Nice Hotel, nice breakfast. You can walk to keukenhof gardens in about 15min. The staff is very friendly, the room is small but have all you need. Only downfall... no lift. You need to climb the stairs.

Location to town is excellent. This is a no frills hotel with small rooms and no real extra amenities. No elevators and steep stairs. Parking is outside and first come first serve. For the price, we would not return.

Das Hotel war für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Wollten zum Meer, aber die Hotels dort waren zum Teil doppelt so teuer. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, nur das Bad war super klein. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum bewegen. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir gegenüber bekommen. Ohne Frühstück gebucht, es gab aber einen Wasserkocher, Instant Kaffee und Tee. Immerhin. Prima war die Online Check in Funktion, haben die Daten für die Türöffnung per Mail bekommen. Super praktisch

Super süßes Hotel, sehr zentral, alles (Restaurants, Fußgängerzone, Lebensmittelmärkte, Kirche,…) fußläufig & innerhalb von 1-10 Minuten zu erreichen! Das Boxspringbett ist der Hammer, höher als regulär & super bequem! Der Check-In außerhalb der regulär besetzten Rezeptionszeiten war total einfach & problemlos! Gerne wieder!! Auch nach Noordwijk, Zandvoort & Co ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Steile Treppen (normal in Holland) & kein Aufzug, das sollten ältere Menschen vielleicht beachten. Ansonsten wirklich alles super!!

Der Check In und Check out war sehr unproblematisch und schnell. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Das Familienapartment war sehr schön und geräumig für uns 2, leider sind wir davon ausgegangen, dass es Pfannen, Töpfe oder Ähnliches in der eigenen Küche gibt, wie bei der Zimmerausstattung steht. Leider gab es nur Teller, Gläser und Besteck und die Pfanne kann man sich auf Nachfrage für 10€ an der Rezeption ausleihen. Wir haben uns dann eine eigene Pfanne, Spüli, Schwamm und Handtuch besorgt. Trotzdem war die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung mit Kaffee und Tee sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir würden wieder kommen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren immer sehr freundlich und es hat im gesamten Hotel immer sehr gut gerochen!

Room was small but very clean. Would be nice to have a fridge and safe box. It was very noisy as people walked up and down the stairs and it actually vibrated the bed. Sounded like elephants. We told the front desk. Poor planning of stairs. No elevator so if you can’t manage stairs with suitcases don’t come here. Lots of restauarants and shops in area.

The property was ok for a single night stay. We could not find any parking arriving around 11:30 PM. After parking nearby, it was a bit of a schlep to haul suitcases up a floor through a narrow stairwell only to find more stairs inside the unit. It was a relatively warm day unfortunately and as a result, the apartment was very warm. The only way to cool it was to leave the windows open. There were no fans in the room. As a result, it was closer to 1 AM before we could sleep. I did not realize our apartment was adjacent to the bar, and we checked in on a Friday night. As a result it was noisy through 4 AM. The smooth self check in and the coffee maker were a plus. The hotel also supplied extra pillows per our request. All considered, I will not return to this hotel knowing what I do now about its location and amenities.

Clean and comfortable accomodation with friendly staff, lovely lounge, centrally situated in Lisse and only 15 minutes walk from Keukenhof gardens. Bedrooms quite small but clean, beds comfortable and good bathrooms. They supplied a virtual assistant on whatsapp which was really helpful to find out the hotel facilities and attractions in the surrounding area. Overall very good.

We were disappointed in that the photo we saw (and based our decision on staying) indicated more space in the room.In fact, the room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed. The cost for the room was triple what I would expect for a room of that size. Plus the headboard was covered with dust. The staff offered no help.

Prima hotel middenin Lisse. Je loopt zo naar 1 van de vele terrasjes. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Bedden waren goed. Dekbed synthetisch waardoor het erg warm was, de verwarming bleek ok hoog aan te staan. Lekkere douchegel en zeep in grote flessen. Duurde even voordat we door hadden dat het kamerpasje in de houder bij de deur moest, zodat we stroom hadden. Waterkoker en koffie thee aanwezig. Supermarkt om de hoek. Gratis parkeren.

Visiting Lisse in the tourist season to see the tulips. The hotel room was in a basement without daylight. The hotel toilets were just outside our room. The room interior was unfinished and closets not cleaned. Breakfast is limited. Staff was not helpful in finding an alternative room or accommodating other requests. I would recommend another hotel.

Nice entrance and lobby and friendly staff. Entrance way has to many steps and not easy to get in with suitcases. Rooms are clean but not very big. We were there on a very hot day and room was stuffy and no air conditioning.

Close enough to walk to Keukenhof Gardens was the reason we chose this place. We stayed in a duplex room since it had a washer and we thought we could use it after 2 weeks in Scotland before coming to see Keukenhof Gardens. (Beautiful!) Spiral staircase going up to room. Once in the room there was a very steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. Not easy with heavy luggage. The rooms were good sized but the extra staircase to the bedroom/bath was inconvenient. Breakfast was nothing special at all and I would not pay extra for it. Overall a basic hotel in a charming area of Lisse. Beware you must get a digital key if you are checking in after 5 pm or you will not be able to even get in the front door. We did this, but luckily someone was still at the desk when we arrived at 5:30. The front door digital key worked but our room key did not! The desk person gave us an actual key for us to use. Don't know what we would have done if she hadn't still been at the desk! The plus is that there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance, the gardens were a 15 minute walk and parking was free!

nettes Personal, kleines aber feines Zimmer. Sehr hellhörig- Mann hat den Küchenumbau vom Nachbarn noch bis Nachts gehört. Kopfkissen ungemütlich, mein Nacken tut nun weh.

This hotel offers straightforward comfortable accommodations at a good price. It is vry quiet and close to the gardens. The attached (but separate) restaurant is delightful. The limitations of the front were a problem for us, as we were arriving after 6pm. We eventually sorted out our stay, but it was not straightforward.

The hotel is very near the town centre and walking distance from Keukenhof. It is clean and quiet. My triple bedroom was a bit small and quite basic e.g. only one chair, no telephone... There is no one on Reception early morning or after 5pm and getting the digital pass key involved exchanging several emails and then did not work for me. The 2nd day I did not see an email, because I was out, asking me to register again! I phoned the Emergency no. in the evening as the card did not open my bedroom door and a very helpful night receptionist opened my door remotely. He re-sent me the pass by email and after that it all worked OK.
The hotel is very near the town centre and walking distance from Keukenhof. It is clean and quiet. My triple bedroom was a bit small and quite basic e.g. only one chair, no telephone... There is no one on Reception early morning or after 5pm and getting the digital pass key involved exchanging several emails and then did not work for me. The 2nd day I did not see an email, because I was out, asking me to register again! I phoned the Emergency no. in the evening as the card did not open my bedroom door and a very helpful night receptionist opened my door remotely. He re-sent me the pass by email and after that it all worked OK.

Natasha was very helpful in explaining everything having just arrived from airport. She also sorted out the hire bike. Guest area with coffee nice amenity. Overall helpful and friendly staff. Hotel right next to shops and cafes. Very happy with my stay

The reception center staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me get to the hospital after I fell and broke my arm. They helped me secure my transportation and helped me with my iphone recharging.

Unfortunately they are only manned from 9am-5:00pm and so that means if anything goes wrong or you need help. There is no one there or even anyone to answer the phone. Our shower flooded our room within the first 20 mins of arriving and no one could help to get us more towels or take care of the mess. Our room was also in the basement which was very unexpected due to the pictures listed. We ended up leaving since we couldn’t get a hold of anyone or even walk around in our room with all the water everywhere. We also ran into some other guests who tried to check into their room and other guests were in it… safe to say, we will not be back

Overall the experience was fantastic and because we arrived early they up graded us from a twin room to a room with a double and a single! The reciptionist was very lovely and helpful when we arrived and the decor down in the lobby was lovely.

Nice Hotel, nice breakfast. You can walk to keukenhof gardens in about 15min. The staff is very friendly, the room is small but have all you need. Only downfall... no lift. You need to climb the stairs.

Stayed for a week, location was spot on! 10 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you. Straight to the train. Food options in the area were scrumptious. Would love to come back in the spring when the tulips are in bloom.

The property was ok for a single night stay. We could not find any parking arriving around 11:30 PM. After parking nearby, it was a bit of a schlep to haul suitcases up a floor through a narrow stairwell only to find more stairs inside the unit. It was a relatively warm day unfortunately and as a result, the apartment was very warm. The only way to cool it was to leave the windows open. There were no fans in the room. As a result, it was closer to 1 AM before we could sleep. I did not realize our apartment was adjacent to the bar, and we checked in on a Friday night. As a result it was noisy through 4 AM. The smooth self check in and the coffee maker were a plus. The hotel also supplied extra pillows per our request. All considered, I will not return to this hotel knowing what I do now about its location and amenities.

Prima hotel middenin Lisse. Je loopt zo naar 1 van de vele terrasjes. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Bedden waren goed. Dekbed synthetisch waardoor het erg warm was, de verwarming bleek ok hoog aan te staan. Lekkere douchegel en zeep in grote flessen. Close enough to walk to Keukenhof Gardens was the reason we chose this place. We stayed in a duplex room since it had a washer and we thought we could use it after 2 weeks in Scotland before coming to see Keukenhof Gardens. (Beautiful!) Spiral staircase going up to room. Once in the room there was a very steep staircase to the bedroom and bathroom. Not easy with heavy luggage. The rooms were good sized but the extra staircase to the bedroom/bath was inconvenient. Breakfast was nothing special at all and I would not pay extra for it. Overall a basic hotel in a charming area of Lisse. Beware you must get a digital key if you are checking in after 5 pm or you will not be able to even get in the front door. We did this, but luckily someone was still at the desk when we arrived at 5:30. The front door digital key worked but our room key did not! The desk person gave us an actual key for us to use. Don't know what we would have done if she hadn't still been at the desk! The plus is that there were several good restaurants within easy walking distance, the gardens were a 15 minute walk and parking was free!

Visiting Lisse in the tourist season to see the tulips. The hotel room was in a basement without daylight. The hotel toilets were just outside our room. The room interior was unfinished and closets not cleaned. Breakfast is limited. Staff was not helpful in finding an alternative room or accommodating other requests. I would recommend another hotel.

Room on top floor comfortable, warm, elegant design, great shower, couldn't be better. Downside - no lift. Walked to Keukenhof Gdns. Easy flat walk didn't take long, about 10-15mins. Reception staff lovely 🌹 Bikes to hire by hotel entrance, good choice of eating places nearby.

The absence of a live person at the hotel after 5:00 PM. and before about 8:00 AM is a major inconvenience. The breakfast was okay but not great. Cold scrambled eggs probably from a package and undercooked bacon. Tiny pancakes also from a package and cold. The lower common area was dark and the coffee area was dirty and the cups were not available sometimes. I don’t recommend this hotel.
