Quiet hotel with great facilities. Parking space are plenty, there are heated pool and sauna and also a spot to watch the stars. There is a complimentary shuttle to the main city area as well. In comparison to other hotels in the area this is a win.

Excelente hotel, personal muy cálido y amable. Muy buen servicio en restaurant. Nos prepararon una caja para desayuno considerando que teníamos tour muy temprano en la mañana, muy completa. Las instalaciones del hotel son fabulosas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, me encantó su decoración y la terraza habilitada a la salida de la habitación que además contaba con un ducha adicional al aire libre muy privada. La limpieza excelente y el entorno del lugar maravilloso. Cuentan con un servicio de transfer gratuito de acercamiento al centro, sólo mejoraría los horarios de éste ya que comienza alrededor de las 13 horas, ideal sería desde las 10 de la mañana, sin embargo existen, además, bicicletas disponibles en cualquier horario, sin costo adicional.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Bom restaurante com valores justos, cama confortável, banheiro com um otimo chuveiro e cafe da manhã com bastante variedade. Algumas piscinas precisam de manutenção. Tivemos um problema com um um funcionário da recepção, que foi bastante rude em uma situação. Os demais foram cordiais e gentis.

OMG this place was awesome. The food and staff were so incredible I never ate a meal in town because I was so excited to eat the high quality, beautiful food at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean. The outdoor private showers available in the rooms were spectacular. I love every minute of my stay at this hotel.

Achei o hotel ótimo! Todos os funcionários são simpáticos e responderam prontamente a todas as minhas solicitações, foram muito solícitos. As vezes aparecia um cheiro de enxofre no quarto mas logo passava. No geral, recomendo muito o hotel.

Hotel excelente, as aéreas comuns são muoto espaçosas e anplas. O hotel é muito bem localizado mas nao fica dentro da vila. Então ele fica na cidade, mas numa propriedade muoto grande no meio do deserto. O quarto é enorme e muito lindo. Com água e café repostos gratuitamente. Ótimo shampoo e sabonete.

Complexe hôtelier qui s’étend sur une grande surface, avec un chemin de pierre pas pratique pour rejoindre la chambre avec des valises quand on est loin de l’accueil (à priori il y aurait la possibilité de les faire transporter en chambre par un véhicule). À noter que l’hôtel est éloigné du centre de San Pedro de Atacama mais une navette gratuite permet de rejoindre le centre de l’hôtel (uniquement l’après midi toutefois). Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le dîner est de qualité avec une offre gastronomique différente chaque jour. Attention tout le personnel ne parle pas Anglais ce qui peut être compliqué quand on ne parle pas l’Espagnol. Par contre le personnel est très aimable, c’est à noter.

Proposta do hotel é interessante, integrado a natureza, com conforte porém em estilo rústico. Ponto negativo são os chuveiros. Quando você vê a foto de um grande chuveiro ao ar livre, já imagina um banho maravilhoso, porém a pressão da água é extremamente fraca e a qualidade do banho é ruim.
Proposta do hotel é interessante, integrado a natureza, com conforte porém em estilo rústico. Ponto negativo são os chuveiros. Quando você vê a foto de um grande chuveiro ao ar livre, já imagina um banho maravilhoso, porém a pressão da água é extremamente fraca e a qualidade do banho é ruim.

No início da viagem, os quartos ao lado estavam vazios, então, era totalmente silencioso. Contudo, com a chegada de hóspedes nos dois lados, já conseguíamos ouvir tudo o que falavam. Área da piscina boa para usufruir no intervalo dos passeios. Água gelada, protetor solar e hidratante disponíveis gratuitamente na recepção do hotel e na área de lazer. Hotel fornece uma caixa de café da manhã para o hóspede caso o passeio ou o transfer seja antes do horário do café da manhã. Necessário usar a van do hotel para ir ao centro de San Pedro disponível entre 13:30h e 22h. Restaurante ok. Tivemos experiências melhores nos restaurantes do centrinho.

Hotel excelente! Estrutura, café da manhã, atendimento, limpeza, tudo impecável. A única observação vai para o meu chuveiro que não condizia com o nível do hotel, água fraca e oscilando entre quente e frio. Não sei se era um problema comum ou do meu quarto. Mas isso não interferiu na nossa experiência no geral. A distância do centro não deve ser uma preocupação, eles tem transfer para levar e buscar apenas mandando whatsapp! Indicarei sempre!

Hotel incrível. Fiquei surpreendido positivamente. É longe do centrinho da cidade, mas tem uma van do hotel que te leva e busca. O lugar é maravilhoso. Café da manhã um espetáculo. Eu me hospedaria novamente lá. Mas é preciso trocar o sistema de ar condicionado e calefação. São muito barulhentos. Os quartos ficam distantes da recepção e restaurante do hotel. Precisa melhorar a pavimentação para os hóspedes. Areia e terra batida fica ruim para quartos distantes.

Nossa viagem para San Pedro de Atacama foi maravilhosa, mas infelizmente o Hotel Cumbres ficou bem abaixo das expectativas. As piscinas estão visivelmente degradadas, as cadeiras em volta são desconfortáveis e mal cuidadas, e o cheiro de esgoto era frequente – especialmente em frente ao nosso apartamento. A estética também sofre: havia cabos de TV passando pelo teto do banheiro externo, algo que além de perigoso, era muito feio. Informamos à equipe, mas nada foi feito. Excelente hotel, personal muy cálido y amable. Muy buen servicio en restaurant. Nos prepararon una caja para desayuno considerando que teníamos tour muy temprano en la mañana, muy completa. I chose Hotel Cumbres based on my consistently great experiences at their Santiago Lastarria location — but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. At check-in, the staff failed to apply my VIP 20% discounts, and at check-out, I was overcharged and, at 1 week later, they are unable to apply a credit to my charge card. Communication was also difficult as several restaurant/bar staff members did not speak English. Breakfast service should begin earlier—around 6 a.m.—as many tours depart between 7 and 8 a.m. The boxed breakfasts provided were insufficient and did not accommodate the dietary restrictions that had been requested. The hotel itself is outside the town of San Pedro de Atacama, which feels more like a favela than a charming town, and the hotel provides limited shuttle service. If you need transportation outside the hotel’s limited shuttle hours, you’re on your own — left to flag down one of the few passing taxis and pay out of pocket for the ride back to the hotel. Additionally, the pickup point is located on a dark, deserted corner outside town, which feels very unsafe. For the rates this hotel charges, the hotel should provide an on-demand shuttle service, especially during the scorching daytime heat or late at night, with pickup in a secure in-town location. Hotel muito bonito e confortável. O quarto é amplo, com uma cama bem grande. Contudo, minha nota reflete a insatisfação com dois pontos da hospedagem. Primeiro, o serviço de transfer para o centro de San Pedro. O serviço é ineficiente e demorado. Só uma van para atender idas e voltas. O hotel determina que o hóspede se desloque até um local deserto e mal iluminado para esperar a van. Cheguei a esperar 20 minutos neste local. É algo sem explicação alguma, a van poderia ir até a rua principal e pegar os hóspedes em um local mais seguro, contudo não o faz. O serviço para por 40 minutos bem as 18:20 quando muitos hóspedes estão chegando dos tours. Enfim, o serviço de transfer não funciona bem. O segundo ponto é o horário do café da manhã. Quiet hotel with great facilities. Parking space are plenty, there are heated pool and sauna and also a spot to watch the stars. There is a complimentary shuttle to the main city area as well. In comparison to other hotels in the area this is a win.

This hotel is beautiful and really nice!!!! The room was what I was expecting. The reception staff could be a little nicer. But the property was really comfortable and walking distance to town. Be ready for a lot of sand and dust, but it is part of the experience.

Complexe hôtelier qui s’étend sur une grande surface, avec un chemin de pierre pas pratique pour rejoindre la chambre avec des valises quand on est loin de l’accueil (à priori il y aurait la possibilité de les faire transporter en chambre par un véhicule). À noter que l’hôtel est éloigné du centre de San Pedro de Atacama mais une navette gratuite permet de rejoindre le centre de l’hôtel (uniquement l’après midi toutefois). Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Le dîner est de qualité avec une offre gastronomique différente chaque jour. Attention tout le personnel ne parle pas Anglais ce qui peut être compliqué quand on ne parle pas l’Espagnol. Par contre le personnel est très aimable, c’est à noter.

Ótimo hotel, muito confortável e espaçoso. Possui transfer de ida e volta para o centro da cidade, o que facilitou muito nossa mobilidade. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e educados. O restaurante é muito bom, com café da manhã gostoso e variado, porém com cardápio limitado para o serviço de quarto. No sábado que estivemos por lá, não houve serviço de quarto por conta de um jantar com preço fixo. Estávamos com um criança pequena e contando com a opção de comer no hotel. Isso dificultou nosso jantar nesse dia. No mais, indico a estadia!

OMG this place was awesome. The food and staff were so incredible I never ate a meal in town because I was so excited to eat the high quality, beautiful food at this location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean. The outdoor private showers available in the rooms were spectacular. I love every minute of my stay at this hotel.

I chose Hotel Cumbres based on my consistently great experiences at their Santiago Lastarria location — but this stay was disappointing from start to finish. At check-in, the staff failed to apply my VIP 20% discounts, and at check-out, I was overcharged and, at 1 week later, they are unable to apply a credit to my charge card. Communication was also difficult as several restaurant/bar staff members did not speak English. Breakfast service should begin earlier—around 6 a.m.—as many tours depart between 7 and 8 a.m. The boxed breakfasts provided were insufficient and did not accommodate the dietary restrictions that had been requested. The hotel itself is outside the town of San Pedro de Atacama, which feels more like a favela than a charming town, and the hotel provides limited shuttle service. If you need transportation outside the hotel’s limited shuttle hours, you’re on your own — left to flag down one of the few passing taxis and pay out of pocket for the ride back to the hotel. Additionally, the pickup point is located on a dark, deserted corner outside town, which feels very unsafe. For the rates this hotel charges, the hotel should provide an on-demand shuttle service, especially during the scorching daytime heat or late at night, with pickup in a secure in-town location. While the property itself is unquestionably the finest in the San Pedro de Atacama area, the service turns what could be a jewel in the desert into a stain on the sand.

Hotel muito bonito e confortável. O quarto é amplo, com uma cama bem grande. Contudo, minha nota reflete a insatisfação com dois pontos da hospedagem. Primeiro, o serviço de transfer para o centro de San Pedro. O serviço é ineficiente e demorado. Só uma van para atender idas e voltas. O hotel determina que o hóspede se desloque até um local deserto e mal iluminado para esperar a van. Cheguei a esperar 20 minutos neste local. É algo sem explicação alguma, a van poderia ir até a rua principal e pegar os hóspedes em um local mais seguro, contudo não o faz. O serviço para por 40 minutos bem as 18:20 quando muitos hóspedes estão chegando dos tours. Enfim, o serviço de transfer não funciona bem. O segundo ponto é o horário do café da manhã. Começa às 07h, exatamente o horário que começam a chegar o transporte de muitos tours. Das 7 noites, só consegui tomar café da manhã em 3 dias. Não deixam entrar nem um minuto antes. Há um serviço de box de cafe da manhã que o hóspede pode solicitar e pegar antes das 7 horas. Contudo, os produtos que colocam no box são fraquíssimos. Nem um sanduíche colocam. Ótimo hotel, muito confortável e espaçoso. Possui transfer de ida e volta para o centro da cidade, o que facilitou muito nossa mobilidade. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e educados. O restaurante é muito bom, com café da manhã gostoso e variado, porém com cardápio limitado para o serviço de quarto. No sábado que estivemos por lá, não houve serviço de quarto por conta de um jantar com preço fixo. Estávamos com um criança pequena e contando com a opção de comer no hotel. Isso dificultou nosso jantar nesse dia. No mais, indico a estadia!

The hotel is large, beautiful, and well located. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant service during most of our stay was excellent — we often chose to dine at the hotel instead of going out, which reflects its quality. We returned both dishes, yet were still charged in full. When questioned, no real solution was offered. This final experience overshadowed our stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hotel.

Lovely hotel, approx 0.8 miles from the centre of San Pedro. It’s an easy walk but the hotel also provide a free pickup / drop off service which runs from the afternoon into the late evening, Rooms are very spacious and the main hotel area has lots of great sofas and chairs. The Spa has both a sauna and steam room although they’re single sex so not ideal. Treatments aren’t at all expensive. Would definitely stay here again if revisiting San Pedro.

But guess someone has to have it.
