time since it’s close all the places we wanted to go to. The staff is very helpful as well and the facility was very clean and cozy.

Amazing location right on the shopping street. Surrounding the hotel has tons of shopping, malls, foods for you to explore. Highly recommend if you are seeking a convenient location without the hassle of transportation during your stay. The only con is the rooms are quite tight.

I thought I paid for the breakfast 🤔. Staff behind the desk were so, so ,so professional. Plenty of places to eat. The hotel is in one of those covered streets. Convenience 7/11 a few shops away & the metro a 3 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it 100%. Rooms not huge, but we know that about Japan. But as usual, spotlessly clean.

朝食は、種類は少ないけれど質は良かったと思います。スクランブルエッグやウィンナーの所にケチャップやマスタードなど有れば良かったなと思うのと、パンコーナーとトースターの位置が離れていたのでレイアウトに工夫が必要かなと。パンをお皿に取るトングはあるけれど、トースターの所にトングが無かったので素手でトースターに入れて焼けたパンを素手で取らないといけなかったので改善が必要かと思います。

Chambre un peu petites, sinon conforme à l attendu. Très bien placé à Kobé. Déçu par le breakfast. Ce n est pas un buffet, il y a juste le choix entre 3 menu qu il faut programmer la veille. Ce n est pas pratique.

We asked for a taxi to Kobe airport, and we were told it will take about 5-10 minutes, but it took more than 20 minutes and there were no update or call from the driver nor the front desk, and we ended up calling taxi from uber and it took exactly 3 minutes to come. The room was ok but the service could have been better. We were almost late to the airport. Please do not tell us it will take 5-10 minutes when it takes more than that.

Great location, but beware of the name-sister hotel closer to the station. I went to the wrong hotel the first day. Some of the staff spoke excellent English (which can be rare in Japan), and I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are small, but acceptable. Too few laundry machines.
