Lovely hotel located in Seminyak. I stayed with my 2 children aged 20 and 18, and we had a great time at W. The hotel is on the beach, but you can’t swim in the sea along this coast line as the waves are too strong. We were upgraded to a sea view room due to my Marriott Bonvoy membership, a really nice touch. Has a great pool, with bean bags to relax in the pool. We had a few issues with breakfast, everything was resolved and the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. All the staff are amazing at the hotel, we were well looked after. Highly recommend the sea view room, we had one on the 5th floor, great views and you can hear the waves from the room. They have golf buggies to drive you to the main road from reception, another nice touch.

Seafood for my partner way below par. Prawns waterlogged. Just like mush. Brunch was not for us. Other than that, a great stay overall. Is it worth over a $1000 per night? Hmmm. Debatable. Charge for 1 large for still water at pool over $15 aud. Way overpriced. But great experience overall.

A simply outstanding stay at a great resort. Our villa was an escape from the world with everything we needed just a phone call away. Great staff, facilities and seafood! Away Spa was a highlight, and the hustle, bustle and shopping of Seminyak was a short buggy ride to the entrance. Highly recommended.

The entrance to the hotel is very impressive. The room was really good spacious and comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that in the description it said beautiful garden experience or room on the 3rd floor looked straight onto the ugly roof of the gym. I think if the roof had fake grass and some plants it would have been ok. I asked to be moved to a ground floor room that opened into the garden. This wasn’t possible until the 3rd day but this was very nice. The hotel communal space s were very trendy and nice. The pool was quite dirty and the areas that had white tiles were green with algae. I was surprised at the number of children in the hotel and the lack of an adults only pool. I am afraid the screaming and yelling detracted from our enjoyment. I thought the brand was more adult orientated.

Room is extremely spacious with two queen sized beds for myself and my two children. Bose speakers, excellent rain shower. Grounds are immaculate and the jewel of the crown is the pool area which just invites you to relax with the cosy palm trees providing great shade. Service is top notch from when you arrive, can't fault. Buffet breakfast is also excellent with many options you can order from the menu also. Well done W!

Stayed 10 nights in the W, was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful with great facilities and rooms but it’s the staff that truly make the experience. From moment I arrived I was made to feel welcomed and cared for, a approach that never changed for the whole ten nights. Hotel lived up to and beyond expectations of a five star hotel. Second visit. Unlike last time, the staff who assisted us with check-in — especially the male staff — were much more friendly and helpful. However, when we were leaving after check-out, the experience was the opposite. Even though we had three pieces of luggage, no one offered to help move any of them, so I had to carry them myself. I am also unsure what the female staff in front of the lobby were doing, other than opening the taxi door. As for the room, I brought my own shower filter and had to replace it three times during the stay.

Customer service was above and beyond expectations. We stayed in an ocean view room for 3 nights which was beautiful, then did a pool villa for 2 nights. Felt a bit more connected to the hotel in the hotel room but the villa was lovely and there were buggies to come pick you up that came swiftly. The food at Fire restaurant was amazing! Highly recommend at least one breakfast there…the French toast was delicious! The dinner was also spectacular at Fire with a special tour when you arrive which was really cool! Loved our stay here!
