Room was clean, they had a place to buy snacks and heat up food , breakfast buffet was good. Lots of options for a Japanese breakfast. I didn’t use the pool or bath because I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen . You can get a tattoo patch. The staff is ok they seems like they don’t want to be bothered . Overall stay was good but keep in like one bloom away there are A LOT of gentlemen type clubs places so it’s creepy to walk at night. Use the shuttles for airport and popular areas

The room & facilities were fine. The check in was fully automated and thus easy to use. I would have appreciated a greeting from the staff in the reception. It’s first time in Japan that I have never been greeted at the reception of a hotel. Very un Japanese!
