Very clean and well run property in Lisbon. The metro stop is feet from the entrance to the door. Room was spacious, had a safe, refrigerator, coffee, tea which I appreciated. Can walk to miradours and some really nice restaurants.

Really good hotel with a fantastic location. Almost everything is within walking distance from boutiques to restaurants to the train station. The staff were really nice and at arrival introduced us to the tourist attractions and offered guided tours. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need even a fridge. Homekeeping daily if you want. The only thing I would like to see them improve is the ventilation inside the room. It seems like the only ventilation port is by opening the window which makes the room humid at night. There is an AC to cool down but in the long term this can be a problem for this hotel.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan lissabon. 15 minuten lopen van centrum. Uitrusting keuken erg basic positief is wel de wasmachine. 3e bed was erg oncomfortabel geen aanrader. Met 2 personen was het een prima hotel.

I travelled with 2 other ladies, and we have only good things to say about the Lisbon City Hotel and Suites Well situaded (metro entrance, literally outside the door) Many stores, supermarkets and restaurants at short walking distance from the hotel. And how about the amenities inside of the apartment? Could not ask for more, balcony, air conditioner, hot water, kitchennette with stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, water boiler and even a washing machine Comfortable beds and pillows, etc,etc Thanks so much, Lisbon City Hotel and suites. Continue with the high quality stays and excellent customer service.

Very nice appartment, modern, spacy and clean, separate and good beds and even a small balcony. Metro very close but also just a 20 minute walk to be in the center and half an hour to the river. Several supermarkets close by and friendly staff in the hotel, a few doors away. Highly recommended.

Atendendo a a viajava apenas com uma pequena mala de cabine e mochila, o apartamento foi perfeito. No entanto, não recomendo para duas pessoas que viajam com bagagem de maiores dimensões pois não existe espaço suficiente nem mobiliário para isso. O check in e check out tem que ser feito no hotel (3 portas acima). No quarto, AC e TV funcionava, é disponibilizado chaleira com café e chá. No que respeita à limpeza, nada a apontar de negativo. Casa de banho privativa tudo ok (tem secador). Quanto ao custo/benefício em geral, é um alojamento caro para o que oferece principalmente na época alta. Recomendo reserva antecipada.

This is a very convenient location, next to the public transportation and several dining options at a walking distance. The parking options are quite limited on the main avenue and you need to look for open spot on the secondary streets. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

A well equipped studio, in good decorative order, and of a good size. The apartment was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen. However, this didn't include any knives for food preparation, nor a bread knife, nor a tin opener. Personally, we would have preferred these to be provided, but we didn't really need the daily cleaning and room servicing. On the other hand, the washing machine was a bonus. All the staff were really lovely and helpful. Most spoke English, which was very useful!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, freundliches Personal und tägliche Reinigung. Das Apartement war sauber und gepflegt, hatte eine gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Platz. Die Lage ist zu einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse hin, zu unserer Zeit war es auch im Hauss absolut ruhig. Der Eingang zur Metro ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, auch die Tram Haltestelle und Supermärkte sind nicht weit, das Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können gut zu Fuss erreicht werden.

El hotel está al lado de una parada de metro que lleva directamente a cualquier punto de la ciudad. Se encuentra cerca de un comedor social así que hay bastante sintecho, pero en ningún momento se siente un barrio problematico o inseguro. La habitación estaba limpia y funcional, con una nevera pequeña. El baño estaba limpio y facilitaban gel y champú. El personal se mostró siempre muy amable y no pusieron ningún problema y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Recomiendo el hotel.

Esta limpio el lugar pero donde nos colocaron olía a drenaje, durante todo el día entraba un olor desagradable al cuarto, la atención fue muy buena y muy amable el personal.

Das Hotel lag unweit der Metrohaltestelle Independente und war sehr gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Unser Zimmer war sauber, allerdings sehr klein. Das Bett hat fast das gesamte Zimmer in Anspruch genommen, so dass wir uns nur wenig bewegen konnten. Wir haben sehr angenehm geschlafen. Es war ruhig und mit Klimaanlage auch gut klimatisiert. Auf der gesamten Straße gab es mehrere Restaurants (Italiener, Chinesen, Inder), viele Imbisse und Kioske und mehrere Supermärkte.

The room was on the small side and had no window to outside. But it was a comfortable room. Area was close to transport and dining options. There was no front desk or foyer at this hotel. Check-in was at hotel 50m up the road. I was happy with my stay here but thought it could have been priced lower.

I feel like the walls were made of paper. Could hear everything, from talking to eating to babies crying . I had to go 3 times at 2 am to my room next door to beg them to be quiet. Since I went for work and had to wake up every day at 5 am it was a bad choice. Facilities were okay, personnel was lovely.

The room is way too small. The way pictures was up misleading. The room does not have window which was not disclosed on their room description. I did not enjoy it and won’t be recommending this hotel to others. Requested to do room move but they declined.

We slept a 3 nights in the small rooms, and two more in the small apartments. Though fine overall, there were two things in the way of a recommendation. The walls are thin. We could hear our neighbours laugh loudly, the tv or another neighbour in the middle of the night, and the elevator (all rooms in this hotel are close to the elevator). That’s not counting the constant passings of physicals with sirens, all night long. It’s not the best street in Lisbon, but at least it’s next to the metro stop and it does have some nice food places on short walking distance. The other issue is with the air conditioners. They are supposedly temperature controlling but they just stay on far beyond the temperature they are aiming for. Set it to 23, it produces warm air; set it to 22 and the room turns to ice during the night.

O Hotel é muito próximo à estação de metrô, portanto, de fácil acesso. O problema é que este estabelecimento tem dois edifícios (números 43 e 49 na mesma rua). Um destes prédios (no.49) não possui recepção. Assim, se você estiver no número 49, tudo o que tiver que fazer ou pedir (check-in, check out, solicitações, etc) vai ter que sair do hotel e ir até o outro prédio.

Great stay while we were in Lisbon. We arrived 6AM but they had our room ready at 11 and were really accommodating. The location is pretty local and quick Uber or Bolt locations to the downtown. We pretty much walked everywhere but it was a great location

The staffs are located in another building that is a few building away. The staffs are very helpful and sincere. The room and the bathroom are smaller than expected, but clean. The location is in a walkable distance (about 20 min) from the commercial areas.

アメニティが全然なかったのが残念だった。ティッシュさえもなかった。 (トイレットペーパーはある) 立地はとても良く歩いて繁華街に行けるし空港からも30分くらいで行ける！バスと電車で。フロントデスクが分かりにくかった。泊まるホテルとフロントの場所が違う場所にあり、結構迷った。

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Kontaktfreundlich und nettes Personal. Sehr laut und in der nähe befindet sich Suppen Küche von Obdachlosen in Lissabon. in der Frühstück Bereich die Personal arbeitet mit dem Handschuhe. Leider, der Besitzerin nicht und fast alle Brote und Semmel mit dem Hand ( ohne Handschuhe). No Go.
