Nous avions réservé cette hôtel car il était annoncé qu'il y avait une navette vers l'aéroport. À notre arrivée, on nous mentionne qu'il aurait fallu la réserver à l'avance. De plus, cette navette n'est en fonction qu'à partir de 6h30 et une fois à l'heure. Dans notre cas, nous devions nous rendre à l'aéroport pour 5h30!. Fort heureusement qu'il y avait des taxis disponibles, mais cela augmente toutefois le prix du séjour.

Overall a decent hotel but definitely not 4 stars or above. Location is decent in terms of being close to the airport, staff was friendly. Hotel appears very run down, walls were scuffed and extremely dirty (blood or paint(?) on the wall by the elevator), carpets very worn, wallpaper peeling back, etc. Elevators were very slow and one was not operational. Room items themselves were clean (bedding, surfaces, etc) but in desperate need of a renovation and deep clean. Was fine for one night before my flight but if I had a longer stay I would have found a different hotel.

Excellent, friendly staff. Prompt and efficient service. They stored our luggage when we arrived at 10am, with no fee. And they provided a free shuttle to the airport, which was very welcome. The hotel is a very short walk to the subway line (Campo Grande station) which makes it quick and easy to reach the main downtown area. Highly recommended.

O quarto estava infestado de baratas. Reclamamos, mas não nos trocaram de quartos. Quando minha filha estava na banheira tomando banho, uma barata caiu do dentro dentro da banheira. A geladeira não estava funcionando e precisávamos dela para guardar placas de gelo para acondicionamento de um medicamento da minha filha. Não resolveram o problema da geladeira e usavamos a geladeira do setor do próprio hotel. Eles deram um protocolo de depósito. No dia de saímos do hotel, eles informaram que não estavam mais com as placas de gelo, estas que eram específicas para transporte de medicamento e com duração de 48 horas. Era algo específico e diferenciado. Sem as placas, ficamos sem ter como acondicionar o medicamento e ele estragou, afetando o tratamento hormonal da nossa filha. O funcionario paulo, o responsável por extraviar as placas, ainda bos acusou de sermos mentirosos, que as placas não eram de gelo e que não havia medicamento. Fomos constrangidos no saguão principal e nada foi feito pelo hotel. Negaram acesso ao livro vermelho para impedir o registro ao governo português. Depois de muita insistência recebemos o livro vermelho e a declaração que perderam as placas. A dose do remédio chegou quente e foi descartada. Ficamos entre 01/1 a 03/1. Tivemos autorizacao da tap e do aeroporto para transportar o medicamento e tudo foi afetado pela irresponsabilidade do radisson blu, que alega ter entregue nossas placas para outro hóspede. Até agora não tive um retorno formal do hotel.

Radisson isn’t like it used to be in the past. The room was clean nice size room. The hallway rugs were horrible. The restaurant downstairs, the bar the lobby excellent shape, but the rugs in the hallway need to go.

Perfect stay before our flight the following morning. We had a very large room with king size bed . There was a table with 2 comfortable chairs, kettle and choice of tea plus 2 complimentary bottles of water. The only suggestion I would make to the property is about the shower divider - it is exceptionally short, so water splashes all over the bathroom floor. I would suggest they install a shower curtain!

The best years of the hotel is more or less ok, The best years of the hotel are behind it and it needs renovation. It is more or less ok, but there were few issues that were bothersome.First of all elevators. There are three, but one was not working and two were very busy. Water leakage from air-conditioning and plenty of it on the floor ( in both rooms, situation reported to the reception desk, and it wasn't fixed) Broken fridge - means beverages in minibar usless and warm.

Sempre que visitamos Lisboa, ficamos no Radisson Blu. Os quartos são grandes, confortáveis e limpos, e a equipe é sempre atenciosa. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo. Há um estacionamento público em frente, fácil de usar e normalmente mais barato que o estacionamento do hotel. O café da manhã é excelente, mas caro. A localização é muito boa para quem está de carro: perto do aeroporto e com acesso rápido às autoestradas.

We arrived around 12 am, and so was a lot of other guests. But it took the receptionist approximately 10 minutes per guest to get them checked in. I were not in our room until 1am, and that is quite unacceptable. Especially when traveling with a 3 year old. Rooms were good. Restrooms in the common areas were old and none of the doors to the toilet booth's had a lock that worked. Breakfast area was good, and also the breakfast buffet. Overall a bit worn out on all parts. But an okay stay for a night. The check in time unfortunately pulled the rate down massively.

Chegamos no hotel para passar 1 noite e descansar, mas foi uma noite de caos, estava muito frio em Lisboa e o aquecedor do quarto sem pegar. Falamos na recepção e informaram que como já era tarde, não tinham manutenção. Ou seja, o cliente que se ferre e durma no frio. Não recomendo.

Staff were amazing, location perfect. We arrived when there was the electricity black-out that hit Portugal/Spain and even if our reservation was later in our trip they helped us incredibly with a printed maps and food/water for my kids. When we returned for our stay everything went flawlessly

Arriving at the hotel, the first thing we encountered was congestion at the entrance. There is little room to pull your car up but there is an adjacent public lot with EV charging station if you could find a spot. The lobby and public areas are nice and clean with marble throughout. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The bellman came out to our car in the adjacent lot to gather our belongings and showed us to our room on the 5th floor. The room was nice, clean, and spacious as well as the bathroom. The bathroom had everything necessary but the room only had 1 blanket and no extra pillows for 3 people in 3 separate beds. We called the front desk and everything was promptly taken care of. There was a mini bar in the room although no ice was available unless you went down to the lobby bar with your bucket. We had dinner in the restaurant which was good and also had the breakfast buffet the next morning. BTW, when you check in you will be asked if you would like to prepay for the buffet it was 16€ pp, otherwise it is 18€ pp at the door. Also, if you eat at the restaurant and you want to charge it to your room, you have to set up a credit line in advance when you check in. The hotel has an underground lot for 16€ per day, otherwise there are a couple public lots free from 7pm-9am The hotel was easy to get to and in a good location near major roads and mass transit. There is a large park and college campus nearby so you’ll see many students walking around and at the cafes.

It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent, but was NOT free! The property is near the airport, which was handy. However, the city center, where the most activity is in Lisbon, is not within walking distance. There are few restaurants near here

Walking distance to Campo Grande and Alvalade stadium if you are interested in a game/tour, close to Metro, airport, and highway. Free parking outside on the weekends. Great food options nearby- Chinese next door, Kebabs around the corner, groceries a few blocks away. Rooms were comfortable. Elevators a bit slow, one of 3 was out of order.

The hotel is quite old and run down. One of the lifts were broken and we were always queuing for the lifts. We were given a room that smelled really badly. The toilet literally smelt like sewage. The staff were friendly and great to their credit. Our room was changed straight away. The room we had was ok but very cramped. The toilet was so close to the bathtub it was a tight squeeze every time you used it. The room was clean enough but there was definitely room for improvement. The sink for example was stained and you could see dirt built up on the taps. There was a buffet on the Friday evening for dinner. The food was all cold. The staff again were very friendly and food was constantly being brought out but nothing was very hot. Breakfast the next day was also a buffet and again the food was very cold. For the size of the hotel the buffet choices were quite limited. Maybe most people don’t eat there because the food is cold! The location was good. Near the airport. Easy to get Ubers. Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay. Raddison usually has a great reputation, which is why we chose it. We won’t be staying there again and would think twice about staying at other hotels they own too.
