This was one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If you are going a sporting event you can walk across the street to the stadium. There is a train entrance close by and there are ride shares available. The staff are kind and efficient

This property looks great but it's all style and no substance. The climate control in the rooms is substandard with the rooms never cooling off. Our shower poured water onto the bathroom floor and the fancy water temperature gauge did not regulate the temperature correctly and went back and forth from hot to cold. Wifi was spotty. The little iPad control was a great idea but was cumbersome and clunky in operation. Housekeeping was inconsistent. They would bring only towels for one when we were two guests. Left soaking wet towels on the floor ( from the leaky shower). Location is good for a concert but beyond that its really not that close to things you'll want to experience.

I don’t even know where to begin…the front staff was useless-had me check in on an iPad while two just stood there on their phones; on the last page there was an error so they checked me in, pretty laughable. The hotel advertised air conditioning-the rooms were like saunas, absolutely miserable. We had to beg for fans which just circulated the hot air around. My room was filthy-sinks and tub had not been cleaned, brown stains on wall near toilet. A creepy bug crawled out of the sink, which both would not even drain. Called the front desk three times, they did nothing to remedy the situation. The front staff were rude and not helpful whatsoever-I will NEVER stay here again, nor would I recommend it…
