Clean, good staff, safe, near shopping and restaurants galore, close to transportation. No bar, never made it to breakfast but it didn’t seem they were really promoting it either. It was fine but not overly comfortable as it lacked real social areas to relax in outside of your room.

Friendly staff. We arrived prior to check in and they were willing to hold our bags, but found out our room was ready and we could bring them up. We stayed in the wellness room and the tub, shower, and sauna worked and clean directions were provided. We had a great stay.

Really disappointed that a hotel of this standing had a bar that ONLY Opened on a FRIDAY night from 5-11pm. We were staying with 3 families in this hotel- it’s so nice to meet up for a drink and chat in the lounge before or after a meal. We were not going to use the self service machine on second floor for socialising.

Room was ok only certain plugs worked in our room rang up about this girl on reception desk told us to give her 5 mins and she’ll ring back she never did ,staff aren’t the friendliest the man who deals with the luggage was very rude to me and my partner due to cancellation on our flight we had to rebook again and the girl on the reception desk didn’t care just told us a price put us in a room with single beds room didn’t look clean either smoke buds on the floor and wallpaper all the wall starting to rip very disappointing experience again use to love this hotel but now I just feel like it’s gone down hill

We stayed 4 nights for our 1st visit of Amsterdam. We love this hotel. The room is very clean, big enough with everything you need. Location is very good and safe. Very calm in the room. Crews are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Horrible. I slept on the bed and when I woke up I realized the sheets were dirty and had blood on them right where my face was. I complained and asked them to change the sheets. When I got back to my room later that night I went to get in bed and someone had made my bed and the sheets still had blood on them. No one had changed the sheets , they just made the bed and left the same bloody sheet on!!

Everything was perfect: kind and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Rooms was quite big (compared to what you would typically get in Amsterdam!) and very clean. One thing that wasn't perfect, but surely tolerable: the bathroom didn't have a light switch, it was managed by a sensor, plus it had a frosted glass door, so it means that if you go to the bathroom at night you will have a lot of light in the bedroom for a loooong time after.

Second time i have stayed at this hotel. Its just off the main street and easy walking to the dam and the main area of Amsterdam short walk from central train station.Good value for money. Checkin was good. We had a newly renovaated room which was nice. However walls are very thin. Lighting was dull could be a bit better and would like to see more usb ports especially near the bed. Love the no shower screen door makes getting in and out of tge shower easy. Not alot of bench space in bathroom. Staff were all friendly . We had breakfast included which was convient. It had enough choices of hot and cold to suit everyones taste. I also like they allowed you to take your coffee back to your room. Would definatley recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever in Amsterdam again. Only thing didnt like was having to walk through guest smoking right at the front doors.

Good hotel in convenient location, close to Centraal Station, numerous restaurants, etc. Buffet breakfast was great. Rooms are a decent size for Amsterdam but the bathroom in our room only had a sliding glass door, so not much privacy. Wifi in room was not great at times.

Pros: Excellent central location; Great breakfasts; Friendly/helpful staff; Clean rooms / Comfortable beds. Cons: Our ground-level suite's sink didn't drain properly, and the shower's water always flooded into the bedroom area. The room was so dimly lit that it was difficult to complete any daily tasks.

It is a really nice hotel that's perfectly located in the city centre. Very clean and modern. However, the door to the bathroom is made of glass with a big hole in it. This means that there is absolutely NO privacy when you are in the bathroom. You can hear EVERYTHING which is very inconvenient. We would therefore never stay there again.

Ridiculous price for a teeny tiny room you had to go up 2 separate elevators and walk down several corridors to get to. Water didn’t go down in the shower. Was extremely hot and air conditioner hardly worked. Would never stay there again.

Undercharged for city tax then staff tried to tell me I didn’t pay for room decorations when I did then tried to tell my I paid too little city tax when it wasn’t my fault that staff aren’t trained properly having to pay more money when checking out staff was very rude one particular girl jumped into my conversation when I was dealing with the boy at the checkout desk she just came across very passive aggressive and was basically saying it’s not there fault and that I’ve to pay I’ve no problem paying what I was supposed to be charged as long as the staff worent rude which they wore to top of my stay in this hotel room was dirty on arrive dispute me paying for decorations in the room me and my boyfriend had to clean the room are selfs as it wasn’t done properly very disappointed as I always stay in this hotel this is my 3rd time staying here and I don’t think I’ll be back

アムステルダム中央駅から歩いて5分。トラムでも１駅（Nieuwezijds Kolk）で、どこに行くにも本当に便利！警察署も向かいにあり、治安の心配をする事はなかった。すぐお湯が沸くポットがあり。歯磨きセットとティッシュがなかった。バスタブなし。シャワーは固定。ベッドは外国の方には狭いかも？と思ったが、寝心地は良い。ただ、窓が薄いのか、前の道が飲食店が多いからか、アムステルダム生誕750年でお祭り騒ぎだったからか、夜も騒がしかった。耳栓をして寝たら問題なかったから、耳栓は持って行った方がいい。朝食はおいしい！トータル的には満足です。

This is a great property and the only reason it isn’t excellent in this rating is that my room faced the area outside the front doors and a few nights it was quite loud into the early morning hours. A bit more sound proofing the windows would help make it a perfect hotel!

I like everything about this property. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the sights I wanted to see were within walking distance with many, delicious restaurants nearby. I’ve been to Amsterdam six times and each time I visited, I made it a point to stay at this hotel. Never disappointed. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and will be staying there the next time I visit Amsterdam.

This hotel was perfectly adequate - clean and comfortable rooms, nice size and a good location. Nothing was spectacular such as the Amrath where we stayed earlier in our trip or the Barbizon where we stayed our prior trip, but in fairness these were more expensive properties. The breakfast was the one disappointment. Definitely mediocre in quality compared to other Dutch hotels. Shower is a bit problematical since there is no divider between the shower and the toilet, so the floor tends to get wet. But at a discounted price, the hotel is a good value.

Room was pretty much as small as it could be with a sliding glass “shower “door for the bathroom The staff was very responsive when we requested a fourth pillow, although it was odd to only supply three. The breakfast was awful. We’ve had better free breakfast at much less expensive hotels than what you get for 20 euros here. Save your money and go out for breakfast

Another great stay at this city centre hotel. Great location, handy for the station, sightseeing and shops, but in a quiet small square. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The buffet breakfast had everything you’d expect.
