On surface the service is good. But go deeper, they forget the requests asked. For example requesting for amenities like hand-wash, never received. Nice new hotel, competitively priced. Good location. Big room and bathroom. Breakfast could be improved.

New hotel but very poor finishing and poorly built hotel and not being cleaned. Room night lights could not be switched off to make it dark. The whole hotel needed a checkup

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are what made it. They were friendly helpful and always willing to assist. Unfortunately during breakfast or ordering dinner the restaurant was out of so many products which I feel should be addressed by IHG it's obvious this hotel needs more support in this area. The staff did the absolute best with what they had. The rooms were really well kept and very comfortable. With a ten day stay there I never felt cramped or uncomfortable. The pool was well looked after although missing a few tiles here and there. It was a shame the rooftop bar wasn't open though I guess this was due to the quiet season I was there. All in all I loved the location and even the ability to do a work out at their small but well equipped gym each day. Would definitely stay again and suggest to others for a great stay.
