Good location and the rooms looked clean. Felt like everything was mainly self service. Many things felt a little unclear / communication could have been more clear. We got a brown stained bath towel and the roof top bar staff were unfortunately more interested in laughing with each other than serving.

Breakfast was great, staff were lovely to stay with, the restaurant served peppermints (which we loved) , overall, it was pretty good. However, there are some downsides during our stay: Such as the fridge which was not cold at all so don’t buy milk or ham for next day supplies . There were no free bottles of water in room. As well as this, the water sold at the lobby/reception was a bit overpriced (the price being around 5 euros each) and the WiFi is a bit laggy when the three of us were using it . hotel is good and breakfast was delicious 😋 . Leonardo Hotel, thank you for having us and we will definitely come back.😄😄😄

In my opinion, the hotel aspires to be better than it currently is. This is not necessarily a bad thing. However, they give the impression of a premium standard but fail to deliver. For example, they did not clean my room when asked, the front desk did not answer the phone several times during our stay, and the power was off in our room at one point, but it was resolved shortly after.

Very nice hotel, close to a beautiful park. Walking distance to everything. The rooftop bar was also nice, and the self service kiosk was very helpful. We also booked a shuttle to the airport directly from the hotel, which made our trip home a bit easier.
