We had a lovely stay at this hotel while in Lisbon. Quiet and small hotel, with a small elevator. Breakfast was served daily, and it was quite nice. While there, we had scrambled eggs, croissants, yogurt, bread, loafs, quiche, sweets, fruit, an assortment of salami, ham and cheeses, juice, and coffee. It was about a 5-10 minute walk to Marquês de Pombal metro station. It was 3 metro stops to Baixa Chiado station. We had a great time in Lisbon and found this hotel very nice and convenient.

Great breakfast buffet available each day. Quick walk to the metro station. Room was clean and loved the personalized welcome postcard that was left on our arrival. The property also stores our luggage until check-in as we arrived in the morning and couldn’t check in until afternoon. The check in process was quick and efficient.

The personal was really friendly and helpful and we liked the room. The patio was really quite nice, there are just not enough tables and chairs during breakfast rush hour.

Beautiful apartments for adult only stays in downtown Lisbon area. The room was very clean with wonderful views and an incredible breakfast selection. My only concern is that it is sandwiched between 2 questionable nightclubs which were not loud but attracted questionable clientele. Also not meant for handicapped people.Since the elevator is too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

Wonderful stay, only thing is that the elevator has a weight capacity, otherwise it wont work and then you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. Other than that, very friendly and helpful staff, great location and quiet during sleeping hours And the buffet is good too!

The hotel is located in a convenient part of the city, close to shopping and the Subway. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. A complimentary breakfast is available every morning with a wide selection of tasty foods. Now for the bad. The hotel is very small, so if you need space, you won't find much. I shared a room with one other person and only one of us has drawer space. The elevator fits 2 people or one person and luggage. Many aspects of the room design felt rushed and poorly thought out, but I can only speak for the room style I had. The TV was small and too far from the bed. It also fell out of the wall during the night because it was drilled only into the drywall (the staff repaired it quickly). The shower didn't close, and the shower curtain was too short, so water always got on the floor. The windows open to a low railing and no screen, so be careful with small children. The air conditioner sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Also, one of the lights didn't work. Overall, my stay was alright, but I wouldn't stay there again. The breakfast was the best part.

The boutique hotel was quaint in a great location with restaurants nearby! Walking distance to the city centre Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and very accommodating with any questions or concerns.

The room smelled of mold. You could hear the people sneeze in the room from across the hall. We slept terrible. Bed was really not comfortable. The breakfast was really good. And the staff was welcoming.

It’s a centrally located property. It doesn’t look like a hotel when you arrive. The hotel and rooms are extremely small. The breakfast is very nice though and the staff is very friendly.

Room was very small. Lucky we only took one case otherwise I don’t know where we would have put it. Also we had a shower and toilet then the sink in our room not particularly great. Breakfast was really nice good choice. Walking distance to metro and hop on bus was good.

We stayed from Oct 14-19th in room 203: front of the building with a balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room however was much smaller than we expected and very noisy with the street just below and there is also a bar where the noise went on until 3:30 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper it may not be the right place for you.

Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Buffet petit déjeuner avec du choix. Par contre pas d'isolation phonique. On entendait le voisin éternuer ou discuter au téléphone comme s'il était dans notre chambre. On entend également la circulation.

Our studio room was great, the bed was amazing, comfortable and big. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time and fully recommends.

We had a kitchenette, which provided for a larger room. Included was a clothes washer but no dryer or drying rack. In addition storage space for hanging clothes was terrible, the clothes bar did not have enough height to hang clothes. The biggest drawback was no safe, granted they did not advertise a safe but in this day and age you would think it would be a standard provision. The bed was terrible, two singles pushed together with one bottom sheet. Maintenance was lacking, we had a toilet not mounted to the floor, the plug in the sink didn’t work, the entrance hall lights didn’t work and the towels were long past their useful life. On the plus side the breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the action.

Property is located close to the Lisbon center. The property is great and included a kitchen! Even a small washer under the sink. There was an electric stove complete with a refrigerator that had a freezer. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was also refreshing! Overall, great staff and amenities. Recommend for those wanting a restful sleep while in Lisbon.

Bien situé , chambre correct, employé gentil mais pas de wow, emplacement c’est bien situé proche des Metro, autobus et du centre ville . Mais le Mais il y a un night-club au sous-sol donc ne pensez pas dormir les week-ends La musique jusqu’au petite heure du matin !!! Je ne recommande pas !!

I liked the proximity to shopping and city centers. I liked the staff. I did not like that you have to book for breakfast times a day before. Breakfast area was tight but the food was great. Not everyone likes runny eggs though. Sonia was nice. This is a hotel for your adults not older. Staff is not around at night so if you have an emergency, you are on your own in a strange country. No phones to reach reception as well. I will not be staying here again and rather stay at bigger hotel chains.

Lovely people from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies who did above what was expected in cleaning my room. The room was always clean breakfast was nice. The front desk staff is amazing very helpful to two english speakers. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself

Sonya the reception was so terrible , she will not check us in at 2:45pm , she has to wait until 3pm , clearly the room was ready way before , cause we got check in at 3：10pm , when I got to the room , the welcome card with my name on it has been placed on the table. Sonya always pretend she's busy working on the computer but nothing has been done. They don't give you a receipt for your city tax , unless you ask for. Also , we stayed at room 306 studio, nothing works in this room , doesn't have enough sockets power outlets , one side of the bed doesn't have a night stand , 2 out of 3 nights the stove doesn't work , they have to come fix it. Its so stressful when you bought all groceries ready to make dinner ! The shower curtain has very bad smell. Terrible Aparthotel. STAY AWAY !

We got off the cruise ship early , arrived at the hotel around 10am. The room is not ready , totally understand. We asked if they have laundry facility, the receptionist Sonya told us that there's a self service laundromat, so we went . She didn't tell us we need a room key card to enter the property. At 12pm we finished our laundry and cannot get back into the property, here we were standing with 2 big bags of laundry outside by the property door waited 10 minutes, finally a gentleman came out then we got in. Sonya said her mobile phone which was connected to the front door bell is out of battery! She showed no apology or sorry , just said this happened. She asked us to go to lunch , room still not ready. We then ask for the entrance key card , she said no , they cannot give the entrance card , only after we are checked in. I think it's either Sonya problem or this hotel system has a problem, anyway , she didn't give us our room until 2:30pm even the room was ready. The room has no closet, no safe , bathroom shower stall grouting is broken , the shower curtain smells . The property is next to a gentleman club , not safe !

The lobby personnel were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The property is well maintained and felt safe with the double key entry access. Very clean. Breakfast selection was very good Location is central and accessible to a lot by walking. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

The place was great, clean, friendly staff. They offered a full and delicious breakfast. Our room was clean and nice but small - still it was great. Access to downtown was a short walk. Close to the metro (1km) which takes you to the airport. Car rental is nearby. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for your trip.

A localização é ótima, muito central, a 5 minutos do metro Marquês de Pombal. Quarto limpo, café da manhã muito bom, equipe simpática. Quarto bem completo com cozinha.
