Pool could be cleaner, but the

Very well situated to access various areas of Nashville. Rooms are modern , clean, and spacious. The pool area is comfortable, welcoming. The fitness area also was well designed and maintained.

Like the property. Only thing is the parking garage where you are to park is only 6 feet high. My SUV did not fit, had to park on the street.

Motif hotel does not care that Metropolis , the company they contracted to manage their parking garage, is scamming their customers! BEWARE! Avoid this hotel.m and Metropolis. I was told to scan the QR code to pay the daily parking fee of $26.99. I did so, and the next day, I was issued a parking ticket. I paid $50.25 to get on my way to the airport . I called Motif and spoke to the manager and was told , “ We don’t handle the parking.” I then proceeded to make three phone calls and spend time repeating my case to three different agents, over 1.5 hours. I finally was told that I will obtain my refund . I will make sure metropolis parking is not being used before I ever book another motel . Total waste of time .

We got a great deal on a standard suite. It was clean and well-appointed, similar to an AirBnB rental-type accommodation. Parking garage was tight, and explanation/signage for departing guests wasn’t optimal. But that’s one locked down garage. The location is great, the neighborhood was quiet.

Had a really nice stay! The only thing to note was the pool is quite shallow, it was nice for lounging though.

Love the area and the hotel…I always stay there….disappointed the car valet is no longer available though

Hotel room was great. Parking garage not so much. When we got back from a concert we found that there were zero parking spots left in the garage. They advise to pay for parking as soon as you get in, but then when you come back for the night there are no spots left? Additionally once you get to the very bottom looking for a spot, there is no easy way to turn around!

After a trip down to the parking garage, my keys both stopped working and I was locked out of my room with my three year old child inside. I ran to the lobby for a new key and was treated like a nuisance by the woman at the desk, who made a point of telling me to calm down while she attended to less urgent things, with no other guests at the desk. I have traveled extensively with my daughter and staff have always gone out of their way to make us comfortable. This hotel‘s keys malfunctioned and staff were unhelpful and hostile to a panicked mom. I would not recommend to parents or anyone Some cleanliness issues with the suite as well, the bed was fine but the sofa bed had visible crumbs from the last guest when we arrived

Spotless room. Spacious & comfy. Outdoor pool area was nice & clean. Staff were helpful & friendly. Would stay here again.

Room was nice and big however a few of the towels had hair on them and the shower and toilet also had long hair on it. I wiped it down myself. Bedding was clean.

Floors were not clean when we arrived. Television did not work and doors were all out of plumb and would not close and stay closed or stay opened. The rooms are not insulated well and the noise from other rooms around you was very loud. We tried to communicate these concerns to the front desk during daytime hours and were met with less than enthusiasm. Will not stay again. Better places for these prices in Nashville.

Our room was pretty decent except for the nasty floors. That threw the vibe off.

This was perfect for a five night stay. Full kitchen washer and dryer in unit. Felt like a studio apartment!

so convenient to attractions, restaurants...we walled the one mile to south Broadway (tourist mecca!)...other downtown and near downtown attractions are an inexpensive cab/ride share away. very "roomy' rooms. our 2 bedroom featured 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and large living room area. All 3 of us said 'this will be our go-to in Nashville, we will definetly stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room.

We visited Nashville mostly to go to the Coldplay concert at Nissan Stadium. The Motif Hotel was a perfect location from that area. It is close to resteraunts and shops. The room was a two bedroom two bathroom and it was fabulous!! The bedrooms are spacious, extremely comfortable beds! Made it hard to wake up in the mornings! The bathrooms were beautiful and big! The kitchen was perfect. We only made breakfast here. There were 3 Tvs in the whole room! Thank goodness for the washer and dryers! The parking was a little expensive but worth it!! The parking garage is gated. The staff was very nice and very informative! Great place to stay!! We will be back!!

Thought it was ok for a budget friendly place. Didn’t love the fact that none of the bedrooms have windows

I loved having a full studio apartment as my queen room. Bed was comfy and the bathroom was roomy. The shower stall was tight so as a tall person, i had to move about to hit all the areas. Full stove and fridge and couch area was a nice and convenient touch especially for longer stays. The noise between rooms was very noticeable. I heard the upstairs people talking and walking at all hours. Nice pool area on the 4th floor. Cool neighborhood, very friendly staff, nice size room for business and travel

We booked same day ( around 9 AM and checked in at 4 PM). 1 bedroom on the 7th floor. View was nice. Simple design, clean, and everything was as described. Parking was 27 per night and easy. The water pressure was awful. The water pressure was our only complaint. A few things need to be fixed in and around the hotel ( the door to housekeeping storage was badly damaged for example). The staff were fantastic and the other guests were nice, quiet , and family friendly. Several guests had well behaved dogs. It would have been damn near perfect if that water pressure was good. To give you an idea of how bad the water pressure was; The jets of the shower didn't come out but for about 9 inches before the water just arched down towards the shower floor. It couldn't spray the back wall of the shower or even reach the center drain. Pretty bad water pressure, right? Otherwise, like I said...I liked it over all and would definitely stay again considering all the other good qualities and by comparison to many of the other places in that area of Nashville ( downtown/music row/ Vanderbilt health access), it was safe, nice, clean, affordable, and comfortable.

Pros: clean. Safe neighborhood away from the noise. Good shower head pressure. Cons: beds are very firm. Poor internet connectivity. Makes it very challenging when visiting a city where internet is needed.

Great building — super modern. Quite a bit farther from the main Nashville Broadway area than indicated when I booked. Love the feel of this hotel but our room's layout was terrible, bedroom was a dark tomb with zero light. NO view and funky layout. That said, we spent very very little time in our room because of that. Also absolutely freezing and hard to turn up AC. Staff super nice and area around this hotel is starting to be built-up.

Rooms are generously sized and well appointed with modern amenities. Would stay here again.

Loved this hotel. We had a rough first night because of the front desk staff ( VICTORIA) smh. She was terrible and super rude. After speaking to the supervisor the next morning everything went much better. Marquis was so cool and nice and Saleema was the best! She showed us where to go for fun and gave us plenty of ideas to make the best of our weekend. She was so sweet. I would definitely stay there again as long as Victoria isn’t working.

Would give this place a 5 star for sure!! Excellent rooms, very very fast and friendly service. Lobby was welcoming and smelled amazing. Jordan was our favourite! Will book again some day!

Loved our stay … it was very clean , quiet and staff was so nice .. We walked to broadway everyday and it wasn’t too far .

I had a wonderful stay at Motif! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and my room was spotless and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. The bed was super cozy, and we slept better than we have in a long time thanks to the no windows and darkness. The hotel itself was quiet, beautifully maintained, and in a great location close to restaurants and shops. The amenities really stood out, fast Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and a pool that, while on the shallow side, was still very relaxing to lounge by and unwind. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I truly felt taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Motif to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

The guy at front desk was rude, when we got there, my bf ask if the coffee was free and his response was sure, we did not feel very welcome at all..

Everyone was so helpful. From beginning to end our stay was excellent. (My only concern was that we could not see the tv from our bed). I will find a room with tv in view of bed next time we stay at Motif. We have referred your hotel to other friends who need to go th Vanderbilt and stay overnight. The valet staff was absolutely fantastic. So helpful with everything. Darwin gets a special thank you. He took care of us like we were his grandparents. We so appreciated his kindness and assistance. So hats off to him!!

We were thrilled to find out that we were getting a free upgrade to a 3 bedroom which gave our kids their own rooms. The suite was spotless. I’ve never experienced a cleaner more orderly space. We loved that they had pints of Jenni’s ice cream for sale in the lobby icebox. Parking was easy and affordable. Our room cost was a great bargain for Nashville. Motif is located in a quiet area. A very quick Uber ride to downtown. We are in Nashville a couple of weekends per month, so we have stayed at many hotels and this is one we come back to time and again.

Great stay at the Motif. Everything was perfect besides the pool area is small and it is about a 30 minute walk to Broadway. Lots of amenities close by though.

Everything was PERFECT. No complaints on anything. The only thing is that the location is a bit far from Broadway, but when ordering Lyft/Uber we ordered from near streets when central and it was very cheap between 5-15 depends on the hour. The room was a mini apartment, the size was perfect! We loved it. We took the Standard suite, 1 bedroom The design is beautiful, and there’s coffee machine in the room and also in the lobby for free. The staff were lovely and very helpful! Can’t recommend enough!

Motif was a new hotel for us in Nashville, as we usually stay in another part of town. We liked the location- for a couple who had lived in Nashville for many years, we were able to explore a whole new side of town. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to Bobby's Idle Hour, one of the city's true classic bars, and food/breakfast is easily accessible by foot. The hotel was not luxury, at least for us as we booked a studio room. I found the room to be a bit hot, but the temps outside had reached over 100 degrees so this may not be the norm when the weather is normal. In-room kitchen was great and clean, ice machine in the refrigerator worked- and unlike many hotels the public one on the floor also did not run out of ice! We booked primarily for the pool, but it was so busy we didn't take much advantage of it- however, the max depth is 3 1/2', and it is primarily a 6" wading pool. Parking was interesting- an additional charge and a tight squeeze under the hotel- but it worked out fine and we were glad to have the car out of the hot sun. Front desk was consistently friendly and housekeeping staff was as well. We will stay again, I really enjoyed the trip.

Stayed here twice. The hotel is clean, and in a quiet location. The rooms are nice, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is not very helpful or accommodating. There are no food options at the hotel.

Great part of town! Locals and historic area. Walkable to a couple of restaurants/bars, grocery and trolley stop. Near Vanderbilt University and Belmont Mansion. Be aware because it’s a city you must pay to park everywhere. I highly suggest taking rideshare to/from airport. You can park at hotel for a daily fee.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay at Motif! I recently stayed at Motif and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to Broadway and all the action, but still peaceful and quiet when it was time to relax. The space was modern, clean, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I especially appreciated the little details like complimentary coffee, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi.

Only downfall is no restaurant on site. So you have to walk to places.

It is beautiful hotel, but I was a little disappointed with the amenities, went downstairs the first morning to get some coffee and there was no cream pretty much no cream all day. Also the parking garage is very confusing and very poorly signed. We got lost a few times. The rooms are beautiful, but I had to lean the bathroom before using it ! That shouldn’t happen with such a new hotel. Also I never saw any housekeeping I wasn’t made aware of any housekeeping to call for any issues.

The hotel was beautiful and we appreciated the amenities it offered, including how close it was to Broadway with only a short Uber ride. The coffee barista who works in the main lobby makes amazing lattes (additional cost) that we did not mind treating ourselves to, as a sweet little extra. The staff were friendly and responsive. The pool area is amazing and we spent many hours a day here, lounging! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel as an affordable and comfortable option when visiting Nashville.

It was a lovely surprise! Feels like a boutique hotel. We love the cleanliness of the area and easy access to downtown, if it wasn’t so hot we could have walk more often. We walked downtown once, but probably nighttime coming back, uphill would have been a more challenging walk. The public bus from airport BNA to downtown #18 then transfer to #7 with a 7 min walk to hotel wasn’t bad at all, otherwise uber $45 would do. Plenty of restaurants around nicer than all honky tonks downtown. Live Music is everywhere! Location of hotel was great! Front desk staff China and Joshua were very polite and quick to respond to suggestions and concerns. They were awesome guiding us through the area. Housekeeping staff was not as attentive, we ran out of body wash brought it up right away, but during scheduled cleaning after 3 days, just left a stack towels and toilet paper on counter, and did not check levels of shampoo and conditioner. We had to call again! Floor wasn’t swept and living room not vacuumed. We had to specifically request at front desk for those issues to be addressed, and food garbage disposed of. Machine wash and dryer a big plus, we stayed 6 nights (extended) and they have detergent for sale and a few food items at lobby. Daily fresh coffee downstairs a great plus. A couple of coffee houses within minutes, breakfast place a very descent bagel place very close by. Do not order pizza from Little Chigago, it was frozen dominos not worth it. There’s no delis around.we’ll be back
