Fantastic stay at this property,helpful and informative check in lovely room on the highest floor at the back. Room quality excellent, restful nights sleep which is of the highest importance to us. A fridge and tea and coffee making facilities would elevate this room to eleven out of ten. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We reserved a family studio. The room was very spacious and had a working air conditioning! We went in April and the two other hotels we went to before this one thought it was too early to allow AC.. so we had to open the windows and endure the noise in the street during the night. So, we were really happy when we saw that the AC was working at this hotel. It is located in the heart of Belém, which was really nice. They change the towels every 3 days and bedsheets once per week, but it was okay with us since we already change our bedsheets once per week at home and we care about the environment. Otherwise, the room is clean ! The only major downside is that they don't have an elevator so you have to climb a set of steep stairs with your suitcase (we had two 25kg suitcases, so it was a nightmare). They could at least put a ramp to roll our suitcases on. Also, we arrived at 12pm at the hotel and the door was locked. We then learned there is no reception before 3pm and after 8pm. However, once you check in they give you a PIN Code and you can access the building at anytime. The owner, Pedro, is the one at the reception. He is very nice and speak many languages! He was a bit intense/too much and talked a lot at first (our feet were in pain so we couldn't wait to reach our room) but was more discreet and respectful of our privacy in the next days. You'll have to take the bus/metro if you want to go downtown Lisbon and it is generally crowded. I would still go again !

I liked my stay here. The location was great. I had so tv issues and I didn't like that i was told to put my toilet paper in the garbage and not in the toilet! I think it's only for specific room! But over it was ok. I had a kitchenette with dishes, but no sponge or cloth to clean anything with and no detergent? I had a huge refrigerator! And for some reason my light on my night srand didn't work. So i had to always use the bright ceiling light. The location is good if your visiting Belem! I would recommend it!

We arrived much earlier than check in and just wanted to drop our cases off and explore. The entrance is a door with a buzzer system and there was no one in. Therefore we had to wait some time to get into the building and only when the cleaner, who didn’t speak English opened the door. We did manage to get our cases in but waited an hour or so to do so. When we did check in it took a long time, the host was great, a little eccentric and full of life, we just wanted to get checked in and relax but he wanted to show us everything and anything he could - nothing bad, probably the longest check in ever!! The room was relatively clean (the pillows could have been cleaner) and we were told about not washing our faces with make up on the towels - however these were very bare and really should be in the bin……the location is great, nice and central and the bakery down the road is amazing. The soundproofing also wasn’t great - we could hear what was going on in the room next door. For what we paid it was good value but was short on a few things.

Subject: Utter Disappointment and Deceptive Pricing Practices I am extremely disappointed by the lack of hygiene in a room that costs nearly €300 per night. Hervorragende Lage mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafes und Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Apartment im Dachgeschoss. Nicht zu empfehlen für größere Personen wegen der Dachschrägen. Zu Bedenken ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt, was mit schweren Gepäck etwas mühsam ist. Zudem haben wir einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort vermisst. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es in Ordnung. Falls wir nochmal kommen, würden wir ein anderes Zimmer in der Anlage buchen.

Situation impeccable, réservation début octobre.Chambre qui donne sur une sorte de terrasse intérieur, pas très si agréable, puisque le linge de l'hôtel était à sécher juste derrière notre fenêtre au début du séjour Fenêtre qui ne donne pas sur l'extérieur, mais a l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pendant que l'on s'absente, car autrement n'importe qui peut rentrer. Dommage que cela ne soit pas signalé avant. Bruit de Vmc par moment, dans la salle qui est très désagréable, et à n'importe quel moment.

Das Zimmer, die Umgebung war super schön! Man ist mittels verschiedener Codes in sein Zimmer gelangt und konnte somit unabhängig von der Rezeption einchecken. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir großes Pech weil unser Nachbar extrem laut Musik gehört hat und dies bis nachts halb drei (Das Haus ist aber auch sehr hellhörig). Dies berichteten wir der Rezeption (telefonisch) und baten darum mit dem Nachbarn zu reden, da er uns nachts trotz der Bitte um Ruhe, ignorierte. Nach einem langen Tag, klopfte dann abends 23.15 Uhr (wir haben geschlafen), der Manager an die Tür, dass wir bitte noch 10€ Tax zahlen sollten und seine Kollegin am Vortrag den falschen Betrag einkassiert hat. Nächsten Tag bat ich diesen Manager darum uns für den kommenden Tag ein Taxi um 3.30 Uhr zu bestellen. Er sagte ich bräuchte ihm lediglich eine WhatsApp mit der Uhrzeit schicken und er würde sich darum kümmern. Dies tat ich. Daraufhin kam keine Reaktion und ich musste um ein Feedback bitten. Die Antwort war, dass ich einfach 10 Minuten vorher zur Rezeption kommen solle da diese 24/7 besetzt sei. Um 3.20 standen wir also vor der Rezeption und niemand war da. Ich habe dann telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen und der Mitarbeiter war verdutzt und sagte er sei alleine mit seinem Sohn und er würde mir die Telefonnummer eines Taxiunternehmens senden. Rundum ein mieser Service. Echt schade.

Asked for early check in weeks before, got no response. On the day if arrival, I coukd not access the property as no one communucated that I needed a pass code to enter the building and there was no reception. After an 8 hour flight, I had to be dragging my luggage across the road to sit in the park, trying to get someone to respond to my messages. After getting the pass code and entering the room, I was told I had to leave as check in was at 3pm

I liked that the room was sparkling clean and updated. I wish they were more accomodating with an earlier check-in. It's a drag when you've flown in overnight. However, the manager was very kind. In fact, he's holding my coat until I return as I ran out for the bus to Nazare.

Très agréable suite. On s'y sent bien. Chaque jour le menage est fait. La réceptionniste et le personnel en général sont agréables. Juste à côté du monastère de los Jeronimos. Et à 5 mètres de la fameuse pasteis de nata. Pour info, dans la même rue, il y a une autre fabrique de pasteis tout aussi bonne, un peu moins chère et sans queue. Après avoir goûté les deux nous avons décidé d aller uniquement chez manteigaria. Tram et bus pour rejoindre le centre en 20 minutes. Un bus va aussi direct au pied du Christ. Un lidl à 10 minutes à pieds aussi utile. Et tout autour, bars, petits restos et fast food. Bref, nous recommandons.

Pedro our host was excellent in explaining things for in and around his property. Very friendly and caring. The accommodation was as expected and clean. We would recommend this place for travellers. It was nice not to be right in the City, but easy to get there by bus or tram which stops right outside Famous Crows. And Belem Pastires is right outside, these area must to try while staying in Balem. They are delicious!!

But over it was ok. I had a kitchenette with dishes, but no sponge or cloth to clean anything with and no detergent? I had a huge refrigerator! And for some reason my light on my night srand didn't work. So i had to always use the bright ceiling light. The location is good if your visiting Belem! I would recommend it!
