One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We were upgraded to a villa, with plenty of space and a nice terrace. Very good value for the price, even without the upgrade. Everything is in immaculate condition. All the hotel has wonderful sea views, the facilities are great - indoor and outdoor pools, multiple dining places etc. The hotel beach was closed, out of season. Breakfast is very good and so was the buffet dinner. We hope to be back.

Very poor catering for vegans. “Closed for the season” which translated to poor service and closed areas/restaurants within the hotel. Some staff were very unfriendly - eg at the spa I asked for a second towel and the receptionist wouldn’t let me have one because “you have one towel card, so you get one towel” (pretty insane for a 5* hotel!)
