This hotel was adequate for a quick stay before an early morning flight. It is very loud - every door slam, elevator movement and suitcase wheels could be heard inside the room. The staff were lovely and check-in/out was easy. Convenient communal kitchens available.

Lovely stay. The metro is close by and there are supermarkets within walking distance. There’s a large shared kitchen with a fridge – which was absolutely perfect.

A great place to stay. It's a basic accommodation but a handsome older building with gorgeous wood and tile rooms and high ceilings. It's right in a neighborhood, with shopping and dining outside your door. Staff are friendly and helpful and the front desk is staffed 24/7. Convenient to public transport - bus and subway. A clean and well equipped kitchen is available on each floor as well as an outdoor dining area in back. Very clean. Elevator available. Very happy with this choice.

The property is misleading thought. I would have a kitchen in room you do not. Shared kitchen .As no one use it much it was ok and fairly well equipped .The shower was full of black mold in the corners .They have fake reviews for sure this is not close to 10 out of 10.Many reviews say quite not at all sound proofing is no exist the doors are old woodedwith very encecure locks .Patio area was nice but furniture failing broken out dated. Staff was very nice and tried to help out. Over all it worked for us but would not say again.

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut, und auch sauber, aber in meinem Bett waren Wanzen. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat sehr gut reagiert, hat mir dann sofort ein anderes (2 Bettzimmer ) gegeben, ohne Diskussion. Dort war nichts zu sehen, habe natürlich alles abgesucht. Denke, dass dies gemeldet wurde .

We only stayed one night so my review is based in a limited amount of time that I was there. The location is not easy to find. The room that I was in was extremely small. I’m not sure if other rooms are that way, but it served his purpose. The building is maintained and everything worked. The shower was a bit, moldy around the edges and the place is just old.

The room looks exactly as advertised, it was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean. The staff was great, stayed up to check me in when my flight was delayed. Only 2 issue, the building is old, so elevator, layout and door mechanism are dated. I had difficulty using the key, even the staff did. The bathroom is not in the bedroom so the layout is a little weird

Even if the room was cute and clean there was no heating, while outside were less than 10 degrees. There was an AC in the room but wasn’t working on the heating mode. They gave us an electric heater but was extremely small so was not making any difference. After staying in the room for few hours we were frozen so we had to book another hotel. The hotel is refusing to refund us. It is absolutely unacceptable to have no heating during the winter

The staff and the room were fine. The kitchen was very nice. Having a separate bathroom was a pain, having to lock and unlock each door. I left after one day because there was no chair and I had to work, but that was probably my fault for choosing the cheapest room.

My concern is that is not a suites hotel, it is a guest house hotel. The room had use of a common kitchen but that doesn’t make it a suite. Also, and more importantly was that the room was advertised as having a private bathroom. What it didn’t say was that the bathroom was down the hall from the room. I would not have stayed there if I had know this. I would not complain about this place if it had been correctly described.

Nice location and room. The shared kitchen is useful. But the walls and doors are too thin and there is no privacy and too much noise. There was mold in the walls that was clearly painted over. The rooms should have a bin for trash.

They asked us for more money at the check-in as provided by expedia in the reciept. Paid 4£extra per room. Also, the rooms had some foul smell and bathroom gates were not closing etc.

Quite a loud hotel at all hours, the door was a little janky so could hear people at all hours going around. There wasn’t someone on reception all the time and I was left alone outside for 10 minutes late at night waiting for someone to come let me in. I had no hot water for 3 days of my stay. Other than that the place was perfectly fit for purpose

Overall the stay (3 nights) was very comfortable and clean, my only gripe being on the final night (when it was pouring with rain), and no one was on reception when I arrived home about 11 o clock. I rang the doorbell for about 5/10 mins but no one appeared, so I started shaking the metal frame of the outside door, trying to raise attention with the noise. Eventually, the front door opened, so I shut it behind me, looked behind the reception desk (in case the receptionist was dead), and went up to bed. Apart from the foregoing incident, which was a bit weird and out of character, my stay was very good, the room, the bathroom, and the surroundings were very clean. The area was quite central, appeared very safe and was handy for both the Metro and Buses.

Bastante desastrosa, porque No había muebles en la habitación, ni armarios, perchas ni sillas, por tanto, teníamos todo en el suelo de la habitación. El wifi no funcionaba, pero lo peor fue el trato del recepcionista: muy desatento, y no solucionó nuestras dudas sobre el aparcamiento en la zona del hotel, o simplemente buscarnos una plancha. Un hotel para no repetir y para no aconsejar!

The bathroom had an awful smell of mold and cleaning products, it just didn’t feel safe to be breathing in it. The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable. The location is not great, it’s good in relation to the airport but far from any part of Lisbon you might want to walk around. I guess it depends on what you want out of it.

A 7 min. walk up an inclining street. Spotlessly clean older building with new bathroom and access to a modern kitchen. Handy to Campo Pequeno metro and super underground mall with food court and supermarket.

Clean room, outstanding location. Front desk staff were great and gave me a fantastic dining suggestion on the evening of my arrival. There is a wonderful Portuguese restaurant directly across the street. Convenient to dining, shopping, and transportation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem está de passagem em Lisboa por alguns dias ou em conexão aérea. Próximo do aeroporto de Lisboa e a dois passos do metrô Campo Pequeno. Há restaurantes, cafeteria e um centro comercial próximo ao hotel, que é de fácil acesso, num bairro muito simpático. Acomodação simples, não inclui café da manhã, porém é prática e confortável. O prédio possui elevador, o que facilita para viajantes da 3a idade, como nós.
Hotel muito bem localizado para quem está de passagem em Lisboa por alguns dias ou em conexão aérea. Próximo do aeroporto de Lisboa e a dois passos do metrô Campo Pequeno. 部屋ドライヤーが備え付けならよかった。 清潔でとてもシンプルな部屋。 ベッドとトイレ、シャワーだけの素泊まり用の部屋。周囲は何もないがコンビニはあってよかった。駅まで10分歩くので少し遠い。空港までは近い。

This property was neat and clean and appeared to be in a stable neighborhood, staff was very nice. Restaurant across the street was convenient. However, was difficult to find due to the street numbering, was given a range of numbers and took some time to find the right place. Giving the actual street number of the hotel would have saved us about 20 minutes looking for it while dragging baggage with us.

This place was well centered not in the rowdy area of Lisbon. Very close to the public transportation. I would recommend to see a night or two.

Clean roooms . Changed towels every day. Had to share kithcen . It was always clean. Has no electric kettle. Hot water all day . No issues. Nice area . Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Transport into centre was very good.

Good locations and the staff in the early morning needs more training, We want to have breakfast around 8:00 am and he didn’t know the area and we just walk and found cafeteria in less them 200 meters and he didn’t tell us that they have a common kitchen on every floor for every body to use and our A/C fails on the last night.

Clean and reasonably quiet. Each floor had a couple kitchens and a two person table for dining (any meals, teas/coffees you need to prepare yourself). No breakfast was offered. There are some take-aways, restaurants and cafes near by.

Lovely stay. The metro is close by and there are supermarkets within walking distance. There’s a large shared kitchen with a fridge – which was absolutely perfect.

A great place to stay. It's a basic accommodation but a handsome older building with gorgeous wood and tile rooms and high ceilings. It's right in a neighborhood, with shopping and dining outside your door. Staff are friendly and helpful and the front desk is staffed 24/7. Convenient to public transport - bus and subway. A clean and well equipped kitchen is available on each floor as well as an outdoor dining area in back. Very clean. Elevator available. Very happy with this choice.

During my recent travels I've stayed in a variety of accommodations. This, had a bare bones room, access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living area, with TV (I never used). There is also a back garden which few seem to know about and ever fewer use. It's beautiful. For the price, it was fine. Perhaps a bit removed from the city centre, but otherwise an easy walk or transit trip to the core. An easy bus trip to the airport. There are plenty of food options nearby, including groceries, as well as a laundromat around the corner. Worth the money.

I want a full refund along with the emigrant tax payment. What I went through at the hotel was horrible. I was moved to three different rooms, and all of them were infested with bedbugs. I'm covered in bites from head to toe, with huge swellings, large lumps, intense itching, and burning. I have videos and photos of the bedbugs and my entire body covered in bites. I couldn't sleep there on Wednesday and Thursday. I left on Thursday, checked out, and I had paid until Friday the 14th to the 19th of this month. There was no way I could stay there. They need to disinfect the hotel and send a specialized team urgently to do so.

It is a good option if you are looking for a place just to sleep. The room was good, very simple and clean, however the door had some kind of glass that at night if someone turned on the light of the hallway, the light would enter to the room (and it was a little bit annoying). Also not very soundproof, I could hear my neighbour watching videos until 1 am. My hallway had 2 full bathrooms and one extra shower room, which was appreciated. But clearly all showers were in big need of some maintenance. The kitchen had just the basic (I only found 1 spoon for example).
