But EXPEDIA lied, saying that they offer 24-hour transportation to the airport. This was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Ikonik staff said they had asked you to correct this but it hasn’t been done. Another reason for me to NOT book through Expedia next time.

It’s a modern hotel close to the airport, staff were very nice and checked us in before 3 pm. Breakfast is good and there is a large shopping mall walking distance from the hotel. Not sure about the sink being outside the washroom… Expedia advertised the hotel with the free shuttle to the airport but in reality, there is no shuttle in this hotel. Otherwise it is a convenient stay before traveling from the airport.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. While at the airport, I called several times to inquire about the airport shuttle service mentioned on their website. There was no answer. When I arrived at the hotel via taxi, I began to feel sick and needed room service. I was told that this service was not available. When I tried to use the WiFi, which is listed as an available amenity on their website, to order some soup online, it did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time of my stay at the hotel. When I tried to call the front desk, there was no response. I had to travel to the lower level to speak to someone. I asked about local options to order some soup and tea and I was told that they did not know of any options. The employee pointed to the vending machine as an option for food. The following morning, I asked for the possibility of a late check out and I was told no immediately. I would not recommend this hotel. They need to focus on their amenities, local recommendations, and customer service.

Second stay at the hotel. This time had a lot of problems parking (have to check in first with no availability in the parking in front and then finally checked in and attendant didn’t answer the call button to open the garage door to enter). Parking process needs work. Other than that, hotel is still great and will come back.

Bra, rent hotell och fantastisk frukost. Tyvärr var inte rummet städat när vi kom tillbaka efter en hel dag ute, och det hade ju varit bra om det funnits plats för ett tvättställ på toaletten/duschrum och inte ute i hallen. Sängen var jätteskön och bred.

We arrived early and were kindly given our room ahead of time, which we appreciated. The room was generally clean, although there were around 5–10 fruit flies inside. The air conditioning worked well for both heating and cooling, and the sound insulation was good. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were disappointing, but the fresh fruit was excellent.

The floors were very dirty in the room. I had a shower and came out and walked around by the bed and the dust on the floor was unreal!!!! My feet were covered in dust! Had to go back into the shower to wash it off and used a towel to wipe the floor. The room looked clean but clearly the floors were missed

Great location not far from the airport, and close to the main bus and train terminal. Easy to walk to a large mall and lots of restaurants. Room was spotless. Breakfast was superior, with a few hot options and lots of fruit and bread choices. Checkin and checkout was fast.

This hotel was clean and well done. This trip took us to a few cities and this was our favorite hotel. The breakfast was also really good. The room is a little small but it worked. The area is not near downtown so it’s quiet. There are a few restaurants but not as much to see as downtown.

Amazing staff, only challenge is wifi, different wifi between room and breakfast, so you need to log in again. Also wifi to slow to stream. Very nice room. Great bed, linnen, pillows, blanket and ac. Great shower, towels are a 3/5. Breakfast was really good, amazing price/performance. Location is great for my work, but a bit off if you want to explore old city center.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ikonik! I booked it as an easily accessible option close the airport to stay the night before my flight, but I was really surprised by the quality of the rooms! Super comfy bed, extremely clean (and felt very new, not sure how old the hotel is), the staff were friendly and helpful, and the area was very pretty and quiet. I got a nice view of the water from my room. The only downside is that they do not have a restaurant inside the hotel, just a breakfast buffet, so you’ll have to rely on the food options in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

The key to our room didn't work. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working, we had 2 technicians come to the room on 2 separate occasions and couldn't fix it. The phones weren't working so we had to go to the lobby 3 times, first because we couldn't get in the room and 2 other times because of the air conditioning issue. There was a heat wave and it was uncomfortable in the room. When we asked for another room, thry said they were booked.

I had an issue where my ac was broken. Maintenance went there twice and confirmed the issue. However after that the reception tried to convince me that the ac could only go until 26 in summer. After that I asked another guest and their room was cold. Unfortunately I cannot recommend a place where the staff doesn’t recognize the issues. Even if there wasn’t a solution for this, they should have acknowledged instead of pretending that it was something normal. I see this as disrespectful and inconsiderate towards the money that we spend in this kinds of places. Will not stay there again.

not a good experience at ALL!!!! we arrived to the hotel a little past midnight for check in, we get checked in and go to our room exhausted, to find that someone else was already in the room they gave us.. how scary & unsafe… the staff then moved us next door to the “nicer hotel” (I’m guessing there were no rooms available at the first hotel). the staff were too nonchalant for my liking.. this is a HUGE safety concern, what if the people in the room attacked my friend & I? or what if the roles were reversed and my friend & I had random people with access to our room in the late hours of the night. to compensate we were offered free breakfast that was lackluster.. on the last day of our stay they tried to hand my friend a bill for breakfast that supposed to be our compensation!! on top of that they tried to charge us twice for the city tax that was already paid upon check in. staff was not friendly and I’m extremely disappointed in this “5 star hotel”.. that not to mention had a leak in the room as well.. would NOT recommend in the future

30 minutes to check in. I got to the front of the line and the desk person fled her desk to go help another. Then waited an additional 10 min to check in. No please, no thank you’s, no thank you for your wait. Astonished that the desk was not trained for the service industry. Pass on this place. And pick any other hotel in the area. This review was earned.

No check-out, estava sendo atendido e, do nada, o recepcionista me abandona para atender à outro hóspede, me deixando por mais de 15min esperando. Não volto mais ao hotel. A chegada e saída são muito importantes para mim. Ser bem acolhido faz toda a diferença, não estou fazendo favor nenhum a vocês, estou pagando pelo serviço. Há outras opções na cidade, se não sabem. Vou a Lisboa pelo menos 8x/ano.
