Firstly the location of this hotel and grounds were stunning and easily make up for any shortfalls. The hotel has started to show signs of its age, but still kept to a very high standard. A couple of small details prevent me from giving the 5 star review it should have earned - A cigarette burn in my bedding, the shuttle driver didn’t collect us from town, despite us waiting where he said and the Jacuzzi only had cold water. All of these are very minor details and were rectified by customer relations allowing us to keep our room a little longer for a late flight - which was greatly appreciated. Please don’t let my comments put you off visiting the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa, the location and grounds and the staff are something else 😊

I enjoyed my stay at the Seminyak Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel was ideal, beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with many diverse food options. The staff were very welcoming , friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will return again in the future.

This hotel is wonderful, it's no wonder it has such high ratings on all the websites. Top 10 in Bali! Beautiful, clean and well-maintained, an unforgettable swimming pool, and extremely polite and courteous staff. My special thanks to Rista at the reception for all the care and help with planning the tours, and to Nika in the restaurant for the delicious breakfasts and especially the to-go breakfast on the day we left very early. Thank you to the reservations department for the upgrade - the room is incredible!
