This hotel looks great, but we were a little disappointed in a couple things. First, the nice infinity pool you see in the photos is NOT available to you unless you book one of their premium guesthouses. The pool you get is an ugly consolation prize with no real view. All you get to see is the roof's internal structures. Plus, the rug in the hallway is FILTHY and gross. The handle to our door's room was also loose. The only thing I liked about the room was the Smart TV connectivity, so my wife and I could watch Netflix without issue. The location was perfect, but there seems to be lots of more modern, cleaner hotels in the same area for the same price. This hotel really needs a bit of a makeover/ upgrade and not show deceptive photos of amenities that are not available to all guests.

Very nice hotel. Only thing that was annoying is the fact that the pictures of the infinity pool that the hotel advertised are only available to guest who pay extra upon arrival (c. $95 for a couple including taxes per night) . Felt like what was advertised in the pictures was not available. Otherwise everything was great and in great location for train station

d’un excellent emplacement, à deux pas du métro et de Chinatown. Je recommande vivement de choisir une chambre supérieure "Club" : vous profiterez d'une grande piscine dans un cadre ouvert et relaxant, avec des cabanes et des fauteuils confortables. Les cocktails et vins sont gratuits entre 18h et 20h, accompagnés de snacks. Le petit-déjeuner est varié chaque jour, avec des œufs cuisinés à la demande, et des boissons chaudes et fraîches sont disponibles toute la journée. En chambre, des boissons gratuites sont renouvelées quotidiennement. Cependant, l’étage "Club" était assez bruyant, notamment à cause de la ventilation et des installations techniques autour de la piscine, qui n’est pas chauffée et était un peu froide. De plus, le bloc sanitaire en verre semi-transparent des chambres ne permet pas une réelle intimité lors de l’utilisation des toilettes. This hotel is not one of them...! Explanantion... there are too many hotels about at the moment selling "club" rooms that have very little extra... This is not one of them! Their Club is well worth paying for. You get your own separate 4 floors. Club get their own large outdoor pool and area, not filled with grotty screeching children and louts, also a proper lounge food /drink room, also used for club breakfast. free drink, fee food... The good old Club experience as it used to be. And good one Lucas, you and the staff there are way above average!! I will def be staying here every Singapore visit from now.

The photos do not do the location justice. The description says three pools however the main infinity pool is for club access guests only. We couldnt get access because we had children under 13 so we were exempt. This would have been fine had the pool we did have access to had any level of service. The pool was dirty, there was no service at all. You had to go back to your room to order a drink to then head back to the pool to have your item delivered to you and then repeat. There is a restaurant up there but is closed, however the website boasts access to multiple restaurants, all with amazing images. We were there over a weekend so we were confused as to why it would be shut. I went down stairs to our room to order food and drinks to be delivered to the pool and nobody answered the room service or front desk I home for over 10 minutes. When they finally answered they told me they were busy checking guests in. I asked if they were then only staff and was told both of the staff were busy. I then asked how many rooms the hotel- 340 rooms / 2 staff -The food was eye watering expensive for the quality of the hotel. $18 for a bowl of fries is more than you’d pay in a Michelin star restaurant. The rooms are tiny and the shower is almost unusable with a giant rain shower head in the middle of a tiny shower. There is no escaping the water if you’re not wanting to wash your hair. It’s also got soap scale built-up in ver the grout from multiple reapplications of the grout.

Stayed on the Club level and well worth it. The 21st floor design is tranquil. Pool, chill out areas and take your breakfast there. Staff were really friendly, service was fast. Overall view of the hotel was very good!

TanjongPagarStationに近く、ホーカーにも徒歩圏内。USSへ車で15分くらい、大きくはないですがスーパーも近くにあります。とても便利な立地でした。ホテルは清潔でエアコンはついたままでメイキングされているので暑いシンガポールで涼しいホテルに帰れるのは良かった。

The room was very, very small—rather like a shoebox. The gray tile floors in the bathroom and bordering the carpet were not clean. When we wiped up some water from the shower the towel turned gray with the dirt picked up from the tile floor. And the carpet was stained and dirty—it had not been shampooed in ages, ever. It was inconvenient to have to change elevators on Floor 12 every time you left or returned to your room. All the rooms are above Floor 12. The positive was that the front desk staff were friendly. However, contacting the concierge was not easy.

Great value for money overall! Room was clean, necessary amenities were all there with generous portions, staff was courteous and never late. Just two things in the room. First, I felt some stickiness when opening the curtain (maybe some sort of food stuff previous guests might have smudged on the curtain). Second, the restroom is overall clean but with a bit of mold on the tile edges, which can be easily taken care of with a bit of cleaning chemicals and just a bit more time.

Oasia is definitely a great location to stay if you want to be around Tanjong Pagar, Telok Ayer and Maxwell. This area has lots of dining options and you will never go hungry. Tanjong Pagar MRT is a stone throw away and a convenient store is right beside this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, you'd need to take the elevator up to their reception. The reception area has no air conditioning and created with the intention of an oasis feel. As someone who's traveled from London, I felt the fluctuations from entering into air conditioning and then into fresh air and back into air conditioning quite overwhelming but for someone who is weather acquainted, it would matter as much. Check in was swift which I appreciate very much and got settled into my room quickly. I got their standard room and requested for their queen bed. The only fallback I had was that it was 2 singles joined together making it not very comfortable for someone like me who enjoys sleeping in the middle. The room itself is small and is ideal for one person as I can't picture cramming another luggage in for a long stay. The room is a tad small but for a short stay or a single person, it would work well. They have a massive mirror which is amazing and the room facilities suffice well too. As for the location it is strategic for dining places and if you want to jump onto the MRT. There are shops around as well and easily accessible to go anywhere. I did a 4D3N stay on my own and was happy for it on my own here.

Great location. Easy registration. Wonderfully helpful staff. Comfy bed with heavenly pillows. Plenty of English speaking TV channels. Bathroom was large with a fantastic shower. Only drawback is the see-through side window. You can see the person from the bed and vice-versa. They need to frost these for privacy whilst on the toilet. Other than that, it is wonderful in every way

Ok, so obviously this is an exciting concept, this enormous tower surrounded by a red metal grid which is overgrown all the way to the top. It provides shade, lowers the need for air conditioning etc. On the down side, your view is impacted, and the room a bit darker as a result. Between the windows and the grid is a space for maintenance, in which in my case dead leaves had accumulated. The room was great otherwise, it had a bathtub and not shower, which is fine but ecologically speaking not necessarily an advantage as showers allow for less water usage. Probably due to some other ecological measures, there was a slight mustiness in the air. The setup of the hotel is a bit cumbersome, check in is at the 12th floor and there was a bit of a wait. For upper floors you have to switch elevators on the 21st floor. There are pools on the 21st and 27th floors, both not big and not all that inviting I thought. But the neighborhood is good, not far to the City Museum about Urban Planning a great Chinese food market and Chinatown as well, plus the great Tooth relic Buddhist Temple.

We were taken by the look of the hotel and weren't disappointed. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Plug sockets and light switches were somewhat haphazard, though, crooked and sometimes came away from the wall (and I witnessed a cleaner having the same problem in another room). Staff all friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was a little disappointing - there is another pool only accessible to "club" members (at a cost) which I would expect to be nicer. No bar, only a restaurant at the "normal" pool. Location is a short walk from the excellent Maxwell centre, and still close to the equally excellent La Pau Sat Hawker centre (both highly recommended) and just a few steps away from the nearest MRT station with easy access to just about anywhere (and an easy, direct line to the airport). We didn't have breakfast - but I can highly recommend the Kaya toast from Coffee man across the street.

While initial check-in in our first night was rough and confusing (we were informed by the late night staff there was no 2 bedroom club rooms left when that is what we paid for), the rest of our time was excellent. We stayed for 4 days and 4 nights and majority of staff are helpful and eager to make the experience great. There are many added benefits to booking the club rooms so we highly encourage anyone staying here to do so. Amenities were excellent like the infinity pool, breakfast included and massages of the day. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Singapore!

I had a bad experience at Oasia. When I checked out, I asked the staff to help me book a taxi to my next hotel. After waiting about 20 minutes, a driver showed up. The distance from Oasia to the new hotel was only 2.7 km, but the driver charged me 70 SGD. I no longer trust the concierge service—it felt like a scam

How can they justify charging so much for a room and only give you 2 tea bags (for a couple) and two lousy instant coffee pods? Surely a joke? Far less costly hotels offer more in terms of home comforts in a room (permit you 2 or 3 cups of tea) ... And better soaps in the bathroom- Disappointingly, the front desk staff were more keen about selling room upgrades than caring that cost can be an influencing factor!

Had an overall nice stay. Some improvements could be made at the front desk - check-in took us close to 20 minutes with no real explanation from staff as to what the issue was. Upon checkout, we were asked to speak to concierge in the downstairs lobby to book a taxi, only to find that the concierge desk was unstaffed (understandably due to it being early in the morning). However, these are mostly minor gripes. The rooms are large, spacious and clean, and staff are friendly and polite. Some wear and tear beginning to show (e.g. holes in the blackout curtains) but otherwise very comfortable.

Fantastic stay cut short by one day due to freek accident in Indonesia resulting in my wife breaking her leg. The manager Wai Wai and all of the staff couldnt have been more helpfull at our time of need. Rachael, Laine, Kinnon, Chloe and Lucus are a bonus and credit to the Hotel. Hotel fantastic.

The staff were top class Rachel and Meera were stand outs in the morning. In the evening time Aiha, Kalpan, and Bhwana exceled and nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel itself was very central and just across the road from the train/underground which made getting around very easy. The concierge was very helpful and provided a high quality guide to the city of things to do. Thanks Lucas. Overall the stop was excellent and a well recommended hotel for anyone.

Stunning and unique hotel in an excellent location, easy to walk to some areas such as Chinatown and Marina Bay and the excellent and easy to use MTR sytem is 2 mins away to take you further afield. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Especially Lucas who made us feel so welcome on arrival and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. Was surprisingly quiet on a night for such a large hotel. The rooms are well designed and kept clean. Containing kettle, fridge, ironing board, toiletries and even a torch! Spent a wonderful 2 weeks here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location in a quiet area close to Chinatown. Very close to train station and only a couple of train stops to major attractions. Disappointed that the infinity pool was only available for payment of an additional fee. The available pool was a bit shabby. Disappointed that hotel restaurant was closed for a private function.

We stayed in a club room and it was nice to have drinks and snacks a available. Room was comfortable but the bathroom is strange and cramped and could use some hooks for towels that aren't in the shower area. Hot water comes only if you turn on bathtub faucet first and must turn it to the right, not left as is common in most places.

Good spot. Downstairs restaurant food was unexciting. Breakfast for two was quoted as $ 60.0 for two on asking for this it was quoted as $91.0 lus tax!
