Stayed 2 nights

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it was a clean property. The only downfall… it said breakfast was included. Breakfast was a basket of granola bars and a handful of pop tarts. Not what was expected.

Stayed 3 nights

The photo of the room was a correct representation of the room. The room was newly renovated and very nice. The outside was also accurate, a motel with outside room access in an old looking , more run down motel. The real problem was the bar that shared the same parking lot and that it seemed like some of the rooms may be welfare hotel rooms. The front parking lot had an extremely strong odor of Marijuana and patrons were hanging out in the lot. My room was around back and that lot was fairly desolate but men were sitting in the stairway right next to my room and outside of the upper level rooms. There was a semi truck parked in the lot and at least 3 times during the night from midnight to 7 AM trucks were backing up, with the loud beeping and driving through the back parking lot where there was no reason to come through. It gave the impression that some of the rooms were either welfare rooms or being used for drugs/prostitution. That was my personal impression and I did not feel safe as a solitary female staying there. The motel description said family stays, I only stayed one night of a three night stay and was gratefully reimbursed for one night after multiple attempts to be let out of the reservation. I appreciate that the motel owners are actually making renovations and those are done nicely and cleanly but the bottom line is I did not feel safe and I was concerned about my vehicle as well. Breakfast is a granola bar, no milk for the coffee and tea .
