Very friendly and helpful staff. Checking in at 10:00 pm was smooth and hassle-free, with no issues at all. They made the late arrival easy and welcoming. Plus, there was a complimentary snack for a short stay. I had a great stay!

Hotel location was excellent! A/c works perfectly. The only minus was the too small room.

I wanted a hotel with an Asian influence in design and this one was beautiful. The rooms do have modern amenities. They went out of their way to leave some goodies for us as we were celebrating our honeymoon. We arrived in evening and did find the entrance door a little hard to find, there is about a one foot high black wooden board on the bottom of the hotel front entrance door frame. You have to lift your luggage over this to enter the space. If you can find the back entrance of the hotel, it does not have this. Just a useful tip for you. The hotel has some options for free walking tour and painting a canvas bag. I really wanted to paint the bag and asked the hotel about this and because I did not schedule 24 hours in advance, I could not do this. So if you see the activities they have, schedule in advance. The hotel is good walking distance to many different things in Chinatown, restaurants, night life and 7-11. Overall, we recommend this hotel.
